We LOVE Pet Paradise in Georgetown. Our dogs absolutely love it there. The staff is excellent , they are super communicative and do such. A great job with our three dogs with three very different personalities. Love the report cards and being able to check in on the cameras during the day

I have instantly fallen in love with this place. Everyone is so kind and helpful over the phone and in person. You can really tell they care about your fluffy babies here! They listen to you and your babies needs and keep you updated on things.

From dropping Stark off you all asked the right questions and answered all of my questions as well. Half way during his stay I received a report card of his behavior and he definitely sounded very happy to be at pet paradise. He enjoys playing among other fur babies. I Love that he can hang out and play with his other fur friends. When I picked him up he seemed like himself. Happy! Thank you!

Katie is a terrific groomer for my goldendoodle. I appreciate her taking the time to listen and go the extra mile.Everyone at the front desk is super personable and helpful both when i call and in person. Every boarding experience is positive for my dog, and I love that I can see her on camera (via the website) playing outside and having fun.

Highly disappointed! I left my three pets over the holidays and when I picked them up they were saturated in urine. I touch their coat and it was sticky like they have been laying in urine for quite some days. As I was waiting for them to bring my pets, I noticed they had one of my pet in a different location when I requested for them to be together. All my pets came back sick with diarrhea, and one of them has bloody swollen paws and bleeding from the side of his snout. UPDATE: The moment I arrived home someone from the facility reached out to me and wanted me to be aware of my pets cuts and they were unsure how it could have happened and offered me three free pet baths. I asked them about the strong smell of urine because I immediately bathed then and the smell doesn't go away. The person that called me said he worked the front and doesn't know what happens in the back. Very disappointed! I know we all love our pets like we do our children so please beware and book elsewhere. I am on my way to vet to take all three of my pets for a checkup. I will be contacting Texas Animal Health Commission to file a complaint and BBB.

Our Liza loved her boarding for the 9 days we left on an overseas trip. We got pictures of Liza during her stay and were able to watch her play in the yard. She even kissed the care takers good bye when we left.

My puppy loved it here and we had a great experience with the very caring staff. We only did the doggy day care, no boarding. With how much my Joey loved going, I know they were taking good care of him and I saw some of the staff giving him a smooch which I loved.BUT......I didn't give 5 stars for only 1 reason- they recently updated their terms and conditions where they can essentially kill your dog and not be held accountable for it (you have to go through their biased arbiter). There is no incentive for this company to keep your fur baby safe and alive. Any company that does not want to have some accountability for their actions is not a company that I will trust my loved ones with. If you want my money, be willing to sit in front of a jury of your peers if your company harms my fur baby. I won't go back to this place, which is sad because most of their current staff is good. Bottom line: READ THE FINE PRINT, you won't like what you see.

We will not be putting our pet in the care of Pet Paradise again. We boarded our dog in the VIP suite (since he is intact). When we first talked with Pet Paradise about boarding, we asked them if our dog could take his bed since it brings him comfort when he is stressed. When we first asked about this, they told us that they were not sure and that they would get back to us about it. When they called to confirm information about the boarding, we asked them a second time about his bed. They told us that if it was a new bed with tags, we can bring the bed. We could not bring an old bed since there may be disease. We understood this and hearing that he could at least bring a new bed reassured our worries.On drop-off day, we arrive fully expecting that things would go smoothly. However, staff immediately told us that they needed to talk with their manager. When the manager arrived, she bluntly told us that they could not accept the bed. She explained that when dogs are stressed, they can sometimes rip their bed and take the stuffing out. The stuffing can then become a choking hazard and that was why they could not accept the bed. We understood this and know that this is a completely valid reason as to not accept the bed.The issue we had was the lack of communication and an obvious lack of training with employees. We had asked twice about his bed and were mistakenly given the OK. We now ask the new manager to properly train and inform their staff to prevent unnecessary stress for owners and their pets.Furthermore, please allow time for us to say goodbye to our pet. I was not able to say goodbye to my pet because they took him while I was filling out his paperwork. Although I understand the desire to speed up the process, the behavior of the employee was inconsiderate. On top of this, the employee picked up our dog with one arm and leaned him against her hip. This may not be a problem for most pets, but our dog has had back surgery in the past, so the way he was carried is potentially harmful to his health.Lastly, when we arrived to pick him up from boarding, we immediately noticed how skinny he was. On top of this, his nose was pink and raw and he limped more than usual. We understand that his weight and his nose are most likely caused from stress. But the strong limp he had was very concerning and potentially alludes to Pet Paradise’s improper holding of our dog. On the way back home, our dog CRIED the entire trip back, whimpering and whining. When hearing his voice, it was obvious that it was raspy. This is the complete opposite of what we read on his “report card” that described his experience as joyous and fun.Besides the fact that I can’t give Pet Paradise 0 stars, the only reason why they have 1 star is because they kept him alive.Summary:• Please properly train and inform staff about your company’s policies and rules or to teach them to ask a manager when they don’t know something.• Please allow time for owners to say goodbye to their pet.• Please train staff to be careful in how they hold wiener dogs and dogs with back problems.• Don’t lie about how our dog is doing. We understand that you don’t want to worry us, but it’s even more upsetting when we know you’re lying about our dog’s experience.

I took Loki into boarding for 2 days all I can say he enjoyed it very much. All staff was friendly and very helpful on his first stay I strongly recommend this place they really enjoy and take good care of every dog. I would definitely take him here more often.

I highly recommend Pet Paradise! My two dogs Ace and Bella had a great time at daycare. I appreciated being able to check the cameras to see them at all times. My dog Ace can get overstimulated easily which can lead to some other unwanted behaviors and I felt that the staff did a great job at separating him when they saw his triggers. I love the report card you get at the end of the day too! I’m not from the area, I live about an hour north but I do go to Austin frequently so I’ll be definitely using Pet Paradise when I come down this way.

First off Pet Paradise advertises “Pet Suites” when in reality the area the dogs stay in are just sectioned areas in a big room with about 10 other dogs.Second when I picked my dog up had what look like hot spots or irritated spots underneath his neck. The employees said he was rubbing his neck on the bed.Also the employees said that they had to bathe him because he was using the restroom in his area where he was staying. My dog is kennel trained and can be crated normally long periods without using the restroom in his crate. So all this leads me to believe is they were not taking him out for walks or his normal play times.I am highly disappointed with my experience and will most like have to take my pup to the vet for his wounds his neck, which will only be more money on top of the boarding fee.

Extremely disappointed!! I have dropped her off plenty of times for daycare, this time I signed up for a groom. Do not take your dog to be groomed or any care for that matter. I signed up for a “Wash & Go” groom- she was still wet when I picked her up. Apparently it’s only a “Towel Dry”. They spent 8min for $40. Not worth it. On top of that, I never signed up for a nail trim & her 1 back paw was trimmed WAY too short & she was cut in the process. I spoke with the manager on call, expressing my concern& she did not have a resolution or offer any compensation. Just “apologized”. This location has lost my respect & future business.

I really like this place a lot. I took my pup there for a free first day of daycare and she was pooped by the end of it. They definitely keep your dog moving, which did concern me a little, being that my dog is a black pit and can tire easily. Sometimes an air conditioned break here and there is necessary.Overall, the staff was very friendly and the facility is super nice. I only wish it wasn't so expensive for a full day of daycare, that they had later pick up hours, and there was one located a bit closer to me!

My partner and I love this Pet Resort. The staff is always super friendly upfront. The girls aways have some cute story about my pups adventures while we were away. I also love how we can check the play cameras and always see our little man out there. The cameras can be tricky to use but once we find him it is the best to see him playing or even we he's just laying in the yard.

I'm SO grateful to have found Pet Paradise! Today was my fur babies first time with day care here and I LOVE that I was able to watch her play all day long while working. To see how attentive and loving the staff was just melted my heart! There was always a staff member there with them playing and engaging 100%- not just sitting on their phones like I've experienced at other boarding facilities. The cost is extremely reasonable considering how upscale and luxurious it is! I feel comforted knowing my baby is always surround by "friends" and caretakers who treat her like their own- cuddles and kisses included! It is also a great peace of mind knowing there is a vet on site and all areas have cameras and are monitored.Non- Covid, I travel 75% of the time for work and always miss my baby, calling her previous boarding place daily to check in on her and never really knowing if they were being truthful or not. Now finding Pet Paradise, I can rest assure she is living her best life while i'm gone, AND I get to check in on her with the live web cams whenever I'm missing her :)They also have a rewards system where you earn points to spend on stays/grooming there, along with wellness plans for Vet visits. I love that it can be a one stop shop for all dog/cat needs and such a clean, friendly and professional experience.Thank you to everyone that works here for making it such a great experience for my baby and I!

Our dogs (all 3) are very well taken care of and obviously love going to Pet Paradise. We've used this facility several times, usually during busy seasons. The staff is attentive and loving, keeping in touch with us during our absence about concerns.Dogs are great gauges of people and our dogs love the workers there. We use the stream during the play time and it's plain to see that all the dogs are being monitored and are engaged.As with any service, there will be bad experiences. Thankfully, ours has always been a positive one and I'm grateful for a safe, loving place to leave my fur babies if I'm out of town.

AWESOME PLACE!!! we had our pet Luki stay overnight and with the ability to be able to use the webcam, we were able to witness how much she was pampered which is extremely important to us since she was rescued from a puppy mill where she was traumatized. We highly recommend Pet Paradise as a trust worthy pet care location for sure.

I love this place for my baby. I have a yellow lab named Light and she's a rescue. That being said, it has been a challenge to socialize her and get her used to other dogs. This place is perfect for that! She's been able to socialize with all the dogs in day camp and there's also one on one time if your pup isn't good with other dogs. We had to keep Light in boarding for about 6 days and she loved it! She came back a new dog. She had such a blast here that we decided to take her again for another 2 days for a weekend getaway. I love that this place has cameras to see how your pup is doing while playing outside or in the pool.

This place is incredible. They really spoil your pups. The grooming department is great. I absolutely love how easy it was to schedule an appointment and I didn’t have to wait for a month to get my dog taken care of. Best of all, he came home looking super!!!

The Younger Staff are awesome and really nice. It’s a shame this place is managed so poorly. We have had our dog here multiple times over the past two years. On multiple occasions they are unable to find our profile/information or recent stays. It’s handy that they have a vet onsite! But they are unable to keep track of records.This past visit: Since our pup had stayed here multiple times throughout the year (one longer stint for about a week) The only paperwork I had brought with me were the updated vaccines that needed to be updated on the profile…. They weren’t able to find our most recent stay and would not accept our dog without me going back home to grab the paperwork to share with them. I’ve now missed a flight… The manager did manage to comp this reservation if I were to go all the way back home to grab the paperwork… but at this point… if you can’t keep track of your own books… how should I expect them to keep track of my dog.

I’ve never given a one star review but I was unable to resolve my issues with pet paradise after being patient and professional. I had purchased a monthly policy for my dog. I called in September to cancel and spoke with someone who said they would pass the notice to the vet hospital. I received a call back and was left a voice message confirming I wanted to cancel the subscription. I called back with an hour and had to leave a voice message clearly stating “yes” I wanted to cancel. Now I’ve been billed for October and November and when I called they refused to refund saying they didn’t get my voice message. Even though I had already called and spoke to someone saying I wanted to cancel their job is to prevent people from canceling policies. The reason for the cancelation was at a check up for my puppy at about 7 months the vet wanted to do surgery and remove 2 of her teeth so her adult teeth would grow in straight. That was a hard no for me and within 4 days both of those teeth had fallen out and her teeth are perfect. It should be noted this vet (who is a nice guy) specialized in teeth in vet school and I felt pushing surgery that I knew wasn’t required would be my last visit here. I still use them for grooming services but will now move all my business where I feel its not just about money but actually caring for my animals and being professional.

I searched online and connected to Pet Paradise over my cell phone, but couldn’t find any pricing. As I navigated through the process of setting up a reservation I ultimately expected to see a cost associated with it. However, I never did. I did manage to receive three emails from Pet Paradise afterward, but still no pricing, so I called the phone number provided. The person who answered had a thick foreign accent and there was an obvious language barrier. We both had significant difficulty communicating and all I wanted was pricing, so I hung up and called a different number. Connecting this time to another person from yet another call center, but apparently from the states. He asked me about 40 questions and all I wanted was a cost. I got frustrated after he asked me a second time if my dog was neutered and it appeared this circular conversation was going nowhere. I stopped him and explained that I had given him my dog’s breed, age, weight, and the location I wanted, and still he couldn’t tell me the price. I didn’t tell him that by this time I’d logged onto my computer and found a price, but the price he ultimately quoted was more. When I pressed him to tell me why, he argued with me that I wasn’t seeing what I was looking at. I told him this process was far to complicated and I didn’t care to do business with this place and asked that he cancel my reservation. I suggest everyone beware of this place - there doesn’t seem to be any effort put into customer service and if I don’t feel welcomed and appreciated, I sure as heck won’t trust them with my dog.

Pet Paradise is not a paradise for your pet. All they want to do is get you signed up; then you’re stuck. You pay 38 dollars a month and for what? Just to get your pets nails trimmed , your charged 10 dollars then when your fed up with the company and want to terminate your charged a termination fee. My advice, for what it’s worth; stay away from Pet Paradise. They’re out for money only not your pet’s wellbeing. Ken H.

We've been using Pet Paradise for about 8 months now and we are very happy. We use it for day camp and boarding for our mini-Dachshund. He loves going here and feels quite at home. The staff is great, friendly and I can tell they love our dog (all the dogs there). Our dog recognizes them when he goes, they know his personality and what he likes to do. He gets lots of playtime and attention.It's also comforting to know that someone lives on-site 24x7 so the dogs are not left alone with no one around. They have webcams on-site as well. This is the boarding place we recommend in Georgetown. Our little guy loves the indoor/outdoor suite when staying overnight.

Dr Capron and staff are excellent for all your dental needs ots much better to see a specialist rather than your primary vet. Our dog had 2 other major tooth surgeries but none were complete and through. save yourself money a d do it right one time.

Took my pup for doggy daycare for the first time. Absolutely love this facility! Extremely clean. Staff is super friendly. My dog was very well taken care and I especially enjoyed being able to watch her all day on the online cameras. The price for daycare is extremely reasonable (free for your first time!) and the pups have tons to do to keep them busy! My pup came home exhausted. :)

Will NEVER BOARD HERE EVER AGAIN. I have boarded here multiple times. My dogs are returned to me with their foot pads smelling like Disinfectant. One time I had 2 of my dogs catch kennel cough even though they had the vaccination. They have a horrible employee turn over and I had my credit card charged for an additional $7 plus dollars without my authorization. I called to find out what the charge was for and was told they made a mistake and just billed me. This is not a large amount but they had no authorization to do so. The asst manager said they called me. I said no. She then said she did not believe me and said she believed her employee. I told her to check the recording of phone calls and let me hear it. I demanded a refund. She called the next day and told me I was correct her employee did NOT get my approval. She then said I would not be allowed any service at Pet Paradise until I paid my $7 past due amount!!
