I brought in my rescue dog who was in much need of medical care. My dog has anxiety and they handled him in a compassionate manner while getting certain procedures done in order to get him healthy. Highly recommend.

Old Town Veterinarian was very helpful with our lab that was having bad skin allergies. Answered all my questions, checked him all over and gave us meds and a script for him. This was on a Monday and by Wednesday he is much more comfortable and back to himself. Everything is working for him. They are very easy to work with. They are transparent and informative up front with their pricing. They give you options and alternatives which I appreciate. Wouldhighly recommend them.

I called this location to check into availability for a same day appointment (a rarity on weekends). While they were understandably booked up, an incredibly kind and compassionate staff member named Angela called me back with alternate options and took the time to ask after my baby's condition and mood. She offered kind words of comfort hearing I'd recently lost one of my cats and expressed genuine care and compassion (while simultaneously providing good insight/advice). I will absolutely be seeing them in the future; I was totally blown away by the genuine care shown to me, a person they would not necessarily ever see. An amazing experience.

I’ve brought my dogs here for about 7 years. They do excellent general care. They always make sure to explain and do things properly. I appreciate how clean the facility is. However I wouldn’t recommend for an emergency. A handful of years ago an assumed ”old dog lump” was removed from my elderly dog Moe, it became aggressive cancer the vet misidentified as hives from surgery, that spread all over and ate him alive about a month and a half later. This mistake Disappointed me but I chalked it up to just an accident. My elderly dog Letty recently passed however and this made me realize perhaps this vet is not the best for emergency visits or cremations. They did right by her and helped end her suffering. I can’t thank them enough for that. They are good people. However, upon picking up her ashes, I was simply handed her bag by the front desk and told to “have a good rest of the day”. This I found disturbing. It was as if I was buying a product or something. She was my world and I deserved a bit more than that from the front desk staff. They did apologize after the fact when I expressed my hurt the next time I went in, as well as return her blankets to me, but still. I have not forgotten the pain I felt from that simple phrase. It was the worst day of my life… have a good rest of the day, was not what I needed to hear.Anyway, we will gladly continue to visit this vet but only for vaccines and general care, not emergency or end of life care.

Great staff, super friendly. Awesome last minute Vet appointment. 5th UTI from my 17 year old tortie. I will be going back to my new "vet." Please don't judge a business by its exterior (just older architecture) but extremely clean, nice waiting rooms and a welcoming experience. Great job!

Staff is great… Dusty (I hope that’s her name) was amazing. Facility is clean and well maintained. Pricing is fair. I was able to get an appointment quickly for my dog who needed it. We love Old Town!

We were recommended to Old Town because our other vet didn't have any open appointments, and our dog was really sick. Thankfully, Old Town had an opening. The team there has been SUPER! Dr. Jacobs is extremely realistic and knowledgeable. I am so thankful we found a new vet family. From the reception/scheduling staff to the techs, to the vet, they are wonderful!!

Old Town Veterinary Hospital is a great place. Staff always have a smile and friendly. My Lab loves coming here. The new puppy is not sure yet but he got great treatment on his first visit. I am sure as he gets older he will love it like his big sister. The have also been great with our 3 cats.

Recently took my Husky, Sansa, to see Dr. Jacob’s for her wellness visit and some separation anxiety. The visit went super smooth and the veterinarian addressed all my concerns. She approached the anxiety not just with pharmacological options but also routine changes that could be made to help her as well. Everyone at the office was super kind and inviting and it was a very clean facility. 10/10 will definitely be going back!

Dr. Jacobs and the Old Town Vet Clinic are awesome. Very thorough, detailed and demonstrates that she cares about her 4 legged patients. My westie is a happy camper and is always happy, healthy and terrific because he is well cared for by our veterinarian.

I was able to get my pup in quickly to address an allergy flare up. Dr Salinas, Kort and Karina were very helpful in explaining the course of treatment, and were so gentle during the exam. I thought that is was wonderful that they Interacted with my dog by sitting on the floor with her, instead of putting her up on a table. I was very please and highly recommend them!

Old Town Veterinary has just started recently taking care of my fur baby. The staff and doctors are some of the most knowledgeable and friendly staff I’ve experienced in veterinary medicine. They treat you like family and love your fur babies. I’m a first time dog mom and they are very patient with me and my questions. I can leave my fur baby and know he’s in good hands. I would highly recommend Old Town Veterinary Hospital.

In a very dire situation with our kitty y’all went well beyond to ensure her care and safety was 1st. You explained the situation in layman’s terms, gave ruff estimate upfront, communicate each step clearly. All of the staff and doctor was warm sweet and truly caring yet funny when time was appropriate to help ease stress. Perfect combo! Update: Kona kitty passed away night after we brought her home from vet. We thought we got surgery done in time and thought she would be okay but all of a sudden she started losing water uncontrollably. Not urine but water it appeared. She went cold and still but breathing. Rushed her to emergency vet but was too late.

I wanna thank ALL the ladies/gents who took great care of my Chubbs on this 1st & 2nd appointments. I was very nervous and a lil emotional inside when I didn't know what was wrong with my baby. The moment the assistants/nurses came in to help tackle down the problems RIGHT AWAY and prescribed medication for him to take until his next visit, it gave me great comfort and hope knowing that everything was going to be ok. Knowing that he's in good health now and doesn't need to have surgery for his right eye gives my husband and I great relief. So thank you ALL again, it means a lot to all of us. One of the dogs got into a dog fight.When it happened..we didn't see any puncture marks or blood.. after a few days we realized there was a wound.Took him in and they did a great job of taking care of him. Very professional.

Needed a vet for a potential emergency situation. “Our regular vet” could not see us. They did at least refer us to someone. I literally could not be more pleased with this veterinarian!!! Old Town is an amazing hospital! The front desk is always quick and helpful, you get a follow up text if you brought your pet in for something other than the yearly physical, and you can order your pet meds on their own website for any refills. Love this veterinary practice
