Best grocery store on the planet!! Always friendly always able to find what I need on such a restricted diet. And every time I bring my son’s dog in they are so sweet to him. Hugs and kisses for the pug all around. I feel at home at this store and never afraid to ask for help.

Can't believe how much better the produce is here. Clearly, there is something wrong with conventional produce. The taste is completely different. Richer, creamier, less water logged. I wish we all had access to this quality everywhere and that there wasn't a premium on it either. Humanity deserves at minimum that much. Rant Over.

The 2 gentlemen working at the Georgetown location on Tuesday 1/16 around 6-630pm were so kind. As I was walking out with my 3 children and husband I grabbed the box by its handles and the jars (2) of soup we purchased fell through the box. Glass and soup got everywhere and one gentlemen immediately started cleaning it and asked how my foot was. I felt terrible and apologized. He assured me it was ok and not to worry about it. I felt (and still feel terrible about it). While the other gentlemen immediately ran back and grabbed us 2 more jars free of charge. They treated us with such kindness. We absolutely felt taken care of. I wish there was something I could do in return to thank them. Give these men a raise! Anyways, thank you natural grocers staff your kindness and hard work was not left unnoticed! 🖤

This place is amazing. If you eat a while food plant based diet or want more organic options and want to eat healthy this is a great place to start. They have a lot of healthy alternative foods and supplements including bean nacho chips and soy ice cream. It's great having a farmers market alternative during the week.They also have a small book collection of health food books and cook books, as well what looks a list of classes.This is a great location behind Target with pretty decent parking considering its central Georgetown location. I'm obviously pretty excited, so go check it out for yourself.

Great place if you are needing something and you know they normally carry it. Wish it was a bigger store with more products. Enjoy when they do classes. Very helpful when they give out samples.

I happened to stop by on a whim as I was intrigued by the building and sign. Love the concept. As I walked in the selective collection of brands appear handcrafted which is evident by a range of products offered. I was pleasantly surprised 😮 by the quality. Just grateful that they had cilantro which was used for a crockpot soup 🍲

Nicest staff ever. Plus they have that good Mill-king milk. I live in Austin but luckily work up North semi often and I always stop by this location when I have time. The people are lovely and very helpful.

Love this store. I frequent the Georgetown location. Quality products and the people there are amazing. Helpful and knowledgeable. I phoned first and Chandler checked to see if items were in stock before I made my 15 mile trek.. (amazing, right?) totally worth the drive.The only place I can find these two items.

We routinely shop at this location, and I have always encountered friendly staff. Today we had Brittany at checkout and she was AMAZING! She went above and beyond for us. She offered (without being asked) to check the back freezer for some things I mentioned I didn’t see, she made personal recommendations and even went to the back to go get them for us, she helped bag our groceries, she helped carry all of the bags to my car and helped me load them since I was carrying my baby, and she even went to get our water refill while I buckled my son into his car seat so we didn’t have to make the extra trip. On top of all of this she was so incredibly friendly and truly the kindest soul. Brittany truly made our day with her kindness! This was above and beyond excellent customer service. I hope to see her again on our next grocery run! Thank you, Brittany!

We came into your store today with a long list of things we needed, ready and willing to spend our money. Not only did we have to go find someone to help us find what we needed, but all but one person we spoke to was clearly unhappy to be there. Zero tone, no smiles, no one was happy to help us find what we needed. At the end of this unsettling experience the girl at the check out was so rude and miserable. When our first card didn’t work- she repeatedly spoke out loud in front of the other customers “card error. Card error. “ which was not necessary as we could read the message on the card machine. Additionally we offered to step aside momentarily so she could help the next customer and she almost rolled her eyes and called for a manager over the intercom as tho this was an impossible ask.Altogether unimpressed with this experience especially considering we spent almost $200. I would recommend finding a different store, I know we will.

Natural Grocers, this location in particular, is my favorite grocery store.Any time I read about a new clean brand or food item that I’m desperate to try, I race to Natural Grocers to see if they carry it. 9/10 they’ve already got it in stock!!They offer a great variety of clean, organic, all around healthy foods, supplements and toiletries.Whenever I’m having a not so good day, I head over to Natural Grocers to make myself feel better. I know I’m not going to reach for junk food and I generally just feel good by being in a store that isn’t filled with horrible toxins.The staff are very willing to help you find what you’re looking for or investigate if they don’t have it available.10/10 recommend the Natural Grocers Brand.

Natural Grocers has become my “go to place.” The store is well stocked, always neat & clean, & employees are friendly & helpful. The biggest plus, however, is Linda T, the exceptional Nutritional Health Coach GT! Her knowledge base is expansive. Linda T’s communication skills leave you knowing you’ve been heard! Her recommendations are “spot on.” Linda T’s skill, knowledge, & customer focus put Natural Grocers on top!!!

This location is a godsend because it was right where I needed it to be in rush hour traffic coming from sun City and needing something for my allergies!Friendly staff and easy to understand organization to find what I needed.Also a decent stock of organic vegetables and fruits.Some items are obviously going to be priced higher than what you can find in other places but there are specials to be found and the app or online membership does also give you the ability to get discounts and other items in the store.Also despite the store being small they were very few people in the store so I was able to get in and out quickly.

I like this place! It saves me some trips to Sprouts and Whole Foods. Some items are even cheaper here (e.g. cheese, salami, chocolate, coffee). The staff members are always friendly and ready to help. Please, just bring back my favorite oat bread. :)

This store location is still cool with me but management needs to learn some customer service and common sense skills. If I’m only allowed to return 2 items per receipt, why would you think I want the lesser of the 8 returned. When I challenged that and told him what 2 to return..huffing and puffing and still returned the 2 he wanted. I didn’t make a fuss because he gave me store credit for the rest but that doesn’t excuse the facts of his attitude. I even said thank you as I walked out…crickets. Luckily, one man don’t stop a show but I’ll gladly not interact with him ever.

The staff here is wonderful! The manager on duty literally helped me Shop every step of the way! She was amazing! This location is only about a year old and is right in the middle of new shopping and options in Georgetown. I was impressed to say the least!

Hello my name is Lenny and the past few times coming in and purchasing products I have been helped by by extremely young girl in her 20's named Carrie at the front register. She seems put off and she feels that she knows all the answers ( which in fact are completely wrong) about certain items that the customer is well aware of. She seems to know everything about nothing and when stating information on certain items her statements are completely false and misleading. Carrie needs to stop false advertising because not only do customers realize her misleading information but other customers listen in on false information. In addition I have noticed that she does the bare minimum possible to help older customers -- about 2 weeks ago I noticed a much older customer was being helped by Carrie at the register and needed boxes for the items and instead of offering assistance to grab the boxes for the customer, the customer literally grabbed the boxes and put the items in it. I watched in disbelief! In the service customer service industry it's not very professional or ethical....at the least try to help customers because that's what the employee is paid to do: to perform the job his/her job duties. I'm an older gentleman in my late 70's and I have noticed Carrier tends to this to older generational people. Most people I know who shop there often try to avoid her and have heard numerous complaints from Carrie.... so the word spreads around Sun City and how Carrie treats people especially the older generation. She literally picks and chooses who she wants to treat a certain way. Natural Grocers is a nationwide store and being a new business in Georgetown it would be wise to treat paying customers with some sort of dignity and respect at minimum. I hardly ever post any negative reviews about anyone but I have to post this in hopes that other customers notice and have future customers address/prevent this from happening to others.

So I'm really into natural and stopped by this place looking for some fresh rosemary unfortunately they had sold out but I did not walk away empty handed the more I looked around I saw a variety of natural items ranging from fruit to jewelry this place is pretty awesome not as big as Sprouts but can definitely hold it's own spent quite a bit of money in the end lol

Well stocked. Well laid out. Clean. Priced right. Nice check out staff. The check out was a bit crowded with people necessarily having to pass much closer than six feet, but everyone was wearing a mask so I felt okay with it.
