Very good selection and excellent service from Mill Direct. We hired them to lay beautiful engineered hardwood floors, and a few bathrooms of tile, over our entire house. Their selection was not overwhelming to peruse and had a bit of everything. Jennifer was top notch with her answers to all of our questions, with follow-ups and knowledge. Eric and his crew did such a wonderful job laying the floors, even when they had to replace all of the subfloors throughout the old home. They did a very nice job with our baseboards, trim work and stairs, as well. I would highly recommend them. They're a small business with really good service.

I was devastated after a bathroom overflow flooded two bedrooms, my office and 3 closets. Jim was responsive and quick to help guide me through the insurance process. He immediately got the replacement carpet on order to exactly match. The whole process was reassuring during a time when I was impacted by crisis after crisis. I've used this company for better than the last 10 years. Jennifer is amazing. she goes out to measure, and give the clients great choices. Installer get the jobs done in their allotted time frame, and leave the property clean and ready to sell. Being a realtor, I get to use Mill Direct for clients, and for myself as well. I've had several Area Rugs made out of carpet for my own home. they are derived by courteous staff, and my furniture is moved, and returned to it's place before they leave.

We are so pleased with our new floors and the professional service we received from Mill Direct. Several weeks ago, they installed about 1000 sq. ft of wood and tile in our home. Jennifer was extremely helpful in guiding us to just the right products for our home. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crew that did the demolition of the old floors and installation was led by Mario and they were also professional and pleasant to deal with. We plan to use Mill Direct again next year when we remodel our master bath.

I just replaced about 1200 sq. feet of tile in my home with all my furniture still inside. This is the second time I have used Mill Direct. The first time was to install engineered wood floors in the bedrooms, living room and dining room. Perfect job. That was one year ago. So I went back to Jim and requested the same team of installers, the supervisor is named Luis, that installed the wood floors. No problem, he scheduled them in. They did a fantastic job with the new plank tile and it was not an easy job since the old thin-set had to be ground down to bare cement (how a job is supposed to be done on all tile tear outs and not just floating new thin-set over the old), and then the new plank tiles laid down. It was a dusty job of course, but they cleaned up every day, left their tools and supplies neatly arranged in my garage, no debris lying around, all trash and old tile gone at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Jim and Mill Direct and supervisor Luis for any tile or wood flooring job. I had other bids on the job, and Jim's price was right in line with the others, however I decided to go with a team that I had worked with before. Make sure you turn off the home's AC/Heating system during this type of work so as not to clog your filter with dust. They also covered all my furniture and other belongings with plastic, but I borrowed their roll and double wrapped just about everything so in the end, it was not a big job to get the house dust free after the installation was done.

Mill Direct installed the hardwood floors on my house when it was built, 13 years ago. Recently we updated our floors and after doing some comparison shopping went back to Jim‘s team at Mill Direct. We decided to use Mill Direct because of the good job they did when the house was built and after doing comparison shopping they had the best value point and best quality product. Jim does exactly what he says he will do, started on time and completed the job on time. The quality of their workmanship is excellent.

My experience working with the people at Mill Direct Carpet & Floor in Georgetown was all positive. They provided, not only beautiful flooring throughout my home, but helped to get some problematic drywall work done beforehand that everyone else had wanted to charge an arm and a leg for, but their costs were fair and reasonable. Jim and his assistant Jennifer were so helpful in every way and were there whenever needed or had questions. They came recommended by someone else and I would happily and highly recommend them as well.

Mill direct installed the floors in our new home purchased two years ago. Over time the LVP began cupping pretty bad. I reached out 18 months after the floor was installed. In 2017,our first floor with Mill Direct was about 1800 feet of inter-ceramic wood tile.the job was great,and everything was on time and priced right. The staff was a pleasure to work with. in 2020 we did another 3 rooms ,and tear out of 2 bathrooms, in preparation for the next job. the plan is redo 3 showers, after design and layout are complete. definitely recommend them.

Mill Direct did ALL our floors a few weeks ago. They are absolutely beautiful. It took 10 days and while we were out of town for the installation Jim (the owner) sent us pictures and kept us informed of the progress. We are so happy with them. There are a couple of things that need to be done but I have no doubt that they will handle those.

I had some leakage around my kitchen sink as well as my shower drain was breaking down and I needed help.One of the local plumbing companies suggested that I should call Jim Locke at Mill Direct.I called Jim and we made an appointment.He came on time and fixed all the kitchen and master bath problems. Just like having a new home with no leaks.Good guy !!Call Jim and he will take good care of your problems.

Management makes employees pick up all materials for a very low fare and pay is very low. Installation products aren't the best. And use wrong products on certain substrates. Not a very good place to work for or even do business with. If management feels like firing you either you don't get paid or pay you whatever they feel like. Regardless if it's their fault, due to lack of poor management on ordering enough materials and expect a nice job well done with wrong products for the job and jobs aren't ready for installer. And so much more!!! This a place not to do any work for or do business with at all!!!! 😠😡😷I took the job to help me and help you, but the circumstances of not ordering enough materials and having to play uber everyday did not help you at all. Besides I treated you guys very well and to not received the same towards me made your job a difficult job. 20 dollars to red guard a tub surround is a joke. And a joke of a situation. I am an installer not a delivery driver.

Do not use this store. Jim Locke and his staff won't return any of our call after we spent a huge amount of money installing tile floors on 2500sqft. Didn't come to fix the issues that we pointed out and didn't finish the job after we had paid him in full minus a few hundred bucks. Not an honest store. Called and left many messages, none of them have been returned. Case at the BBB right now. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
