To the lady on the morning shift who goes the extra mile to stir my coffee, YOU ARE APPRECIATED. Nothing makes my day more than hearing “Good morning, it’s already stirred for you”. It saves me the hassle of having to find a spoon to do it myself. It’s the small things that count for me and I just wanted to say YOU’RE AWESOME:)

I understand mistakes happen. But this is now the fifth time I have come to this McDonald’s and I get two cheeseburger meal with only ketchup and onion. Everytime I have gotten this it has only been just ketchup on the burgers. Today the manger had given me a “extra” burger because they made one with just ketchup and “caught” the mistake. But when I got home to eat the other two burgers they also just had ketchup. Even though my ticket on the wrapping shows only ketchup and onion. I don’t know what’s so hard about getting orders accurate. But it never happens at this location.

It's McDonald's. Not a bad one, but the line for the drive-thru is generally long, so expect a wait. Customer service is hit or miss here. We've never had terrible customer service, but there have been times when it hasn't been the best. And the food is fine. It's McDonald's food. They have never messed up on our order. So if you're jonesing for some Mcdonald's, this one is not a bad choice.Parking: Parking can be an issue if it's near the drive-thru. On many occasions, I see customers get blocked in because of the line in the drive-thru, and no one lets them out, so keep that in mind when you park.

I visited a couple times. I used the computer to order. The service was fast. The food was good. I can never get my wife to eat at McDonald's but even she complimented the food. Order to go from inside.

I have been to McDonalds 3 times since I moved to TX almost 3 years ago. This one made me want to come back.The sandwiches were fresh, and the fries hot. I got mcnuggets and they got the sauce wrong, but they gave me a sause just as good (honey mustard instead of buffalo).Overall I am pretty happy with this visit. Good job!(This was a drive thru visit)

Went through the drive through ordered a fish filet combo 2 cheeseburgers large fry large coke asked the little boy working the drive thru if he could run my card for 8 dollars and I'd pay the remaining balance in cash. He seemed to have a hard time understanding what I was asking so I paid gave him a 20 dollar bill then decided to give him a dime since my total was 17.05 when I gave him the dime he threw 2 dollars and some change at me and my car. Good thing the ladies noticed this and decided to refund my whole order. NBasic math people adding and subtracting isn't hard. Please go back to school little boy! 😆

I got all the way home to realize there was no meat only bun and lettuce! Tried calling several times and just got a busy signal. I live 20 minutes away so I am very disappointed! And I paid for a product that I never got! That’s stealing in my book!

They always have the lobby closed and aren't very helpful to door dashers. They let certain customers in and then lock the door. I literally just needed to pick up an order and had waited in drive thru line but saw two people go in. I decided to try to go in but the door was locked. A worker noticed me and told someone else who just decided not to come to the door. I understand everyone is short staffed but to be dismissed completely is absolutely rude.

[LOVE this McDonald's!!! A young worker by the name of Gabriel norambeina saved my dog from a fire. A lighting strike hit the ground about 10 yards from me and we were surrounded by fire. He saved my little puppy!! I saw him run over to the street and help an old lady cross the street. This young man should be the face of this franchise!
