I bought a Modular gray sectional from Macs Furniture and I’m just in love. I had to split it up because my apartment is pretty small but I’m in love. Mrs. Tracy and the staff over at Mac’s will get you right. High quality good customer service. Good furniture definitely recommend!

Had a great experience buying our sectional. We met with the owner who answered all of our questions about the furniture we purchased which we found was made in the U.S. At Mac’s there are no salesman following you around like hungry dogs wearing cheap ties. Love this place!

We bought a huge sectional from Tracey and it was exactly as expected. While looking to purchase a sectional, we didn’t have to worry about being followed by the salesman. We were able to look around and figure out what we were looking for. Then Tracey helped us find the perfect sectional based on our needs and budget. The delivery was fast and efficient! Tracey stayed in communication with us until it arrived. It was a great experience and Tracey was so helpful! I recommend going to Mac’s for excellent service and great products. We couldn’t be happier with our new couch!

I'm enjoying the nice microsuede living room set we got here. The lady at the store was nice and knowledgeable about the furniture, plus we bought the set at 1:00 pm and they delivered it by 5:00 that same day. Excellent job guys, we appreciate it!

I absolutely loved my experience with Mac’s furniture! Tracey was very helpful and personable! She did not push me to buy anything but answered my questions! I was looking for a couch and loveseat and found the perfect one there at Mac’s! Tracey even helped me and ordered an ottoman that matched perfectly! Everything was delivered in a timely manner! Very satisfied customer!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!One of the biggest mistakes I have made. After several attempts to set up a meeting time (b/c their communication is terrible) I finally went into the warehouse to purchase a couch. This was something I really needed to get taken care of and on a short time frame. I made it very clear as to why I needed the couch and when it was needed by. I paid the full amount upfront and a delivery fee. Then the day of delivery they called to tell me they dropped the couch and damaged it. Instead of having them deliver the damaged couch I accepted their suggestion and said I would wait for a new couch to be delivered. On the day the new couch was suppose to be delivered I got another call stating that they went to their supplier to pick up couches, but they happen to forget or not get the couch I had purchased. Now with 2 days left to get the couch in my home I decided to take the original couch that they damaged when trying to deliver. I took this couch with the promise of a partial refund. This was 3 weeks ago and the refund has still not been given. Despite the fact that we have called and texted Tracy ( the owner or owner wife) multiple times with no response back. Now like I said just 3 weeks later the back of the couch is falling off. Staples are showing!!!! We messaged again to see if we could exchange for a new couch and of course that message was answered with only to say sure for an additional $200 delivery fee. Can someone explain why I would need to pay for a deliver fee when I have already paid for it once and the couch that was delivered was complete trash? Terrible company and terrible people. Do not even look at their products! Trust be it will save you a headache.

Just got a new sectional from Mac’s and I’m in love!!! Tracey was great!! I couldn’t ask for a better sales associate!! Delivery was easy it was all brought in and set up for me. I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to stop by!!!

It's a family owned furniture warehouse filled with different options for your living room, bedroom, dinning room. Whatever your looking for Tracey will help you through the process. She was very patient and very family oriented when we visited her and her husband's shop on a Sunday. We had our 3peice sofa set delivered the very next day 💕 We love our furniture and the experience of service we received from them definitely recommend them!

UPDATE*Not only did they lie about how many products I will be receiving, but my wife (130lbs) and I (170lbs) broke the bedframe in a week...Yo this company is borderline fraudulent. They told us that our bedroom set would show up on Sunday (we purchased the set friday) It showed up today (Wednesday) and late at that. They said it would be pre-assembled. They also told us that it would come with two nightstands. It did not. When we contacted them about the late arrival, the lady was very intoxicated. For being a family owned business... it was quite unprofessional. I do not recommend to anyone unfortunately.

Bought a couch on a Monday afternoon over the phone. Marilyn was extremely professional and helpful with all of our questions. Tracy the owner was extremely nice as well. They gave us an incredible deal on the couch we ordered and delivered it to us in downtown Austin on Thursday morning. Even during the COVID crisis their delivery was EXTREMELY fast. The process was fast and easy. I couldn’t be happier with our purchase and I can’t recommend them enough!

Felt very welcomed!!I was greeted immediately, which is a first for me dealing with small businesses. Mrs. Tracy was a bowl full of sugar. She was the sweetest ,warm hearted person to encounter. She was very professional yet made me feel welcomed and at home. I was not hassled or being hovered over to make my purchase. She was very informative and reassuring. There was discrepancy in the price but she honored it with no hesitation. I was very pleased with my purchase and the service rendered. I had a chance to speak with Tonya who finished up my sale and transaction. I literally talked to Tonya for 40 minutes like we had known each other for forever. While talking to her, my kids enjoyed a snack given by Mrs. Tracy. My entire experience was pleasant and I will be returning for future purchases. Also, to put the icing on the cake she had my furniture delivered the same day!!!

Tracy is a terrible business woman who is taking advantage of her husband “Mac” an older gentleman. She does bad business. “No refunds, 20% restock fee, In store credit only. In my case I had a receipt and they had a receipt. Both receipts said I had in store credit. She said it was added wrong, we took advantage, she don’t do business this way and get out her store. I called the police. When the police got there now she wants to do a further investigation into the matter since she didn’t do the transaction. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND HER. DO NOT GO. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

This funiture store is one of the worse ones I have ever came across if I could rate it less than one star I would. I ordered a couch and the owner guaranteed I would have it before Christmas or else I wasn't going to get it from them if not, which was a little over a month away at the time. The week before Christmas I had to call and find out what is going on with my order and she explained how they had to physically get the couch themselves from their warehouse and would schedule me for delivery Wednesday. Well here it is Tuesday and I hear nothing about a delivery time so once again I call and of course the run around again stating how they did not even physically have my order yet last week she did. Here it is exactly a month since ordering and the owner still has no timeline, completely lied about getting it before Christmas. So please do not waste your money here they are completely unprofessional. To reply to your comment: furniture shortage is not the issue, the lies and run around from the owner was the problem in this situation. Don't guarantee something you can't do.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst shady place ever. Not sure if Tracy (not sure how you spell it) is the owner but don’t believe a word she says. We bought a lot of furniture from there and we’re told he were getting everything with our bedroom set and we never got our chest. We were texting Tracy and she said it was back ordered and when it came in they would deliver it well a month later she stopped responding to texts and now she is saying that’s not part of it and we have to pay for it. Also we ordered 2 mattresses and one of them was a cheaper one we didn’t order she said she would give $100 credit for a night stand we don’t want it and now we won’t get our money back cause it’s credit. Shades people do not go there.

ETA UPDATE 11/17/2020They over charged me for my product. Admitted to the financing company that they did but did not send over the document to process the refund. Here I am 4 months later having to deal with the credit company to get my money back.Ordered some furniture through Facebook. Started off ok. Was told that they would be at my house before 5 because they didn't want traffic. get a call at 7:45 a.m. that I didn't hear because I turn off my ringer so I can sleep. They were at my house before 8 a.m. with no confirmation about this at all. When I call back the owner Tracy double down on being rude, and that I should just be happy I have furniture people are dying. I was also given the wrong couch. Sending it all back don't do business with these people. Hopefully I don't have issues with my refund. now they only took back the couch and wouldn't take back the dining room table and chairs and have blocked my phone calls. I'm contacting my lawyer regarding legal recourse. Hopefully they will update the amount that I owe them through the credit Service otherwise I'll be on the hook for a total amount of money when I don't even have all the furniture. Buyer beware.

Similar experiences as many on here. We spent $3500 on a sectional and table set. The table came damaged. Originally they wanted to offer a discount for us to keep the damaged table. Not once but 2x and each time we had to drive it from Austin back to the warehouse in Georgetown which is over 50 miles round trip from where we live. We finally got a table with no damages over 3 weeks after the initial purchase. We were told the furniture has a 2 year warranty and upon having an issue with our end recliner, not closing properly 8 months after purchase, we were told to drop it off and they would let the manufacturer deal with it. 2 days after dropping it off we received a call that it was ready for pickup. Due to weather we had to wait a few days to go get it. When my husband arrived it was all wrapped up which he left on until he got home because of the weather. When we went to try it out, the same issue was there. Opens fine but when you go to close it, it’s tough to close the leg part down. I sent a text to the owner and Tracy to ask if the chair was actually sent out for repair. The owner replied saying they had someone come and they did what they could. He said they had to pay out of pocket for the repair because whatever the issue was , it was not covered under warranty. I advised him he may want to get a refund because nothing was fixed. He stated they also tried it out and had no issues. Obviously the chairs not fixed and we did spend a lot of money there and our own time and gas driving back and forth several times for issue after issue. Now we will have to see if we can have someone from elsewhere come to fix the recliner. 1. Not sure how they knew it wasn’t covered under warranty if they didn’t even send it out the manufacturer. 2. They couldn’t even say what the problem was which leads me to believe nothing was done. 👎👎

The process was quick and easy to start. Poor communication. I was not advised the details on my lease agreement. The guy who delivered my furniture lost my receipt. Which is needed for the manufacture warranty. They have yet to correct the total price owed with Progressive. I was excited about this place at first. Sad to say I won’t be doing business with them again. They also did not deliver my ottoman they advertised with the sofa

Terrible terrible terrible business. If I could rate them a zero I would. Like a few other posts I was so excited when I first started this process and found a couch we loved. We signed up for the lease agreement with the lease agreement with the intentions to pay off using the money we sold our other couch for. Once we got the couch a few days went by and immediately noticed there were springs that were broken and needed to be fixed. My husband called multiple times and was assured that they were ordering a new one and would swap it out. After a month I called and the owner answered the phone. Immediately I was treated with absolute disrespect. I was simply calling to see when the new unit would be in to replace the broken delivered piece. She proceeded to tell me that she didn't have time to talk to me and was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called back and was sent to voicemail. I then went up to the store and was told by the associate that the owner ( who I spoke with on the phone) was out of town and unavailable to help but that she would get me an answer the following week. Nothing happened. My husband then called and spoke with the owner and was told a tech would come out and would take a look at the couch but that he isn't replacing it because he would lose money. Two weeks later and nothing. My husband and I went up there today and was given the manufacturers number to call and basically said they were not going to do anything. Thank god we did not pay in full or we would be out of money $1500 for this broke couch. Instead we called the leasing company to resolve.I am a realtor and have multiple staging companies I referred to this company. Which has obviously been retracted. This is the worst customer service and business management I have ever seen. DO NOT buy from macs.

Hands down one of the best furniture store experiences I've had!! We went to 3 other stores in the area before we stumbled upon this gem! The owner is fabulous! All the furniture is reasonably priced. If your looking for excellent customer service and great furniture... THIS is your place!!

Loved this place at first but wouldn’t go back now! We gave them multiple days to have our couch ready for pickup. We drove 68 mi to pick it up just to bring it back and realize they FORGOT our chaise! We contacted them on Thursday about it and Tracy said they would deliver it for free Saturday. Cool. Except now its Saturday and she text us giving us the run around about not having a delivery driver and that the piece will fit in our car if we come get it. If it fits in a car why can’t Tracy or one of her employees bring it to us? Why is it the customers responsibility to drive another 68 miles to pick up a piece YALL FORGOT. This is how you lose business! Go elsewhere!

Seemed like a good place to get furniture from and the sales staff was friendly. Unfortunately that’s where the good experience ended. I was told the furniture would be delivered and placed where I wanted. Day came when the furniture was to be delivered and one guy showed up to deliver 2 couch sets (one supposed to go upstairs) my wife and I had to help him unload. The trash was left for us to deal with, there was damage to the bottom of two of the items and to top it off the ottoman wasn’t even delivered. After another month of waiting on the ottoman it finally comes in and now the store is unable to find a way to get it to me. On top of it all the lady on the phone is super rude and gets upset because I raise an issue. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t buy here ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else looking for quality items or good service.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star! We ordered a Jax sectional the lady that sent the picture to me clearly sent a picture of a brown couch with white stitching when I called the store to tell them this wasn’t the couch we ordered I was told that sometimes pictures show up differently than what you may think! I’m sorry but a brown couch with white stitching and a brown couch with brown stitching is 2 different things! Then the man at the store tells me that I’m pretty much stuck with this sectional or I will have to pay a $400 restocking fee! Really I have to pay for a mistake and a lie that their company made!! I refuse to do it! I should have known better before we brought it! Then the man says well if it was me buying a couch I would have came to the store to look at it before purchasing it! Well I actually thought that the lady who was sending me pictures and everything was trustworthy! Guess not just another person trying to make a sale! I should have told my husband to send the couch back when the delivery driver said I DON’T SET THE COUCHES UP AND LEFT THE BOXES SITTING IN OUR LIVING ROOM!! All and all save your money and don’t order from this company because they are very sorry!!!

If i could give the solid 0 i would because this company is nothing but a fraud. If you want dishonest customer service and furniture that doesnt even hold up this is the place for you. They lie and they give the run around and place the blame on everyone and think trying to overtalk you helps them fix mistakes they caused. My experience with Mac's Furniture was nothing like some of these reviews. I had great customer service and delivery like they said. Tracy was very helpful in every way possible. If you want great care and a place were they treat you like you are human. Then I would shop here first you won't be disappointed.

I wish I had a way of selecting zero star. Worst experience ever. I wish I would have taken into consideration the reviews below. I did not follow my gut. Tracy is very UNPROFESSIONAL. She's RUDE. I'm wondering what her level of education is. OMG , I've never dealt with someone like that. Not only they did not deliver the living room the day they were supposed to but I got hung up on when I started questioning about the service. Then, they delivered the wrong furniture, I had to call and send pics to show her proof. Then the following day, they delivered the right furniture but with stains on it that they tried to cover up. I noticed a few damages as well. When I called her, she did not even apologize, she asked me to send the pics and told me what product I can use to remove the stains and how the damage can be fixed by me, then she hung up saying she was busy doing something. I am through with them. The 2 people who shared good reviews are propably related to her, I can guarantee that all other reviews are true. BE AWARE!!! I would NEVER and EVER do business with them again. I'm about to report them to BBB.

I will NOT be doing business with this company and I will NOT recommend them to anyone either. After being threatened with a lawsuit if I post a bad or dishonest review about them, by both the owner and his wife, here it goes.The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. I purchased a mattress from them and saw a nice couch set we liked. Did the application and was told we would get the delivery on Monday and could pick up Tuesday. Monday night we were told our order did not make it, but to right a wrong, they will go out of their way to pick the couches up on Thursday. I thought, "Great, they are doing good and maybe the bad reviews are just a few bad seeds" well that might be the case, but not in ours. We called this morning and the owner said "yea, we aren't going up there today" and after being very rude and getting EXTREMELY defensive when internet reviews were brought up, the owner even used words such as "I will go after you" his wife was no better, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I get it things happen, but do not make promises you can not keep. I was told, "well, you didn't even put down a deposit, so it was basically like a handshake that you will get your furniture on that day" (I don't know about you, but where I come from your word is your bond) I WAS NEVER TOLD TOO PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN, IT WAS NEVER EVEN MENTIONED TO ME, OR I WOULD HAVE, but if not without a contract on their end for the remaining balance which they don't handle, so how can they make a binding contract for exchange of goods if they do not do the loan contracts, how can they expect payment in the form of a deposit that legally has to go to the balance of the loan if they are not affiliated with the bank in that way???. The only reason I was financing was to build credit, I am glad now I did not pay for it in full. The warehouse was dirty and disorganized, the lady had no clue what she had in stock and kept talking about dead birds that were behind one of the beds. My review is summarized to My opinion and My point of view and well within MY rights of freedom of speech and are in regards to the actions that took place in my situation. I ask if you have read this through to this point you check more reviews, look at what the better business bureau has in regards to them as well as come to your own conclusion. There is more than one location so please look around. I was able to prevent my family from being taken advantage of and only walked away with a headache and a sour taste in my mouth.

Soooo, I do not understand why this Company has been given 2.5 Star's. I will be moving for my 2nd time & furniture shopping has been a nightmare. Conns Furniture is just too business like for me and their prices are ridiculous, I have also went to arrons, big lots, and a couple of other furniture places and I just did not like the Price, Quality or Style. So I just started googling and ran across this place. Finding this furniture place has given me a peace of mind. I love the prices, I love the Quality, And the different styles. Couches you see at conns for almost $1400 you will see here for about $600. It's almost unbelievable. Now I have placed my order and asked Tracy if she could deliver to me by the 15th and she said yes so I will come back to review after everything is said and done. I am really happy I found this place I really am. I am still lost on why they do not have good reviews. Also, Tracy texted me these other 2 websites that they can get furniture ordered from which is awesome there variety for furniture is pretty large. Thank you Tracy and your husband for listening to me and answering every time I called asking about measurements. They have been a lot of help and even though I called like crazy with different questions they never showed they were annoyed lol. great customer service great people. I love that I finally went to the actual pace my friend was upset she said she wished she would have known . she went to conns and spent a lot of money for something she does not even really like.Okay so i received my couch it took some time because i waited last minute. Out of honesty. Tracy and her husband are great but her assistant is not so much. I reported that i lived on 3rd floor and gave my new address but the assistant gave the wrong ticket to the truck guy and he was by himself and he went to the wrong apt. So i had to wait another day. Tracy fixed everything. My couch looks great! Only thing is the legs all have chips in them i will post pics. I also dont think the legs are on correctly either. There all different ways.

Very professional; helped my parents find the perfect mattress! They needed one so bad after 20 years, Tracy gave us a great deal and they love their new mattress- definitely going to be purchasing more furniture soon!
