4 lettuce stems in a tiny bag of salad. Please do better. How about some quality control with your outrageous prices? I used to love HEB but you’ve become another greedy corporation.

1/20 - Whomever designed the tiny isles and small parking spaces outside should be fired. Everything feels compressed in the store. Staff is always helpful and friendly. First time at this location. It just opened. Great selection of foods and a lot of to go stuff. They also have a garden center and a bar b q place. We will have to return for a longer visit. We only needed a few supplies. We will return. Warning⚠️ Watch out for drivers. We were almost hit by a couple of people lost looking for parking.

In case there is someone that doesn't know... HEB is the the best grocery store in Texas in terms of selection, quality and price. Also noticed some HEB products don't have all of the artificial stuff that I am trying to stay away from. Check out their ingredients compared to other brands! That along with lower prices and good quality is a win-win in my book!!! And everyone is friendly and helpful! Gotta say it, Love my HEB!!!

This is definitely an older H‑E‑B with the old store feel. In a good neighborhood, you’d think they’d remodel. The staff were all nice, but the store was pretty crowded at the registers. I think it would serve them well to have a couple more cashiers. All in all, not a bad store. H‑E‑B is my favorite!

This HEB is absolutely fantastic! I have been shopping here for 8 years & I always have a good experience. Today I thought the shelves would be bare due to upcoming bad weather but everything was fully stocked and the employees were working very hard to ensure that the store was stocked! A+++++

Nice clean old store. But there is a problem with selection. I never can just make one trip because they are either out of product on the shelf or they flat out don’t carry it. I would love to see HEB carry more sugar free pastries in the bakery. Diabetics like pastries too! The staff at this store have always been very helpful and nice. The Pharmacy is a bit slow to fill RX’s. And they need more Handicap parking spots. It is Georgetown after all.

We ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and picked it up from HEB 2/17 at 7pm.The young lady that took our cake order write everything correctly just the way we asked. However, if you look at the original order I posted the carbon copy:Chocolate CakeStrawberry FillingChocolate Buttercream FrostingMy daughter's name was missed spelt and so that had to be fixed. Nothing could be done about the entire cake being wrong. The picture you will see is:Chocolate cakeNo fillingWhite/Vanille IcingI would not recommend order a cake from HEB!

Store is great, with product variations not available in Georgetown previously. Staff are always helpful. My only beef with grocery stores is all the customers getting in my quite expeditious way. 😁

HEB is fabulous! Always enjoy visiting to get back to HEB. Great produce, great HEB branded food, wonderful butcher shop, and solid pricing. My only complaint is their craft beer selection isn't great.

This is a much nicer store than the other one in Georgetown. Granted, it's also much newer and probably two or three times the size as the one on IH 35. It's got just about everything you've come to expect from the nation's favorite grocery chain. I haven't had a chance to explore the entire store yet since I just recently moved to Georgetown, but will in due time. People living closer to the older HEB (like me) can feel good knowing that a new HEB Plus is in the works to replace the old store in the future. It will occupy the vacant land immediately west of the old store closer to the river. And a new Aldi store will eventually be across the street from it. Can't wait!

I had a very unfortunate encounter today at this HEB Pharmacy. If I am not mistaken, the person who interacted with me was Jennifer. As a disabled veteran unable to drive while in the pharmacy drive-thru, after I pressed the help button at the outside drive-thru kiosk, I was asked what I needed, to which I replied; to see if 2 prescriptions are ready for pickup (I had another to drop off as well) but I was abruptly refused service because I was not in a vehicle but rather on foot while being told I need to be in a vehicle. Rather than hold others up inline, I informed her at that time that I would come inside. When I did; I asked to speak with the manager to find out exactly why I was denied service. A Center Store Leader was called and I explained to him that I am sick with something contagious, disabled and that I wanted to know if there was a policy that would somehow deny me service at the pharmacy drive-thru because I walked up to it, and if so, I wanted to see it or have a copy sent to me. I want to know this for future reference and planning as a customer, in particular because I do not drive and have to make arrangements for travel. I further explained, I may not want the person driving me to know what medications I am picking up or dropping off. He couldn't confirm if such a policy existed, but informed me that they've had people on foot struck in the parking lot. I asked him if they've had any in the pharmacy drive-thru struck, to which he replied no, no we have not. I told him it's probably because there, people are waiting in line and not driving thru the parking lot, enabling them to strike someone on foot. I asked if I could leave him my information so that he could send me the requested documentation or follow-up with me. He did not take it, but rather gave me his card and told me he would speak with the employee. While this was appreciated, and he was kind and apologetic, it still did not fulfill the service I came there for or what I was now requesting.Regardless, whether one is on foot, in a wheel chair, on a bicycle or riding a horse, these are all considered modes of transportation and I'd sincerely like to know why I was denied service today, if it was because of my mode of transportation or if it was something else, not due to my mode of transportation.

I love HEB and their app. Once in awhile my wife sends me out with a short list of things I don't usually buy. At HEB I just bring up their app and set it to in-store shopping. Then I search for what she wants and it pops up on the screen with a picture and the aisle where I can find it. If that doesn't do the trick HEB pickers or employees are close at hand and always happy to help.

This is a great HEB. I use them for my pharmacy needs also. The pharmacy is quite crowded, but that's probably because they have great prices. I love branded products like Mi teinda, and their brand of dog food is the only kind my dog will eat.

HEB has gone absolutely crazy with their stores they are way too big. It's like running a marathon to get from the vegetables to the eggs. Sometimes simplicity is better. I sure do miss the small store from across the street and so do a lot of the older folks that have a hard time making that 2 mi walk from the vegetables to the eggs. The world might think about toning it down just a little bit bigger is not always better. I'll only go to the store when I absolutely have to if Aldi's does not have what I'm looking for and 90% of the time I don't need to go to HEB.

Used to be my favorite store since we just moved down to Jarrell. But not anymore. I understand each store has rules and policies and I used to work at H-E-B years ago and service pets used to be allowed. And I’m aware there may have been changes but I took today very offensive though! And im in my feelings about today too for anyone that is a dog lover. I have two kiddos that suffer from anxiety and depression and our dog is their service animal and today we were told we had to leave because no dogs were allowed in the store or in a cart and mind you we had her sitting on her pillow. I wanted to snap so badly!! It’s not like she was barking at anyone or loud or on jumping on any objects!!! It’s just the sad part is he didnt even bother to ask if she was a service dog either. But I just politely walked out with my son. For the record the employee/gentleman was not rude at all. I’ll shop somewhere else and spend my money elsewhere from now on.

I had the unfortunate displeasure of having an encounter with Joshua. It seems he forgot the HEB Value and Vision. He needs to learn interpersonal skills and how to EFFECTIVELY communicate with customers.

Exceptional deli, bakery, produce and fresh-caught seafood sections. Tortillas made in-store taste just like homemade. Throughout the store you'll run into employees whipping up samples to taste.

HEB is always "top shelf" in quality, convenience, customer service, while still addressing what we all look for, lower prices. Hard to do in these times, but keep focusing on value and pricing.

This is my HEB! Sorry, but I had to do it lol! No matter where I go in Texas, there is an HEB to save my day when I'm in need! And this is one of my favorites! Great selection, always great prices, and great service!

I’ve been always doing cubside and for a some reason I’ve been getting moldy, expired products and I’m trying to understand why?I’m so annoyed getting a message that no items are in stock and I have to check and prove the product is in stock. Makes me so upset!I gave HEB another opportunity and guess what yesterday I picked up my groceries and protein powder EXPIRED 3 months ago? Now I have to drive back today to HEB again to exchange.

I just had the best experience! I wasn’t feeling very well but I had to come to heb to pick up some milk and apple juice I kept craving. I’m due in a week and shouldn’t really be walking. I’ve been on maternity leave so cash is tight. I was using wic and something wasn’t covered. I’m not going to lie I was bummed. Jonathan a manager I assume helped the cashier and paid for my juice shut up! Yes, I was already embarrassed I couldn’t cover it and also the line was getting long. He didn’t even know I was craving apple juice. Geez heather, Chris and Jonathan, you guys ROCK! I will definitely enjoy my apple juice I drink like 4 times a day 😂 🏼 so sweet. What a great guy.

My favorite HEB in the area- I will drive pass the "ghetto" one to get to this location. The pharmacy is the best, often cheaper than my health insurance co-pay. Always clean, fresh produce, hard working partners.Grocery Pick up- seamless and perfect each time.

Store is not crowded however none of the cashiers have any bad people so lines are getting backed up. Also hard to find certain items but the biggest disappointment is no bag people

I was super unhappy with the deli department this evening but even more with the manager that I complained to. I told her that the 2 ladies working there would not quit talking to each other. Just yapping yapping yapping over my cheese and cold cuts. I told the manager and she defended them 100%. The manager , (some young woman with a nose piercing and hair up in a ponytail) said that they were supposed to be talking to each other because one was in training. And that it was ok. It is NOT ok for them to be spraying God knows what all over my food. That meat and cheese is for my granddaughter's lunches. That really infuriated me. The manager just smirked at me and said , if that's all you need you have a great evening and turned and walked away. I could tell she was being sarcastic. I hate that HEB now!!

I love HEB! However, after 23 yrs shopping at various HEB stores in the Georgetown/Round Rock/Cedar Park area, we're disappointed that fried chicken is not sold. We live in Missouri so we only get to shop HEB when we visit my in-laws once or twice a year. In every way HEB is better than Wal-Mart, but no fried chicken there is our only disappointment. Otherwise, I'm always excited to shop there.

We love HEB and this is our go-to store. Big enough to have an excellent selection of most stuff and well staffed so there is rarely much wait time. Recent travel to non HEB states has made me appreciate them all the more.

.hey I love HEB no matter which one I go to. They do have cheaper prices and the only place that carry Purina lamb rice formula for my dog at a great price through the INSTACART APP. But I like to shop in person at night or early mornings
