The store is clean, set up nicely, and the staff is friendly. The clothing is supposed to be separated by size but you really needed to look well, sizes were definitely mixed up. Other departments were neat and orderly. This site has more household items than the Goodwill on Williams Dr. Neither store provides bags anymore so beware.

This is by far one of the worst goodwills that I have been to. Waaaay overpriced and the selection was literally junk. (Walmart and Dollar Store items) I’m visiting my family in Texas and I’ve been to 3 Central Texas locations now and it’s all been the same. My home state Goodwills have a much better selection at lower prices. I know thrift stores have raised their prices but this is the worst that I’ve seen yet.

This location is grossly overpriced and their manager, Jamie, lied to me about why they could not accept a return. They literally sell other peoples donated junk and is too bothered to help a customer with a small return. I spoke with a manager at a different location who gladly accepted my return and informed me the information that Jamie gave me regarding returns was false. Fire Jamie and find another felon to run this store.

This location looks organized upon walking in, but they really don't place any importance on separating the kids' clothing from the adults' clothing. Found way too many kids' clothes with adult labels when they OBVIOUSLY didn't compare to the adults' sizes. I'm super disappointed by this location, and I don't plan on ever going back. It was a huge waste of my time.I also can't believe that their prices have gotten so high for being a "thrift store." I am happy that I decided not to donate anything to Goodwill over a decade ago. I would be angry if I saw that my clothes were being sold for more than their original cost! I recommend everyone take the time to go to an ACTUAL THIFT STORE with THIFT PRICES.

This has always been one of my favorite thrift stores, but I was just in there today, and they seem to have started using an eye-wateringly strong "deodorizer". I had to leave after only a couple of minutes.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Absolute worst customer service experience ever! First of all not only are the prices outrageous for a second hand store but the associates, two older ladies, in particular the one with glasses, has absolutely zero customer service skills! After waiting in line for about five to seven minutes finally she comes over to open the second register. I go up to the counter, place literally two jackets with hangers on the counter to which she immediately snapped "you could've taken the hangers off it would make this go faster" first of all great customer service you got there, second it's not my job to do your job for you, there were 2 people behind me and it took you all of 10 seconds to remove those hangers. I've been waiting in line just as long as everyone else has, again it's not my job nor is it my fault that you chose to let the line get that long. Learn some freaking customer service skills. I will never be shopping at this location again! Absolutely atrocious! Honestly based on the sum of these reviews, it sounds as if a particularly rude older female employee needs to either be re trained or replaced!

A lot of choices for anything. My Dad found 2 great PGA golf shirts like brand new. Goodwill has sure gone up with their prices. Some things on my own know I'm not going to pay that I might as well go to Ross. But sometimes most of the time you can find a good deal if they've got maybe a little greedy

Absolutely the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced, the two older women, one with blue hair and the other with glasses were beyond rude to me and my sisters but seemingly nice to everyone else, were never ones to complain but this was ridiculous!! We waited by the dressing rooms for 30 minutes as all associates were busy checking out other customers, when one was free and walked our way we said hey to grab her attention and she turned and walked away, then my sister went up to another and the first woman laughed “was that what you were trying to ask me when you said hi?” after being reminded of the four item limit we went in, then they came up and told us that they were closing the dressing room in one minute but didn’t say anything to the other woman in another dressing room, fast forward to checking out the cashier had an attitude with everything she said and was so snappy and rude, it was beyond ridiculous, will never be coming back nor will i ever recommend anyone to go here

Shannon Cedillo, you’re the reason everyone’s insurance is high you can’t drive. Your driving is reckless! I’m lucky I was able to make it home, as a motorcyclist we tend to avoid people like you. You’re the reason some of us can’t make it home to our families. If you drive recklessly I can just imagine how reckless you are at work. Being an assistant manager doesn’t give you the right to put everyone’s life in danger.

I visited this location for the first time today, as I have only ever dropped donations off in the back. My experience was terrible. The prices are insanely high. I mean, I saw Dollar Tree items that were marked up 500%. I have never seen such outrageous prices at any goodwill in this area. Deciding that I would still make a purchase, I took my things to the register and spent the next 10 minutes with the most unpleasant cashier I have possibly ever met. She was extremely rude and it seemed as if me bringing some picture frames and T-shirts to her register was an inconvenience of mass proportions. She sighed, and I counted, 12 times. She was very unhappy that a couple items didn’t have price tags and that I had the audacity to ask for them to be priced. I decided against two items at the last minute, based on the price-Whoaaaa. She needed a coffee break or a nap or a training. I actually couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was. Yes…I was polite and just trying to help with hangers, minding my own thrifty self. I will not be returning and will not be making any more donations (I went ham this summer on purging). I wish she would have been wearing a name tag because that would be my new catchall for Karens.Only, she leveled up and made Karen look like Mother Teresa.Stay out of register 1’s line, we got a live wire.

I have to agree with other reviews, the prices are ridiculous, used dresses for $35??!! I've seen this cycle quite a few times where it seems like a new employee gets really excited to play with a pricing gun and the prices get crazy high. But then of course the racks get so jammed that you can't even look at things without your arms getting sore, then the prices get back down to earth.Also I've read (and store employees have confirmed) that the better items never even make it onto the racks because they get shipped somewhere to be sold online. So you don't even get the great finds anymore. There just isn't really any reason to bother shopping at Goodwill anymore since much of the used stuff can be bought brand new in regular stores for less.On a side note, if their primary cause is helping people find work, why do many of their stores have "Now Hiring" signs in their window? Shouldn't an employment agency be able to staff their own stores?I don't know why I keep going back in the stores, I guess I keep waiting for the prices to be representative of a thrift store again. I wander around and don't buy anything and kick myself for not driving the extra few miles to Salvation Army where nearly all the clothes/shoes/bags are under $10

Definitely a cleaner and more organized goodwill but did not have good items. Mens section is very small and has what seems like 20 of the same store bought sweatpants and shirts. Woman’s section was large but left with nothing from it. Prices were much higher than any goodwill I’ve been to before. Bought a couple cat toys and two mens tops and wasn’t even given a bag. Cashier wasn’t friendly didn’t seem to want to be there. She dropped my items and I had to pick them up. Don’t think I’d come back here. Better second hand shopping out there.

Rude workers, extremely long check out line,, not friendly or understanding. Tricky price tags and they offered no bags...which I feel is rude. It's Georgetown where seniors are on a fixed income and reuse their shopping bags. So that wa surprising. It just feels very rude not to be offered a bag to place your things in...I was not prepared. 8 believe I wasn't treated right there. I won't go back.

Great big Goodwill. Dressing rooms are still closed, but it's ok. They allow returns for store credit if you return something within 2 weeks. Got a gorgeous bikini for $3.99 and a 18x24 silver frame (new) that holds a big print for $9.99. Going to order an art print and use this frame to go above my big bed. Loved the prices. Friendly checkers. Found a bikini bottom that was supposed to be part of a set, but there was nothing to match that I could find. The checker gave me a couple dollar discount for it. I go here often and it's always clean and well marked prices.

First time visiting from out of town, and the white old lady was so rude. I changed my mind about an item and she tells me okay well you can go put it back, excuse me ? You don’t have a put back in by the register? Then I asked her another question about the item and he gives back a rude response. I was so shocked they hire people like this at goodwill. So disappointed

Pricing is getting ridiculous- donated free items are crazy priced. Dresses for example $24.99 for Vince Camuto, $14.99 for Old Navy - would avoid and just go to Ross for new items.Inflation must hit this one...avoid if you want thrift store prices. The one on Williams Dr more reasonable pricing - and I'm not a reseller just trying to be sustainable and help environment; keep clothes out of landfills.

Covid-friendly review: Everything was clean and organized. It was easy to maintain 6-ft distance. Masks worn by everyone and cashiers have plastic protection at the registers.A little pricey for Goodwill, but still inexpensive. Organized by type & size.

I’ve been to many goodwills and this one was exceptionally clean and organized. Prices are typical for most goodwills I’ve been to but for the cleanliness, organization, and staff I’m giving it 5 stars! I spent $60 and purchased about 10 items. They have some cute furniture too!

I couldn't stay long because of the awful overpowering perfume smell. The stuff headaches are made of. I can still smell it on my clothes. Prices are high for a thrift store. They have been this way for awhile at all the locations I have been to. This was the last time for me.

This place is a racket. SO expensive. It’s other peoples trash like, calm down.Examples: a ripped dress was $11.49, a half left case of blank CDs was $5.49. It was supposedly a blue tag day. There were about 5 blue tags in the womens section and they were all heavily worn like goodwill clearance. I’m willing to bet every day is blue tag day.I’ll never donate to goodwill again.
