This is the MOST neat and tidy Goodwill I have ever been in! The toys are organized. The shoes are organized. The racks are straightened, the floors are clean and AC works great. They even have a dressing room, where many of the stores have gotten rid of them. I complimented the staff and they said they won an award for best presentation within the Goodwills. Deserved!

This is one of the better handled goodwills in the area. It's just like any goodwill places I've been to. It is large and filled with a ton of items. From clothes, to toys, to electronics, to movies. Just pretty much most of whatever second hand things you need, you can find it here. I spend quite a bit of time going around to most of the goodwills to find collectables and such, so definitely know which are the best ones.

this goodwil is ridiculous. My 5 year old came to the toys section, she was searching and playing around with the toys. the employee/ manager, whoever you were, came and told her NOT to do that. Are you for real? i will not come here anymore.

Absolute scammers and completely unprofessional. They lady working was a liar and changed the price ! The lady rang it up and it was half off as it was marked with a blue tag and then their system went down so I waited patiently for 45+ minutes until they re booted their system and then when she rang it up she goes “oh the price changed, on my screen it shows full price 49.99” when it was 24.99 the first time ! I still bought it because I spent over an hour there and wanted the item but totally unprofessional and outrageous! Even though I pointed out that 45 minutes earlier it was half off and she acknowledged that she still charged me full price ! Totally ridiculous!

Weird place, I used to stop by regularly because it was close to one of my work places but I had too many uncomfortable experiences that made me feel unsafe. Once had an old woman yell at me from across the store asking if she could help me, claim to be security, and accuse me of allegedly following some girls (or women) who had apparently left the store before me. The employee who rang me up claimed that she was not, in fact, hired by Goodwill and that she was just a regular. Management was not helpful.

I stopped by today looking for a tray. Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful -- just an exceptional shopping experience! And I found the perfect tray at a great price (along with a couple other things I hadn't realized I needed 😅

This was the most organized location I've ever been to! Whitney was extremely friendly checking me out. I definitely will be back. The whole staff was very helpful as I watched and listened to them help other customers! Keep up the great work!😊

The young men that help unload are great. Super helpful, quick, and easy to chat with. The manager is a different story. He is rude, incompetent, and doesnt want to work.

I always get in and out pretty fast since everything is in pretty good order. I've been offered assistance as soon as I walked in the last two times and the cashier has been efficient, 👍.

Staff is very friendly, good quality resale clothes and items (and some new!), large book and movie collection, plus great furniture! I bought a dresser in excellent condition and a man who works there loaded it up for me and was very kind about it. We shop here often, and I recommend it to others!!I gave 4 stars instead of five because I feel the clothing is overpriced a little.

This location had a great array of Halloween costumes, even just a few days before. They good ones weren't very cheap, but they were worth it because they were unique. I paid $60 for a bobble head Frankenstein. It was really cool. Staff here are very friendly.

First time at this location it was nice but many things were overpriced for being second hand and the two small items (toddler slippers and sm basket bowl) I wanted most I couldn't even purchase because they didn't have a sticker. Cashier said it had to go through pricing process again. Wish they could've just gotten a manager for pricing.

When I first moved here this place was reasonably priced but now the prices have gone through the roof. I have found numerous nick back items where they are charging more for that item than what it sold for new.The people are great there but good will never pays their help well enough to where they don't have to supplement their income in another way. (Welfare)They say they are "putting people to work" what is the use of putting someone to work and keeping them in total poverty? Put a few less people to work and take care of the people you do have.I also hate it when I do buy something and they ask if I want to round off my total so instead of paying way too much for something they got for free, now they want me to pay more???

I was really impressed by the honesty and integrity of the store manager, Rene, and his team. A suitcase containing some very valuable items was mistakenly left at the dropoff section of the store, and Rene went out of his way to help recover all items. Store looked nice, also, with friendly staff.

Great buys, sometimes priced too high! Also, when they change the color of week for half priced articles, there is very few items in this color tag. Why do I give it a 5 star rateing?? The staff, they are awsome, friendly and sways go way beyond to help. Always walk out with a smile on my face.

This goodwill is great i met my wife here and proposed in the dressing room..anyways there is this young chap named Devon who works here i feel that he over prices the Pokemon cards i also believe he might have a personality disorder, needles to say the new store is great but the old one is over ran with bearded wonders that try and overprice everything,if its not yours you probably shouldn't of donated it and just left it alone to begin with! very nice ppl though love playing the guitars and screwing things. see y'all soon!

This Goodwill location is smaller than others in the North Austin metro area, but I love it. The employees are friendly, too. It's been a mixed bag when it comes to pricing; some items are way overpriced, but others are reasonable.

I used to shop here weekly, because I found nice gently used clothing for an average of $5 (I mean designer things!) Now everything is a couple of dollars more, at least, and apparently a new manager has come in and upped all the pricing (according to employees I've heard talking to disgruntled customers). I see people in there now muttering that "things are too expensive" and the number customers in there has dropped dramatically. Hey, this is supposed to be "The Goodwil,l" a non-profit organization I've supported heartily for decades. I am frankly disgusted to see the prices now going up to a point where you can get something NEW at Ross CHEAPER than you can buy it at the Goodwill.

I love this place, but they are a little pricey. they get most of the items free, and charge almost as much as Walmart for a lot of things! this is supposed to be a store for people who don't have a lot of money!

The store only has their discounts Sunday thru Thursdays. Somethings are over priced for 2nd hand items. Gotta have time to go through racks. Other then that you might find something useful.

This Goodwill is great. Its smaller but they have really good items for awesome prices. And the staff members are very friendly and helpful.
