I can’t recommend ExtraSpace enough. My wife and I moved to Austin from Colorado and I’ve been working with Max the entire time. I had to navigate a travel trailer being shipped down with our stuff and he was able to help me through the whole process being out of state.Then we have decided to sell our travel trailer and Max was quick to get me hooked up with a storage unit so I could transfer all our stuff while we wait for our house to close. This could’ve easily been a very stressful part of our move and Max and ExtraSpace made it smooth, easy, and totally stress-free. Thank you!

I just had the best experience with this Georgetown location talking to Max. He was so on point. So kind and informative. He made this the smoothest process for me. Effortless really. Also Extra Space is a really clean place. I highly recommend this it. If you get the gentleman named Max you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. He needs a raise! Super glad to have storage right by my house for a good price. Max was straight forward about rate increases in the future and all the details about my rental. Thanks!

I could never access gate via Bluetooth technology for one thing. The worst thing is that they increased my rent from $71 to $149 without warning. That left a very terrible impression on me and I will never recommend anyone to rent from extra space.

I received an email that my unit was not secured. I had not noticed the lock bolt was not completely engaged when I last locked my unit. Christopher was on top of things and I was glad to promptly return and properly lock my storage.

The Extra Space Storage Georgetown, TX location was excellent and Max, (the Manager) was always very helpful. Keep in mind that the lease is month to month and they can raise the rental rate at their discretion unless you prepay the rent.

The manager Max helped me out big time. I rented a 10X10 and realized it was too small when I got there. He cancelled the 10X10 for no charge and got me a 10X20. Thank you Max!

I needed to move all my belongings to storage, quick! I already had two units. I need three new units close to each other to help simplify the move. Max was so helpful and knowledgeable that he was able to end my rental on the two older units, get me two units close together and continued to work on finding me the third unit. It was a lot to ask. Max got it done! Plus, I feel safe going to and from the units.
