Great deals and products love this place . Most of the employees are great however one had a very bitter attitude. Came by this weekend and asked about where certain products were. She was very dry, rude and one word answers. Didn't get too much better at the checkout . She was the only one there so I had no choice. She is the light completion African American woman , heavy set built. We all have bad days but that was horrible to deal with .Other than that experience I always have a great time shopping there.

Cashiers are not kid friendly. I had a one year old who was upset about a toy and both cashiers had something to say . Even tried to give me the toy for free to hush my child up. It was very upsetting to see them so irritated by a child. Won’t be shopping there anymore.

Incredible staff. Whoever hired these lovely people deserves a vacation, along with the cashiers today. Angels. All of them.I'm dropping this review before the angry 1star review comes.This super angry and spiteful woman was attacking a cashier and said she'd "be stuck working here for the rest of he miserable life" all because this angry woman didn't hear her total the third time it was repeated. I stepped in to ask of she could please not yell at the cashier so she launched an attack on me. But it's "kids these days" that are super disrespectful. Bull.This location is a 10/10 and the people who work here are angels.

Whenever I have an activity, I can count on Dollar Tree to make it a little bit more special for everyone. With a few items and creativity here is a lovely picture frame. Happy 4th of July!!!!

Last time I went here they had a good selection of storage items and I loved it. And today there wasn't any that I saw that time. Seemed like they were running low. I was looking for a good sized bin to store all of my babies baby food. Overall I like dollar tree for it's crafts items and stationary items.

THIS PLACE IS JUST RIPPING PEOPLE OF WITH THIER IHOP COFFEE. I PAID $8.50 FOR 2 X10 CUP BOXES ON 07/01/23, AND TONIGHT 07/10/23, I PAID $8.25 FOR 1 BOX OF 10 CUPS. THAT IS CALLED PRICE GOUGING, AND IS ALMOST AS MUCH AS A CUP OF COFFEE AT THE ACTUAL IHOP.I HOPE SOMEONE DOES SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PRICE GOUGING. RIDICULOUS.

Great back to school items and seasonal decorations. Sometimes you can find great items in the grocery section as well. This store is not the cleanest nor the speediest.... Expect to wait in a long line to checkout.It's a go to store for batteries, balloons, and greeting cards!

Lots of Christmas decorations to choose from all shelves stocked and great customer service .no long lines at the checkout . .the Georgetown dollar tree is one of the bigger dollar trees that is setup like a grocery store

Don’t waste your time here lately they have put up signs saying they are closing early because of air conditioning problems, which they’re supposed to stay open until like 9 or 10 and they close at 3… seems bizarre to me. Oh and they sell refrigerated foods they need to be cold and with air conditioning problems who are you selling that??? Letting it go hot and cold??? Lawsuit waiting to happen! Just close the store down already!

Prices good, stocked well but oh my gosh, they hire the slowest cashiers ever. Finally walked out after standing in line behind 5 other customers and in 2-3 minutes cashier was still on same customer. It was painful to watch how slowly she picked up each item and scanned them. Better training maybe??

Winessed mgr being incredibly rude to an older Hispanic customer yesterday 8.20.22 seemed so annoyed to even hear her voice little own attempt to understand her broken English. No attempt whatsoever to assist her on her quest for sunflower dishes etc…if you don’t want to deal with the public get a different job!!! So rude and dismissive!

The manager in this location is wonderful as well as most of the employees. Most are kind and courteous except one. She has a caustic personality, never greets customers when they walk in the door, generally looks unhappy to be at work and yells at is genuinely disrespectful to customers. I will not post her name but management is welcome to contact me for information. Again, the store and staff are great, however, one bad apple can ruin it for all.

So disappointing that once what was a great place to shop has declined so much. merchandise unstocked everywhere, and rarely more than one cashier even though staff sees that cashier has a line with up to six and more people in it. It's understandable the merchandise is not in the appropriate area due to customers moving it, but to see bare shelves and merchandise still in boxes either on the floor or on a cart to be stocked everywhere throughout the store is disappointing. And it seems staff turnover is very high as you generally don't see the same person more than a month. And changing the hours back to 9 p.m. closing it's disappointing as well even if they may not have had the business customer flow at least that gave an extra time for merchandise to be stocked. But I'm going to continue being a customer care because I know it can get better and be what it once was.

I love that store and the people who work there. Even the other customers were very thoughtful to me as I am partially handicapped. Everyone stayed the recommended distance and had on masks. I felt very safe.

This review is for the building and management of the store, not the employees. This location is in need of a serious renovation. The employees are five star material, as they do the best they can with what they are given to work with (skeleton crew, dilapidated building, etc.), but the building is literally crumbling around them. There has been an active leak in the ceiling for at least a year. The ceiling tiles have been removed and buckets are strewn about to collect the constant dripping. Due to under-staffing, there is never time to stock the shelves and as such, it always looks like a bomb has gone off in the store. Items are everywhere, boxes sit in the middle of the aisle, nothing is where it should be. Again, this is not the employees fault, they have to be at the registers, or dealing with structural issues. It's a sad mess.I have noticed the exact same problems (minus the leaking ceiling) at the other Dollar Tree locations throughout the greater Austin area. So obviously, this is a corporate level issue. How can the stores be maintained when there are not enough employees to maintain them??? People, including myself, are now avoiding your stores simply because you will not hire the correct number of people to run them. Your stores have become unorganized, haphazard, long line, exasperating messes! Clean up your act!

It seems every time I go into Dollar Tree I start out there for one or two items and never fail to end up leaving with more! I always find something else I just Must Have! I just can't control myself, they always have something that is on my CANT LIVE WITHOUT list.

The store itself was pretty good actually. But I didn't appreciate that I had to leave everything and go down to another store because they wouldn't let a 5 year old use the restroom.

I like Dollar Tree because everything is only $1...some items are taxed. There are a lot of name brand items as well as various store brand things to choose from. i.e., basic groceries, household, kitchen, personal grooming and health items, as well as party and school supplies. Perfect, if you are on a budget.

I am a dollar store junkie and this is the only store in the area. I give it 5*s because it is an interesting value. I really enjoy shopping here, never knowing what new stuff is offered.

I reluctantly shop here twice a month to pick up a few $1 items I really need, but I have to coach myself before I walk in the door to overlook the pig sty that this place is. This is by far the messiest and ill-managed Dollar Tree in Texas, I kid you not. Go at your own risk...

I -always- check them out when shopping. They're no-nonsense and frequently have the same stuff as elsewhere at a more than reasonable price. I'd recommend any serious shopper do the same.
