The only reason I use CVS is because our pharmacy \"Benefit\" plan required me to move my prescription from the pharmacy that worked just fine to CVS. Every time I have a refill, including an \"automatic\" refill, there's a problem. I call the Monday prior, to make sure it's on the schedule. There's always a problem. I'm told it will be ready the following week. No, I need it before the weekend. Ok, it will be ready Thursday. No call. Show up at the pharmacy on Saturday: prescription is not ready. Lots of fighting with the computer, have to cool my heels for 30 minutes while someone convinces the computer to release it. Check on the refill date, can't give me a definite date, but, once again, the \"automatic\" refill should be fine. I'm betting that once again, it won't be, and I'll have to fight with CVS again in 3 weeks, and it will be screwed up because it's January 2024.

I was charged for this Rx even though I have not been charged for one in 22 years. I have Medicare and Tricare For Life which is not the same as Tricare. Person wouldn’t listen to me. I will never shop at CVS again

Try do buy generic Mucinex the register girl rings me up for the named brand, doesn’t say anything. Even though the generic brand is sitting right there in plain view. When I ask for a refund they tell me they can’t. Just crazy bad service. Train your people better

CVS is a great store and Pharmacy! Someone always Hi when you walk in and Have a great when you leave. I love that. Their prices are fair to ridiculous.But, the ladies in the Pharmacy are fabulous!

Nice new store, good service, but the store was moved to this very high traffic area, the busiest intersection in Georgetown. Difficult to get into. For this reason I'm going to used a different Pharmacy.

Very friendly and respectful staff plus knowledge of their products; where to find and what shelf. Store is always uncannily clean. In and out in minutes. Wow!
