I have never had my drugs filled the way they fill them here. Jared expertly counted pills and filled containers with the most excellent customer Service. He deserves all the raises and promotions cvs can supply, never will i meet a worker as amazing as him !!!

CVS has been part of my life since the took over Longs drugstores.The pharmacy is always on top of their game and all associates extremely friendly.The Extra Bucks are a great additional bonus!The CVS store in Georgetown on Williams Dr. definitely cater to its customers!

I've moved but this CVS deserves a review, so here goes. The place is always busy, but there is never a long wait. The phone system is a bit stupid (but aren't they all). When I need help, everyone from the pharmicist to the cashier will go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. I only hope I can get as good a service here. Can't imagine better.PS> Tamara, thank you for you help getting me through the transfer process.

If you don’t speak English 100%, please don’t come to get a physical here! African American woman in the Minute Clinic refused to do a DOT Physical simply because I was translating the form we needed to fill out for my husband. Please note my husband has his own business and communicates in English with our clients but whenever he gets asked about medical stuff he wants to make sure he fully understands.At first the lady said that because my husband doesn’t speak English she wasn’t going to do the physical ironically he said this to my husband in English. Then the lady said that she was unable to do it because I was translating the form. We were waiting for 30 min and we ended up scheduling an appoint at another CVS.

If i could give negative stars I would. Absolute dumpster fire of a pharmacy. they lose prescriptions and never let you know. Nothing goes right here. Get your Rx's filled anywhere but this terrible business.

This pharmacy does an outstanding job dealing with the many complicated situations they encounter. Not only are they courteous and have a great deal of patience, but are very professional. Thank you, especially pharmacy staff, for all you do!!

I made an online appointment at this CVS store for a Covid test.My experience reinforced my decision to never use CVS.I arrived at the appointed time and went to the concierge desk.No one was there. I went to the prescription drop off window.The lovely and talented pharmacist, Shelly, looks at me and very curtly says, 'what do you want'. I told her and she said go to the concierge desk, where there was no one. I was standing there wondering what to do when I saw a computer that said 'Appointment Check in'. So I checked in and that rang a bell somewhere and the nurse practitioner came out. She was very nice and did a good job. She said I could get some testing kits from the pharmacy and took me to the drop off window where we saw the same pharmacist, Shelly.She was curt and abrupt. Quite unpleasant. She did the paper work and said' come back after 2:30'. Evidently they were all going to lunch.I can't really fault her. Those people in that pharmacy are being over run. They're wrapped as tight as you can get and stressed out to the max.You can blame CVS for allowing a situation like that to exist.I will continue going to the HEB across the street where I have gotten my prescriptions filled for 11 years.I went back the next day at 9:00 to get what they said would be ready after 2:30 the previous day. It wasn't ready. They said the computer had gone down. It was obvious that was just something they tell people to hide their incompetence.NEVER AGAIN!

There is a woman who doesn’t wear her name tag. Has lots of piercings, can barely walk, works the front and the photo and secretly hides in the front of the store to smoke. She is a very rude person and lacks customer service abilities to customers and to also workers coming in to fix their equipment. I witnessed first hand today how she treats those individuals. She is sharp tongued and her clothes could use a bit of a press. Can’t believe this type of person represents. CVS! I will choose another place to go after today. Had t give at least one star but I take it back ten fold.

I just gotta say… It’s extremely sad to see all your terrible reviews… Everyone who works here WORKS literally SO HARD and are under an INCREDIBLE amount of stress. This pharmacy location is the busiest by far in the Central Texas area, we fill hundreds of prescriptions every single day and give hundreds of vaccines every single day… We work OVER 50 hours a week in one of the most chaotic work environments… On top of going to school and/or being parents to young children… While trying to stay healthy enough to keep coming to work to SERVE YOU your medications when you need them! Be patient and kind if at all possible and try to be more understanding! I promise you we are doing our best and 9 times out of 10 the things y’all are complaining about is out of our control completely.

Pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I waited in line for 45 minutes only to get to the window and then them close before I could get my prescription. This was my second time to try to get my prescription today. I transferred to Walgreens down Williams and already so much happier. Highly recommend using Walgreens.

I was just in and bought vitamins that were buy one get one free. They were under the sign. But didn't ring up that way. Walked back and showed employee. He said sorry but I couldn't get one free...False advertising I think. We spend a lot there but I think Walgreens just got my business..

I went to drop off a UPS package that required UPS driver signature. Caden was EXTREMELY helpful and offered to get the required driver receipt form signed by UPS, after I’d waited there for an hour. Caden called me to let me know the UPS driver picked up my shipment and the signed receipt is ready for me to pick up. Thank-you so much to CADEN!!

My daughter and I went in for a rapid COVID test. We made our appointment online and went in during our window. When we got there, we received a text telling us where to go. We were seen immediately and by a very friendly staff member. She made jokes and made us feel comfortable while we had to do such an uncomfortable test. I believe her name was Elizabeth. About 15 minutes later we got a call that we were negative and she wished us well on our cruise. Excellent customer service! Thanks so much!

The staff at this CVS is always helpful and go out of their way for you. I have been shopping here for 2 years and love everyone. With the recent crisis we are facing front store does all they can when you asked them for something. Pharmacy is also amazing from the Pharmacist that always have time to talk to you to the Pharmacy Techs. Who have to deal with very rude people. I seen it first hand they are very professional and never make you seem to flustered.. I just don't understand when people don't get the answers they want to hear they take it out of them..People are really nasty.These people are here to help us fill out our scripts and all our daily needs. My hat goes out to the Cvs on Williams Drive in Georgetown. Keep up the great work. I appreciate you!

Went in to get my vaccine . Wait was too long for an immuno compromised person , nobody in the store are masked but employees. After being told I wasn't immuno compromised, I had to tell a vaccinated to pull her mask up over her nose . She was sweating and appeared sick . I could not get out of there fast enough . She didn't apologize for her rudeness . And I left wondering if I even received a real vaccination . I highly recommend you do not get vaccinated at any CVS location . They are risking lives , and apparently do not care . I am immuno compromised. I have multiple sclerosis. Any medical person should be aware who is immuno compromised and who isn't!!! She tried to tell me to come back in a month . Trust anyone but CVS with your health !!

I don't know if all CVS are like this or is this the exception to the rule.They lie. It's plain and simple. They lie so that they don't have to lose customers. You have a prescription called in and when you pick it up they will tell you either two things 20 minutes or an hour. When you show back up it's still not ready.My mother in law needed antibiotics after a surgery. They call it in. We show up an hour later and they tell us 20 minutes. When we go back they say that they don't have the full amount for the prescription. By that point it was too late to move it somewhere else. Thankfully we were able to get a few pills that carried her for the nightLast Night, while waiting for our son's prescription a lady went in to pick up her daughter's antibiotics. She had dropped it off at 4pm (was 8:30 now). They told her it wouldn't be ready until 9:30am the next day, even though she was told 1 hour earlier in the day. It wasn't until the woman called another pharmacy that her prescription was magically filled.They lie about wait times so that you won't take the business somewhere else. And yes they are short staffed, so easy solution hire more staff. They had 60 billion to acquire to buy Aetna, they surely could hire 2 more techs per shift.We will find somewhere else to fill our prescriptions.

Worst CVS I've ever been to. It's always dirty and grungy and leaves all over the place and that matches the personalities of the people who work here. Always super crabby and just seem to be wishing they were anywhere but at work. Do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens two minutes down the road......

Terrible management. No communication. Store hasnt been open for several days, no one answers phone no posting on web site. Hand written note on door. Have no idea if I'll get my covid shot friday.Made an online appointment for covid booster for 1pm. Arrive and was refused by pharmacy. No attempt to help. Went to the clinic and Leslie was fantastic. New exactly what had happened during registration. She was able to convince the pharmacy to take my wife ss a walkin. Later we found out they had no one scheduled.Leslie was a customer centered, customer satisfaction person. Frienfly, curtious, kind, cheerful, helpful. The lady in the pharmacy was blunt, cold, unhelpful and rude.

On 10/04 at 10:15. I had an appointment for a flu shot. I sat in the waiting area until 10:45, when I asked about my wait time for my scheduled shot. They only told me that they were backed up. Why make an appointment if it means nothing to them.

Terrible customer service in the Pharmacy.I take many medications so having to deal with them very frequently is absolutely horrific. The employees are indifferent, and the Pharmacy Manager is Rude and Incompetent! I have even spoken to the store manager four different times and after the 4th time he gave up I guess, and he told me he has nothing to do with the pharmacy and can't make them do anything, that I have to deal with the rude Pharmacy manager. I also called corporate and got no response from them!! Unbelievable!! I have been going through this for almost a year, but as soon as I can swap to a different prescription plan. I well immediately choose a plan that doesn't use CVS as it's preferred Pharmacy.

Just moved back to Georgetown after many years.and moved our Rx's to CVS on Williams Dr. Thought I had it all taken care of with insurance , etc until Saturday.. Some error had occurred , my RX was $17.29 for what I ordinarily pay $1.62 .Since I had company I chose to take care of it Monday with my Insurance Co and CVS, which I did and returned today for a refund. What a disaster. Jessica is rude, arrogant , demeaning , and far from customer friendly telling me I was wrong maybe I should go back and get it where I got it from before and actually dismissing me...... .I left seething but not being accustomed to such treatment I called the store manager. Mr. Ray James told me she would be leaving in 4-5 days. I said 4-5 hours wouldn't be soon enough. Mr. James listened, investigated , and returned my call to assure me I am due a refund , my RX cost is $1.51. I commend him for checking the information . Jessica should be digging ditches. I will return only because Mr. Ray James listened and followed through .

Staff doesn’t have knowledge about the minute clinic and phone number they provide is entirely useless. The IVR system cannot answer questions and disconnects when you attempt to speak to an individual.

After reading all the bad reviews, I came to the conclusion that your customers are the issue. This store is amazing and is doing what they can during a pandemic. People are scared and taking it out on health care workers who are working tirelessly with bad pay to keep yall healthy. Sorry, yall dont deserve this.

They have a help desk at the entrance to the pharmacy. I stood there watching the attendant as she was typing what looked like a letter. She never looked up to acknowledge that I was there so I got in line at the pharmacy window. Why have a help desk, if nobody offers help?

I don't get any text message or phone call when prescriptions are ready. This problem has been ongoing since 2015. I also get misinformation regarding refills and Medicare entitlements. I'm switching to either Walmart or Walgreens as soon as possible and I advise you do the same.

NEVER experienced anything negative. Unsure what people expect. Balancing the 1 stars or less... If one was so unhappy, did you discuss with management or CVS-corporate? As a customer, did you bring the correct documentations, and try avoiding the busy times of day? Try bitching less. Life is short, these folk will help extend your miserable-self.Four strong Stars and a smile!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. We moved to Liberty Hill from Round Rocks I switched out prescriptions cvs well. . Was a HUGE mistake. Pharmacy is rude and always screws something up. People are treated like we have no sense. We are going back to the twenty-four hour CVS in Round Rock. They are wonderful!!!!

Lauren Hodgkins, PA-C was the practitioner working for my visit. This lady needs some bedside training. She claimed that I was there for an antibiotic handout and then rudely informed me that they are not that kind of place. All of this was said to me without her reviewing my medical history, current symptoms or even being present for the entire physical exam (her nurse practitioner was leading the appt) ! Not to mention that she doesn't knock before entering and interrupting my exam which the exam room is directly connected to the store. This is the first time that I have used a clinic like this in over 6 yrs and will not be going back.
