A great new place. Clean and tidy.Love the kind employees here as well. Thank you for everything .......But could use a few more Handicap ♿️ parking spots though. We only have one leg and have to park far away in regular spots so we can use two spots as to be able to open both doors all the way to use wheelchairs ♿️

Costco's Self-Checkout Nightmare: A Customer Inconvenience Taken Too FarAs a longtime Costco member, I've always appreciated the warehouse club's commitment to providing value and convenience to its customers. However, their recent changes to the self-checkout process have left me utterly disappointed and questioning their priorities.The new self-checkout system is an absolute nightmare for shoppers. Instead of streamlining the checkout process, Costco has made it an unnecessarily arduous and time-consuming ordeal. Customers are now forced to remove every single item from their cart, scan them one by one, place them in a designated weight area, and then painstakingly reload their cart. It's a ridiculous and counterintuitive process that defeats the purpose of self-checkout entirely.If Costco's primary concern is theft prevention, they should address it through alternative means rather than inconveniencing and frustrating their loyal customer base. We, as paying members, should not be burdened with such an inefficient and cumbersome checkout process.Costco has two reasonable options to rectify this situation:Offer a discount or incentive to customers who endure the self-checkout ordeal. If they insist on making our lives more difficult, the least they could do is provide some form of compensation for our patience and cooperation.Hire more employees to assist with the checkout process. This would alleviate the need for the overly complicated self-checkout system and provide a more efficient and pleasant shopping experience for everyone involved.Costco prides itself on being a customer-centric company, but these recent changes to the self-checkout process contradict that very principle. It's time for the warehouse giant to reevaluate their priorities and consider the convenience and satisfaction of their loyal members. Failure to address this issue promptly may drive customers away and tarnish Costco's reputation as a shopper-friendly establishment.

I have been shopping at Costco for at least a decade. The only issue I have had has been with this new one. Two out of the last three times when I purchased fresh catfish, what I got was not catfish. Catfish has a very distinct taste. This had no taste and the flesh had a texture that was more like meat than fish. I've had salt water Redfish very similr to this 'catfish'.

We are in the year 2024 and Costco only accepts Visa cards? Dont come here if you use any other type. Waste of time and money. Having to use the ATM and getting charged the fees to pull cash out. Millions of businesses accept multiple cards.-Oh we don't accept other cards but you can use our ATM so we can charge you even more money to pull cash out!-GarbageDo better.

Word to the wise, do not buy appliances here if you need delivery/installation. Pick it up yourself. Terrible communication and they cannot do anything to help when you call. Could not get an ETA window for installers until mid morning of delivery day. Most people work and need to be able to plan a little. Pay a little more and go somewhere else

Jamayka was fabulous! I do want to thank Sandra at customer service for being so delightful and she really made my day after the day I had had with another business I just thought she was out of this world extremely helpful she answered all my questions she was extremely Pleasant she is the perfect example on how you should be when dealing with customers and I am ever so grateful for that experience and I will make Georgetown my home Costco moving forward because of these two individuals but especially Sandra.

Why buy tires from Costco when you can’t get something as simple as a flat fixed there? A smart shop would keep one bay available for emergent drop in customers. I was driving through Georgetown when my tire picked up a nail. After waiting for 2 hours without any movement in the queue for drop in customers, I took it to Discount Tire who found out the tire was not repairable. So I bought a new tire and took the old one back to Costco in a shopping cart for the adjustment. Turned out there was 80% left and if Costco had fixed it I would have saved $270. That is how not servicing drop in customers impacted me. Not very customer in.

I hear about customer's behavior all the time. I found the employee's at this location not only rude but disrespectful. Most recent contact with basket person at register had five items in basket with bar codes visible for scanning. Explained to basket person bar codes can be scanned please leave in basket. After saying this she grabs Pizza box with one hand puts in on counter. I replied wanted it in basket she returned it then said I guess the box man is here. I've been a customer of costco over 20years. Tried explaining to management with no sound explanation for behavior. "But it's policy".This is only the last of several in counters with employees at this store.Previously was using the costco in Cedar Park with no issues for over 5 years.Had pizza last night one of four had crust broken, don't know if it from her grabbing it.

The Costco in Georgetown, Texas, is "our" Costco and we love it! Thank goodness it is near. The store is well stocked and the employees are super nice.

A bit distant from where i live, but worth the drive whenever I’m nearby to pick up water, or other bulk products. Their Gas prices r not so competitive and don’t usually get gas there. friendly and supportive customer service,
