I have known this groomer most of my life, she is trustworthy, honest and most of all cares about the animals she works on. If she has an issue she always talks to the dog's person and tries to educate them in the care of their pet. She is every dog's auntie Rush.

I would not recommend this groomer! We have a Maltese and he gets small mats on his tail, legs or ears, stops doing your pet if you tell her something about your dog being shaved down except his legs! You’re are a groomer, that’s why I pay you a de-matting fee is to try and brush them out, not shave my baby completely down! There was no hair on his ears! Could’ve clipped those small mats out she didn’t have to shave him bare! Can not take criticism so she stopped doing our pet! Your a groomer, I’ve seen more dogs with more and worse mats then my dog has ever had but your mad bc we told her we didn’t like him shaved like she did him previously, is all this comes down to!

She decides that if you give her one wrong review on her grooming, she blocked and rejects you. Instead of asking if it's ok to cut a few Matts out, she will just shave then with no warning. I'm sorry but we have a expensive dog that's supose to have long hair, not shaved fur. if you can't take Matts out of a dog, then you should not be a groomer, that is a groomers job. TO GROOM THEM. but in the long run she blocked us becuz we gave her our honest opinion. To be a business owner, you need to be able to take Criticism, good with the bad.

Just found out that this lady decided to post on her snapchat talking about a customer's dog that had a couple of matts in his tail and that she would no longer be doing him when she got paid extra money for the matts to be taken out, all I can say is that that's no way to run a business. If you have told the customer that is was going to cost extra to do a certain service and the customer agrees then I'm sorry you have no right to complain about it and if it is to much for you to handle then you just charge more until you are satisfied or the customer says no. Not go on snapchat essentially using an animal to complain about your customer.

The groomer really took her time made sure my furry family member was comfortable and was not so afraid before working on him she made it a very pleasant procedure. My dog Charlie has never been to a groomer and has never been around any one but me, my husband, and my son. Plus it was very affordable.

Great prices, beautiful haircut on my doodle and she smelled amazing! I had previously over paid by about 100 dollars at another George West groomer, that gave a terrible cut. I was so happy when I seen my girl so wonderfully done!! Great job ladies :) will return for sure!The space is so cute.. little fenced areas for small fur babies. Better than an old kennel any day. Love the bird...he is a character.Anyone new to this place and using goole maps...if you get to the fork in the road on county rd 365 turn around, you just missed it. It is a little drive out to get there but well worth it to me and my doodle girl.

I really appreciated how patient and professional they were with my Indy (cat). He is very anxious and scared of new things. They took their time with him and did a great job! His coat and trim were great, shiny, and soft. Not mention, he smelt great too from his bubble bath. Definitely will be going back.

I am so happy I found San Mar Pet Spa. I’ve lived in Dallas and San Antonio and had my Shih tzu, Cookie, groomed by quite a few groomers who I thought were great! Until I found San Mar! Nothing compares to how perfect and cute Cookie looks when he comes home from here! I know they take wonderful care of him and all the other dogs there. My sister and parents also get their dogs (another Shih tzu and a miniature schnauzer) groomed here and they look perfect, too! I will be a customer for life.
