Walgreen's manager acts like he owns the store. Doesn't know about digital coupons and he believes those saving are coming out of his paycheck. A completely jerk! I love making curbside orders the only way he can't stop me from using digitals. Please don't waste your time asking him questions because he doesn't have any answers for you.

Tara and Suzanne were amazingly wonderful Pharmicists. Told me EXACTLY how to administer this new med to us. We had seen it advertised on TV, and, frankly, we're scared to death. Pharmacist Suzanne explained every in and out, don't do and do do for this new med for us. I'm an RN, grant it non practicing now. This Team at Walgreens needs an Oscar, in my Book.

The manager here likes to argue and speak over customers and staff instead of listening or trying to help. Being patient and cordial will get you nowhere. Might be time for him to retire or pick a career where he doesn’t have to work with people.

This store has been handling my medications for several years. So I am truly disappointed ☹️. My doctor wrote a prescription last February for my migraine medication to last until this February. But today they told me I am out of prescription. How is this possible to be out when we still got a month to go? They said I picked up all my prescriptions. Apparently someone can't count! Hello to my headaches again! Thanks Walgreens you really care for your patients. The only good thing was my friend John Paul Gample a pharmacy technician looked into the records and found the issue and was able to refill my medication. Funny thing is the other 2 ladies also techs, couldn't find the issue. Thanks JP appreciate you taking time to look into the issue buddy!!

Perfect customer service everytime I have visted. I used to live in gatesville for one year but july I moved to copperascove and starting using there walgreens but I'm back using gatesvilles due to horrible treatment from employee I received oct14 at the copperascove location. You can check there reviews there for the story about that! Anyways thank you walgreens team here for being kind and respectful towards your customers!

When the phones arent down... Or there's a pharmacist there... Or they remember to request refills... It's an OK pharmacy... But lately... You can't call... You can't use the drive thru because it goes through the phone... Don't expect a pharmacist on Saturday or Sunday before noon... And be sure to remind them before you pick up that you called a few days ago to get a refill anf make sure it got done so you don't waste a trip... Used to be much better service...

Don't buy groceries here. I stopped to pick up some vitamins and grabbed a half gallon of milk on the 06/08. The Expiration date on it was 06/09. I ended up dumping it all down the drain.
