Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. Before even entering the store I witnessed two employees going above and beyond in my opinion helping customers. Store seemed to be well stocked as well.

They have remodeled the store and changed things around, overall looks better....however, they seem to be getting rid of baby/toddler clothes. I like the new cash register/check out area, but they've added a self check out that seems pointless as it takes the personal aspect out of shopping at ts.

Ended up walking out after 40 minutes of waiting for assistance. Wanted to buy a lawn mower...ask the cashier for assistance...she called to the back...no one ever came up to help me. Went to Ace Hardware and made a purchase. Lost revenue for you. Shameful.

I stopped in this store because I was in the area and I needed some dewormer for my chickens but I don't live anywhere near this store. I was looking for a specific dewormer that is not labeled for chickens. As I made my way to the back a very polite older gentleman named Dennis asked me if I needed help. I explained to him what my problem was and what I was trying to accomplish and he knew exactly what I was talking about and directed me right to it. He then gave me SO MUCH good information that I would have never got anywhere else. I felt like I was talking to an old farmer who had decades of first hand experience and knowledge.**Thanks to Dennis I got what I needed plus a little more and walked out of this store with knowledge and information that is more valuable than the items I purchased.**If I'm ever back in Gatesville I plan to stop in this tractor supply just to genuinely thank this man.

The employees are friendly and helpful. Store is never busy with long lines. Most items are in stock but some more popular ones are sometimes out of stock. I like the idea they are open 7 days a week unlike some other plumbing or feed locations. They have vaccinations for various animals which is nice for us animal lovers. Prices are a little higher then other places in town but when you need something on the weekend they are open.

I stopped by to pick up some Hardware and grease, they had what I needed they have a really large selection metric and standard Nuts and Bolts. The prices are not bad, and the help is always friendly. They also sell high-quality chainsaws if you're in the market for them. Overall had a great experience, will be using them in the future.

This store used to be a great store for a small town. Now it is the dirtiest, rundown looking store inside of all the tractor supply stores I have been in. Plus the customer service here has went from a 5 star just two years ago to 0 stars as of yesterday. The manager "Matt" is the worst manager I have ever seen in any business. His statements and words to you or anyone doing business here is 1. " You can go shop somewhere else, that is your right" 2. " My employees and store procedures take presidence over customer service or customers". With an attitude like this and priorities like this why would You or anyone shop here at this store. I guess the other 2 feed stores in town will get all my business and that is thousands of dollars a year. Plus complaining to corporate does really no good, I spend an average of $5000.00 a year and they say there sorry and send me a $22.00 Email gift card for my trouble. Really value their customers don't they! I think they ALL need to go to school and training for Customer Service! Customers come first, we ARE your business! Update District manager did talk to my wife and apologized. Attempted to call me ONCE! Left me a message to call him no answer so left him a message. NEVER called me back. Looks like he needs training too, on importance of customer service!😠Update: District manager did talk to me and my wife even sent us additional $50.00 gift card or so we thought. We finally decided to try the store again and we picked up some items and proceeded to pay for them with the gift cards. They did not honor the E-mail gift card. The store employees said the $50.00 gift card replaced the $22.00 email gift card. That is not what we were told but they would not honor it. Plus once again the whole time I was in store not a SINGLE employee offered to help me. Store making improvements...NOT. Last time for me at Tractor Supply... PERIOD!

My visit was only but a few minutes, and I was only here to pick up bird food for my parakeets. They only had a couple different kinds of food, and when I say couple I mean a couple-2. Which is fine because was my brand. However, I've been to this TS before for goats milk formula for a fawn I had rescued. I've always been greeted and asked if I needed any helping finding what I was looking for. They even carried the same treats I buy for my birds. Another plus. No complaints really, but like I said my visit was short and not for anything super significant.

I love tractor supply. They have a little of everything and reasonable prices. They even have some hard to find items. Really its my go to hardware store and i have 3 options in the area. I would give them 5 stars but they dont give a military/ veterans discout like other hardware stores.

Manager "Ray" is always available and happy to help...we have a store full of skilled & very nice employees. Store is always clean. Suzanne "Sue" is the nicest person...always smiling and very professional.

I was surprised to see that my hard to find dog food was in stock here at my local Tractor Supply and at an excellent price. employee was very helpful and help me sign up for even more savings! win win.

I came into the store to pickup an order for Roadie. It's like Doordash but for companies like Advanced Auto and, unfortunately, Tractor Supply. Anywho, Roadie is kinda new here so I could understand the lady cashier not knowing exactly how to find the order. However, the other guy, Mark, DID NOT want to help me at all. In the middle of talking about the order and who it was for, he kept walking off in the middle of the convo. Then when the lady cashier finally found the order, she called for him to get it and he just didn't want to. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, if he's a grumpy person, or if he felt some kind of way about me being the only black person in the store. Whatever it was, it was unpleasant, and enough to make me want to report it to corporate.

I always like a trip to Tractor Supply. It has things that are useful to me. If you look around carefully, you can find some good deals. Feed and other items for livestock, tools, fencing material, garden supply and even clothing. Clearance racks are always interesting.

Better staff now. They have anything you would need for the ranch or farm but carry a lot more country deco "stuff". They have a decent size side lot, clothing, and boot section.

Excellent selection but prices a little higher than im used to. This particular store was in the small town of Gatesville Texas. Would recommend store to everyone.
