Can I give a 0? I walk in to see the “shelter animals” and was told “we are not a petting zoo”. Never did I say I was there to pet, I said look. So while im here working and on break I figured I’d stop in to see what it’s about and I’ve been all over Gatesville today and everyone was super nice and welcoming until this rude woman who obviously needs to probably write down that they no longer allow people to look in person at their shelter animals before coming in the door. No need to comment back-I won’t bother to waste anymore time with it. I’ve seen the comments and replies and I’m surprised this place is still in business. I’m sure if I were dressed up nice like I usually am I’d have been able to have a petting zoo at this place since everyone else was by the good reviews/comments below. Thx for the discrimination! And the bitterness! Hope your day gets better.

Best place for adoption I have ever seen! Barbie was incredible and so knowledgeable. This was our second dog to adopt from here and we will never go anywhere else 🙌💕

I called them to ask about a job and then was gonna ask about the prices and stuff and idk who I talked to but I got yelled at in a rude tone, just disrespectful if I couldn't hear her she could of said it nicer.I've always wanted to work there so was disappointed.

The owner (Barbi Straub) told me she had space and could take multiple dogs until I told her I’ve been there before and gave her my dog and my name. I’ve paid on time, never complained about anything and when I told her my name she said “Oh No, we can’t take your dogs here it was too much last time” I asked her was it my dog and if she misbehaved and she said “no we couldn’t get in touch with you, we had to call your mom and just your dogs aren’t welcomed here” and hung up the phone. I was deployed and my mom was the Point of Contact. She only sent pics and my mom never bothered her. I’ve never been rude or said anything to her and she was extremely rude for no reason.

I've been bringing my dogs and cat here for grooming for a couple of months now, and they always look amazing when I come to pick them up! HIGHLY recommend! Barbi is wonderful and always makes sure my babies are taken care of! Thanks Barbi! <3

The staff at Bow Wow Boutique are some of the nicest people I've ever met. My dogs got the best nail trim they've ever gotten, and one of my dogs is 9 years old so she's had her nails trimmed many times. The baths were an added bonus. I don't know what they use but my dogs smelled fresh from the spa for days.

I called to inquire about their availability/space, and the woman was extremely rude. In the middle of my sentence, I was cut off, and she began repeatedly yelling, “ma’am, we are full!” and ultimately hung up the phone; very unprofessional. I can imagine how they treat the animals. I would not recommend this place and will continue to share about their unprofessionalism. Just look at their responses to their negative reviews, speaks volumes.

Owner likes to harass, belittle, and name call potential clients for asking for information on her public Facebook page. Then when confronted about it, she deletes comments and tries to hide the post.See the attached photo for proof.

They were friendly helpful they do good work for dogs cats and other animals. They helped Us by giving our dog that we just got from rescued his shots dewormer and everything and they are good people.

I called just to get info and the lady i spoke with got very rude and even yelled at me for having my ex who is compatant to get info about our sons dog. She told me why would i have someone like him with that kind of mental capacity call asking about info?

The service was terrible and staff had a poor attitude. I specially asked for certain things to be done that we’re not done. Kept them for 6/7 hours and claimed I didn’t have an appointment. When I stated that I had made one they said well they didn’t see it notated. Will not return
