Love this place! Beautiful inside and out. The employees were very friendly and Uber helpful.They have a deli area and a dining room along with being a meat market in Gatesville. (Coming back tomorrow when I have more time to shop & to get a mouthwatering deli sandwich.)Along with meats, they also offer fresh pecans, awesome candies, infused salts, vinegars, and even infused olive oils on tap! Coffee, Dublin sodas, milk in the glass jars (even a banana cream flavor along with strawberry, chocolate etc.), a large variety of hot sauces, packet mixes (enchilada soup, ranch dips, cheeseball etc) yummy looking ice cream by the pint and a pre-made casserole freezer next to their meat freezer and don't forget the jerky! I'm sure I'm still missing ALOT of awesome products.And dont forget to check out their recipe wall that compliments all their unique seasonings, oils, vinegars, etc!This is one of the nicest meat markets I've seen, and it's in Gatesville!

Truly one of my favorite stores in Gatesville . Rich and Judy are awesome. 5 star customer service. I purchased a t-bone and and ir had been frozen for quite a while. Cooked it up this weekend and was the best steak yet.

Went for the first time the other day and the lady was so nice and helpful. We tried their milk and it was so good that we went back today. This time it was another person, a male veteran. He was very helpful and sweet. We got a two pork butt pack for a really good price. Their Dublin soda is so amazing and we got more milk of course as well as some oils and vinegar to try. We also got some icecream! Definitely recommend coming here. Amazing atmosphere, people and food.

Always good meats, plenty of BBQ seasonings and sells milk and candy. Ground beef prices are great for the all natural no BS ingredient list compared to what you're getting with Wal-Mart and HEB.

We ordered our first meat from here for Christmas dinner…a prime rib. Judy gave excellent advice for the size I needed. The meat cooked up perfectly and the quality and taste was amazing! We will be back!

Friendly service and it has a small restaurant inside. Fresh farm raised meats at competitive prices. Many items that you will not find anywhere else in the gatesville area.

I didn't buy beef but I tasted the vinegars. Amazing!! The employee's we're so nice and I just had a great time. Left with a bottle of olive oil and two bottles of vinegars! Went right to HEB to get stuff for salads! I will be back!

When in today looking for a steak for my wife's birthday. The owner recommended the Denver cut. Beautifully marbled and perfect size. Cooked it in a cast iron skillet in the oven. Perfect and tender cut. I will be shopping there for my steaks from now on.

She was very nice and very informative about all the different meat milk and different meat choices that they have. Got a ribeye and a New York strip there and it was the best steak that we have had.

Stopped in to check it out and the lady behind the counter was most helpful. We bought some pork ribs, a steak and some cheese. The steak melted in our mouth and the ribs were the best. Picking up more meat in a couple days.

13 April 2022...The beef may be better than the local supermarkets, but the "employee" (s) are substandard. The guy at the counter was brainless. I'm an 72 year old, retired biology teacher, but I was treated like a child. It took him 15 minutes to even realize I was waiting to pay for my items. He kept talking about how wonderful he was in the military and hitting on a younger Hispanic woman...I could tell she felt really uncomfortable. He wore thick rimmed glasses...His name was Rich or Richie...hopefully won't be around for long...I might come back...as long as he's not working. Judy??? the manager came along and finally checked me out. It was painful.
