I haven't been inside this store since 1995. I love that they still have a pet shop. Same great customer service. My mom remembers this place from the 1970s. I remember back in 1995 they had a mean parrot for sale. It was the highlight of my visits to see him.

Was looking for straw bales to put around our fire pit for our western themed Xmas party at the very last minute and they came through for us. The young man who loaded them in my van was very respectful. Reasonably priced. Our guests loved the added measure we took for our party.

Roach Feed and Seed is an excellent place to go, whether you need supplies for your horse, dog or any other animal or fertilizer for your yard and plants. They have a vast selection of organic fertilizers and soil supplements, baby chicks and more. If you need to plant a garden, they have all kinds of plants, flowers supplies for that too and it's all located right there in Downtown Garland, right off the newly redone town square. They also have stuff for livestock, such as feeding troughs, water tanks, medicine, and just about anything you might need. The service is great too! Good service seems to be hard to find these days and they have it. It's a bit of an old world experience that you will probably enjoy.Visit them in Downtown Garland, on the square.

What a lovely store that brings calm to our fast paced world. Everyone makes you feel like family or friends. It's like walking back in time. And all the plants are amazing and healthy. Oh, and try their honey....Soo good.

We've been coming here for years to purchase seeds for our birds. The prices were great before COVID, but now all prices have increased, some have even doubled in price. Other than that they have great customer service and a huge selection of products. They also have live birds and rodents for sale. They'll load the heavy stuff in your trunk.

Called them up to see if they had a specific item in stock and they did. Took a ride up to their shop and everyone was friendly. Good amount of parking. They have everything from pet feed to lawn feed and everything in between.

Roach Feed and Seed is the only place I go for straw, hay, baby chicks and all things farm. They have been there forever and I adore them. I enjoy their Spring selection of vegetables too.

Helpful staff. I was out of goat feed and happened to be in the area. I live in Dallas and the closest store that sells feed is Tractor Supply. Visiting Roach feed reminded me how valuable local are as unlike big corporate ranch stores they focus on feed and are extremely knowledgable. Nice selection of several goat feeds and what I purchased was fresh and my goats lovedit.

Love this store. Been coming here since I was a kid. Bought weed killer for our lawn today. Had both kinds that Neil Sperry recommends. Employees are very helpful and have a good sense of humor. Plus they have bunnies and chickens! ;)

I cannot find the words to describe how AMAZING the customer service is from everyone at Roach Feed & Seed. My husband has only worn "Wayne Feed" hats since he was a boy. It's became literally impossible to find them anywhere, then I found this wonderful Store. I am on bed rest and unable to visit the Store, but when I called and asked if they had any hats in stock, they advised me they had just received an order, and would send a picture once it was unpacked. How many businesses do you know of that offers this kind of customer service these days??!!?? THIS is why I buy everything I possibly can from small businesses. If you're wondering why my husband couldn't go shop for himself, he works the third shift, and is a caregiver to me in the time he is awake. People, like Shana, the owner, of Roach Feed & Seed has no idea how much her kind act has meant to me to be able to do something special for my husband.I suggest you do yourself a favor and go check out this amazing Store. You will find everything from feed to precious new baby Chickens, but most of all, you're going to find REAL, CARING, and AWESOME people who will be happy to do all they can to help you.
