I never leave reviews but I just had too because of the amazing experience I had. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! Walked in and was immediately greeted by Mayra & Kimberly. I didn’t know anything about dogs but they made sure to answer all questions and concerns I had. While all the puppies at this location were amazing, HEALTHY, and HAPPY I was looking for a particular breed that was at another location (Arlington) without hesitation Kim went above and beyond and was more than willing to pick up the dog to bring to the Garland location (in her personal vehicle!!!!!) just for me to look at the puppy in person without commitment to purchasing the puppy. Upon meeting the pup the entire family approved let’s just say we added a new family member! I am just amazed at the knowledge, experience, and care everyone at this store has they truly care about you making the correct decision. I highly recommend checking out this location if y’all are ever interested in adding a new family member (puppy).

Firstly, I want to thank Puppy Dreams for blessing me with my Shihpoo girl! There was absolutely no hassle or "sales" tactics used to influence me to make any purchase; I was only given information on the breed, care, and their healthy warranty that comes with their puppies to make sure we have 100% guarantee on our purchase. I worked with Raul, the General Manager, he was very patient and kind and assisted me with receiving full financing for my baby. He was very accommodating, even offering to hold the puppy at the shop for as long as we need to make our home preparations to receive her. I am super excited to add this baby to the family, extremely thankful for the experience, level of attention, and care by this staff. I must also add they have a thorough sanitization process and it DOES NOT stink of dog feces in this facility. All of the animals are lively, clean, and visibly well taken care of. They are literally cleaning the store as the patrons walk around to ensure safety and sanitation! Kudos ❤️ I will be back for any future purchases

My girlfriend has been wanting to get a puppy for a long time now and I finally broke down and decided to get her one. The only problem was I did not know where to get what she wanted so I looked up a few spots. I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND PUPPY DREAMS IN GARLAND. Let me tell you something, I came in here I knew what I wanted and was determined to get my baby Dove. Ran into some bumps in the road BUT with the help of Raul he managed to help me out a lot with Dove and the process was quick and painless! Definitely will be coming back to Raul for any future adoptions and telling all my friends and family about Raul and this location‼️ Everyone here is super friendly and amazing!! 5 STARS‼️❤️

Dream Puppy is absolutely amazing!From the staff to the puppy care, We welcomed our Toy Poodle to our home with the incredible help from Mayra and Beatrice!We have purchased from Mayra and Dominique in the past (Almost 4 years ago) and they remembered us immediately and welcomed us as family. When I walked into Puppy Dreams it smelled good it was clean. The ladies was so helpful and very informative about the dogs and products I would definitely go back. If you need a dog you should go check them out. The dogs are so pretty.

It was awesome playing with the puppies. It was really clean but I think it's false advertising because the lady outside on Broadway is the one that got me interested with a sign saying puppies for sale 50% off. I go inside the place and it's very nice very nice puppies but very expensive over $5,000 the 50% off would get you a puppy for $2,500 or so I fell in love with the puppies but was not able to afford to get one

I had the absolute best experience here. I walked into the store to buy my daughter a puppy, and Kimberly and Ed were absolute rock stars. We asked a 1,000 questions, and they answered every single one them. They gave us any information we needed on any dog to help us make an informed decision! They had in house financing to help just in case you needed extra help getting your puppy. If you're looking for a puppy check this place out. We went to the Garland location off I30. Shout out to Kimberly and Ed again. We couldn't have asked for better service!

Came by puppy dreams today and kennels were clean and puppies were playful. The employees were very helpful. I'm not a huge fan or breeders/pet stores but this one seems better than most. They also have warranty on their pups.

Drove from Mansfield to see a Rottweiler,hesitant about the drive just for a visit,but it was well worth it. The staff was very friendly and Raul was extremely attentative and patient with us. I was waiting for the perfect puppy to come along. Raul helped me with everything I needed and was very informative about the adoption process. We drove over an hour just to get our dog from Raul. He helped us with picking out all the things we needed for the puppy and kept in touch with us after. Raul was the best to work with in finding our new addition to the family! Very cool place to go see some lovely and well taken care of animals that you can adopt. They are pretty pricey but the benefits that you get with the pup is totally worth it. Here you can be assured that the puppies are pure bred, up to date on shots, can be chip and you have additional benefits that comes with the pup. They even have cubicles where you can spend time with the pup, so come on by.

Raul Andrade was the person who helped us. He was very kind and very professional. He didn’t care about meeting a quote, he only cares about getting these dogs homes. This place is truly the best I’ve seen. The staff was amazing and the place as a whole was clean. Very live group of dogs.
