The staff has been friendly every tone I've gone. The selection is massive. I will say the food selection is the biggest. They've got brands I've never heard of, but are really good for your animals. Overall a great place for most of your pet needs

Rosa was absolutely a doll !Big self service center !! Unfortunately dogs got sick after coming here first time I thought one was just not feeling well but the second time they all got sick and had to go to vet it’s a great concept just maybe need to have something to clean between pups

I love that they always have my brand of dog food at a reasonable price. They are very helpful with when asked about things that are good for my dog like treats, dental care and shampoo. Would be nice if they offered grooming.

Always courteous and thankful for your business!! Very nice people, and professional! Mgr Sarah and employee Mia are Great employee's, and will go beyond to find what you need. My dogs were having upset stomach and they suggested Redford Naturals chicken and sweet potato recipe. That was 6 monthes ago and they have not had any problems again! They go less frequently and stools are firm and healthy. They tear this food up and I am tempted to try it myself...LoL. thank you for everything you do GO PSP!WesPs see you soon!

First time bringing my fur babies into the store due to an accident. I was instantly greeted by Mia and Sarah and they let us know all about the bathing process. I enjoyed doing this and it’s great thing to do for in between grooming. Keep up the good work very informational staff and friendly. I will be coming back😊😊 PS they love the treats you guys have new friends 🙂

This has always been my go to place for treats and baths for Beatty. They have the complete set up to bathe your dog. Including the harness to keep them in the tub while you bathe them. While they supply all of the shampoo too! This is usually the second stop on the weekend after I take her to the dog park. Especially in the summer because it helps keep the skin clean and hydrated. Not to mention the staff is always super friendly. And they also have a discount card for the dog baths. And everyone knows how I like to save money!

I absolutely love this storeAs a concierge style mobile groomer, I visit several of the PSP locations…This store is by far my favorite! The staff is personable, friendly and take the time to get to know their customers needs. They always greet me and the pups I bring in.Jamal, Sarah, Metztli and everyone are always busy keeping things stocked and running smoothly. I never see them just standing around letting things fall apart.I will continue to visit this store over others ❤️

Love the friendly staff, cleanliness of the store, availability of products and especially the pet bath stations in the back. 5 bath visits for $40 total, multiple types of shampoos and conditioners included, high powered rinsing with multiple settings, powerful hair dryers, towels provided as well. Highly encourage anyone to visit PSP for all your pets needs!!

Best prices for the dog treats I buy and dog food. Better than PetSmart and Petco. Employees are super nice all the time and very helpful. They also have veterinarians provide discounted shots on the first Sunday of every month.they used to give good coupons on weekends but they stopped :(
