Best park we’ve stayed at in the Permian. Free laundry and shower facilities, both kept very clean. Also, they just opened a brand new laundry and shower facility, with an ice machine that is free to use. My family has really enjoyed our stay, and plan to stay again if we come back to the area. Taylor is great, and will do everything she can to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend. 5 stars!!!

Our family really enjoyed our 2 month stay here. And if my husband is ever working in the area again, this is the place we'll stay. And we'll recommend it to anyone we know working in the area. I enjoyed the free laundry and the extremely clean shower facilities. And both our boys enjoyed the fiberoptic internet. It worked great! And I just wanted to say Taylor does a great job managing. Thanks again for making our stay great!

The park is quiet and the laundry room is extremely clean but the 3 stars is due to the fact its barely outside of midland city limits and the wifi is absolute trash. It can't be used to do anything without constantly lagging or just cutting completely in and out. Cell service for ATT and Verizon are nearly nonexistent in the park.Update: Once management was made aware of the wifi issue she immediately stepped in and got things working properly.

Taylor and Scott are the best people very caring and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The park is quite and the laundry room and bathroom area's are spotless and cleaned like your mother stays here clean lol.

This place is conveniently located between Midland and Odessa but far enough out of town that is stays very quiet and peaceful in the evening. The owners and park manager are great people to work with and the amenities make this the ideal place to stay. If you have dogs they have a dog run in each area of the park so you can get your pet some exercise, 2 laundry facilities, and a small workout room for the days you don't feel like driving into town to the gym....I would highly recommend this place.

Facilities are well kept and clean. Management is great. They are on top of there game, they enforce rules which in turn creates a peaceful nice stay but also are very responsive to whatever the question/need you may have. All in all, nice place to stay, thank you Taylor, great job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great place in west texas to take your family. Oasis has two laundry rooms that are free and a fitness room. All the amenities are included in the price you pay short or long term. The park manager is helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Management is great, they care for the well-being of their residents, take matters into action if there are any problems, which is rare since Taylor is devoted to running a wonderful and family friendly establishment for its residents. There are workers and families combined residing, but it’s very peaceful with clean facilities.

We stayed at Oasis for 5 months while house hunting here in Midland. The park is extremely clean. Taylor does an amazing job of keeping the bathrooms spotlessly clean. She and her husband are so helpful, kind, and friendly. Being an RV newbie, we learned a lot from her and everyone was always willing to help us out even with backing in. I enjoyed having the workout room for exercising. I felt safe with my 3 children running around our site. There are other families in the park too. There isn’t a playground at the park, but there’s one down the street in Gardendale that we visited. There are 2 large dogs runs. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Midland and were sad to leave.

The laundry rooms were CLEAN and free and if you travel full time you know this is rare! The management is very sweet & accommodating. The have rates to accommodate any stay length and they are very fair with their pricing!

The Shower rooms and laundry areas were Always Clean they had a nice sitting area on the porch The park was always clean and quiet .We travel a lot and this one by far was one of the Best. -Florida Family.

The level of quiet and cleanliness ensured by the management is top-notch! The property boasts the nicest complimentary facilities I have seen anywhere! New washers and dryers in two separate laundry rooms with wide screen televisions and sofas/chairs. One also has a bathroom, fridge and microwave and a gym. The other has a legit folding table and two full bathrooms with actual showers…and laundry cart in each! They also offer free WiFi (although we were at the back of the park and couldn’t really use it), and free cable TV. Taylor was always extremely nice and helpful! Wish we didn’t have to leave to New Mexico!

I have nothing but good things to say about the the RV park. Customer service is top notch. The manager went out of her way to help out when needed. The laundry and clubhouse are kept immaculate. The sites are clean and level with plenty of space. Feels like a community and not just an RV spot. I will continue to use the park when I work in the Midland / Odessa area.

Park manager does an awesome job of keeping the free laundry rooms and shower rooms clean. Park is quite especially at night and best of all the RV spaces aren't on top of each other so you do have some space. If I'm ever passing through or working in the permian again I would definitely recommend this place for the night or however long you need.

We searched for different RV parks in the Midland area for an overnight stay on our way to Big Bend Park. Of all the ones I found Oahsis North stood out. Their comments from other RV people and the comments of being clean and safe made my decision easy. The manager, Taylor was very accommodating and allowed us to stay in a very nice and LEVEL concrete pad. The site was very clean, quiet and out of the way. 15 minutes in either direction from Midland and Odessa so easy for food and shopping if need be. I would without a doubt stop over here again.

We stayed here for six weeks, end of March to beginning of May 2020. The site manager Taylor does a wonderful job keeping everything clean. There are plenty of washer and dryers so there is seldom a wait and they do have clean men's and women's shower facilities although we used our own. There is no playground which is a bummer for little ones and there is nothing entertaining in the immediate are. But the campground is right between Odessa and Midland if you need anything and there were no issues getting packages via FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or USPS. Overall the park is quiet. There were a few nights with loud people but that can happen no matter what park you're staying in. I will miss Taylor and her kids. I enjoyed getting to know them the short time we were there.

This rv park is great. The workout room was a good space for my yoga practice plus they have other workout equipment available for use. The new washers and dryers are really clean and free, who doesn’t love that? They have started spaces for a future dog park and playground. Very nice!!

She takes everyone’s concerns and makes changes if it needs to be done! The clubhouse ( showers, laundry, and hang out area) are nice! I’ve enjoyed my stay so far :)

My husband has been staying here the last couple months and i go to visit often. This is one of the nicest parks he has been at. The spots are a good size, the park is clean, FREE LAUNDRY is a 100% plus and the laundry facility is always super clean and always smells fresh. There is a fridge and a coffee maker if you need ice or some coffee while you wait for your clothes its available. There is also a small work out room you are able to use at amy time. They are in the process of putting in a doggie park for the puppies. They even offer puppy poop bags. They also have free WiFi and satellite. I recommend this park to all the other pipeline families I know.

Taylor, the local management, was most helpful locating our space, she even drove out to the front to meet us as we were not sure which way to go and stood outside in freezing temperatures guiding us in as we had a car in tow. I love this Rv park! It was the cleanest, nicest park we have found in this area by far. The spaces are large, it is pet friendly, kid friendly, they have brand new washers/dryers which are free, a workout room, bathhouse, and free cable/internet! All of the facilities are kept immaculately clean, and they even have a big screen tv and couch area for you to wait while doing laundry . The owner Scott and on site manager Taylor made us feel at home from the moment we moved in . Taylor was so kind and helpful, even when we had to leave due to a layoff, she helped us transition into a park in our hometown owned by this company . Taylor and Scott both went out of their way to accommodate us, and I can't wait to be able to return ! This is by far the best rv park in the Permian Basin, and I would highly recommend it! We will be back !

The owner is terrific. Let us pick our site. All utilities were good. The only drawback is the distance from I-20. There is an easier way to get there from I-20 than the map shows at their site. Found a better route when we headed back to the interstate. Would definitely stay there again. On another note, they were just starting to pour concrete slabs, which will really up their game.
