Called West marine Galveston. They had 1 Fusion RA 770 NMEA radio left. Asked the manager to hold for me until I could get there. He held it...great service. In and out quick.

Fantastic, extremely good help. Knowledgeable staff as well. However they should carry hubs for props at this location..not just Kemah location. The obvious reason is because there is boats in Galveston too.

I called about a sale that happens evey year in December for a discount on our BoatUS towing. I couldn't remember when it runs. I spoke with a very nice gentleman named Garrett. He was very helpful said he would find out & call me back. I thought sure ! LOL! He called back the following week with all the information. I was able to get my discount. I call that excellent customer service!

Super high prices about 3 times the amount per online but convenience and overhead cost considered for having parts on demand I have to say they always seem to have the emergency repair parts on hand so kudos

That was my first time there. Thomas was the person who helped me find the right bumpers for my dock. Talked about different options but treated me right and didnt try to over sale me with stuff. Definitely will return to this location.

Came here for hull cleaner, vinyl polish and 5200. Im am a salty dog.Was greeted at the door with stares, no "welcome to WM" or anything.Two employees basically watched/stared, As if I was about to steal something. Was given various odd looks as I checked out and the attitude of the employee didn't change till I pulled out my business debit card. Spent $80. Was treated like I only had $.80. Hesitated to shake my hand even.If your not a yachty ready to throw down on everything in the store.. well this is your warning!

I always enjoy coming in here. Everybody in here is helpful. They just about always have what I'm looking for and if they don't, they will order it and it comes in relatively quickly. Another very rare 5 star place.
