I came to this Target 2 days ago and was very pleased with my shopping experience. It was very clean and organized! We were quickly able to find what we needed, did not have to wait in line, and the cashier was friendly.

Went primarily to see the food selection. It was good. I bought a nice package of chuck steak that I thought looked good and was expensive. I found out th that night that they were very tough and had little flavor. The only other problem I encountered was that I had fresh beets on my list, but I was told that they don't carry that produce. The store was clean. Self-checkout was more difficult than usual, but I did receive prompt help from an associate when the computer shut me down twice. One more thing, the food is not a bargain, but it's not outrageously priced. I don't think I'll go again.

I love this store! The employees are friendly and the store is always well stocked. I place my order online and wait an hour or so to be notified my order’s ready. Pick up it’s convenient. I can even add another person to pick up the order AFTER my order’s placed. They also offer delivery and shipping. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The store was clean yet several items were opened while I was looking for what I needed. I don't understand why they don't go through the shelves and have them removed. I did an online ordered and I was given an open container of lotion. You would think they would check to make sure items that are open are not pushed out to customers through online orders. It's irritating to have to come back into the store to get it exchanged. The girl at the online desk was not having a good day based on how she greeted people.

Does becoming an adult include becoming addicted to Target? Because if so, I'm definitely an adult now! I absolutely love coming here. The people who work here are so friendly and helpful and I always find such cute little clothes for my little boy. Thank you to all the staff who work here and are able to manage such a big store!

All the employes are always very helpful and friendly. Only once I didn't found what I was looking for but they offered help finding a similar item. When they were experiencing some short staff I still received excellent customer service even though I knew how hard it was for them.

I just love this place. I don't shop here as often as I shop at other stores because they used to price gouge, however lately their prices are better than my usual stores and I just love how Target is always so clean, and the employees there are welcoming and friendly. 5 stars! Great job Target!

The store is clean and the employees are polite. I have docked a star though because the parking lot always has trash in it. I wish more places, including y'all, would take pride in this beautiful island and not accept such a mess. I am sure you could spare an employee to get out in the lot and clean up once in a while.

This Target usually carries what I’m looking for and I get pretty lucky with getting items in short supply. The only problem I have is that Electronics is not very friendly. They do answer the phone and have a presence which is great. A lot of other Targets don’t care to hire good workers. This store doesn’t have an issue with parking nor any long lines while shopping.

I went to Target last night and made a purchase for 9 element detergent to get the $10 gift card. I was only able to get a $2 off coupon on one product instead of 3 but I had paper coupons and the lady manually entered the other two for me. On the second transaction I was not able to put in the coupons and it did not take the $10 gift card from the previous transaction. So had to get all my stuff and take it to customer service and have it all returned and then processed again and still did not get the credit from the saved promotions you had online. Why offer to give me $2 and then not let me apply it to the purchase if I have an additional coupon I brought in with me. That is not stacking coupons. You are promoting that you are taking $2 off the item and I can't use my coupon after that because you have already applied your promotion. So I think since I had a coupon for the item you did not give me the promotion you had in my wallet. I lost out and you guys kept my coupons so I won't be going back to you guys. I have not been there in years and now I remember why. I will be paying off the credit card and keep it at zero as I have had it for years. I just do use it once a year to keep the credit rotating.

I love my local Target. It's not the biggest Target by any means, but they always have an excellent curated selection of personal hygiene, general cleaning, housewares, linens and towels that I am always able to find what I need!

Michelle is amazing! Helped me when my brand new AirPods stopped working 32 days after my purchase 🤦🏻‍♀️ She relieved a lot of stress! The associates at this store are always on point.

Terrible experience at this Target. The self-checkout attendant asked for a receipt after I had paid over $140 in various merchandise. She asked if I had scanned in two bikini bottoms then insisted on asking for the receipt. I did not appreciate being treated like a criminal. She had zero probable cause, as she had watched me scan the items in.

Great staff and selection. Only I was ignored by whom I'm assuming is a manager when trying to get some help. Rather rude larger lady. Otherwise always a great experience.Update: saw the lady again. She didn't help me but she seemed to be different than I originally got the impression of.Was checked out by a young man keylyn or something like that. Very kind and helpful. Thank you target for changing my mind about y'all!

I just watched a rent-a-cop drive around the parking lot ticketing people as they walked in to target. I don’t know if this was just a bad apple or part of a larger process but he seemed to only focus on target. It seems crazy to me that in this community this is necessary as on top of being petty it also makes the area feel less safe and I hope this is not something that continues. For reference for management, the license plate for the security guard was 1127020.

The employees are the best. I lost my keys and they helped me out. All I can say is THANKS Target!!!!! OMG...they were so nice and very attentive. I hope the Manager and higher Management realize how good y'all are. Thanks a lot!!!!!!

Yesterday while checking out at Target this Cashier took the time out to help with the Circle app, I have used it before, but it was really difficult to navigate. She was very informative and saved me 15.00, from a coupon in the app. I don't usually fill out these surveys, but I was really impressed with her.

The Target app showed that they had a specific item I had been searching for in stock. I went to the aisle that the app said it would be on; however this item was nowhere to be found! I went to the front to seek assistance, and received help from a manager, Michelle! She asked a team member to help me look. This team member scoured the aisles with me and she checked BOTH stock rooms! After 40 minutes of searching, I had given up hope and decided to leave. As, I was walking out this employee stopped me and informed me that she had found the item!! I was so elated that they helped me and that my excursion was not in vain! On top of this, Michelle gave me a gift card for my troubles. All in all, their customer service was superb and I left a happy customer. This is why Target reigns superior!

Steven S. Is the best. Went into today looking for a certain item, the item wasn't on the shelf. Steven came over scan the upc, it came up out of stock. Thank him, then went about my shopping. Just as I wad heading to check out Steven saw me, said their was a truck in the back and he was gonna go check it. Sure enough he came from the back with the item I wanted. The thing is he didn't have to do that, could let me leave and not have said a word. Best experience ever

Kudos to the team members who looked after the elderly customer today, seeing to her well being and assisting her to a safe place to sit while the person who brought her to the store was paged. We need more team members who care about customers like this. They cared more for her well being than the one who brought her to the store (who I happened to observe as they left).

I enjoy the selection of items you sell (food, clothing, household, etc...). The pharmacy has awesome staff who time and again have looked out for my best health interests. Staff are generally available for assistance needed. However, the MAIN reason is that you hire people of all gender identifications, gay, straight, transgender, older, younger. I commend you on embracing the diversity of the world around us. Target sets a positive example of who society is and leads all of us in the right direction!!

I like the selection of products that Target offers its customers. In addition, I appreciate that the store is clean and the workers are friendly and sincere. Although the public no longer has to wear masks it appears that the baskets are still being sprayed. During the pandemic Target was one of very few stores in Galveston who enforced masking up and social distancing. They also cleaned the registers between the people. Target in Galveston is a special place.

I love this store. The pharmacy is great. Charles used to be one of the pharmacist and he knew me by name and was always so helpful. He has retired but the staff they kept on is just as good. Besides the pharmacy, the staff in the rest of the store is always very helpful and the store is clean and organized. Nothing like the disgusting Wal-Mart we have on the island.

I just went in today to pick up my medication and look for the galaxy bud pros. I find the galaxy bud pro like I want. I ask if they do price match the electronics worker says they do I see them for 169.99 at Walmart so I ask him to match that compared to their $200 price tag. They electronic worker says they're actually on sale and going for only $120 right now. I say awesome let me get them no price match needed. I live a hour away and get home to see i was charged 180 for these. I was ok with paying the price match but didn't because I was mislead. I have now tried calling taget multiple times spending about 30min letting their phone ring for multiple departments only to get no answer and have to try again. The pharmacy is the only department that answered and I asked them to address a manager there if they can. I know I should have checked what I was spending before I left but im beyond mad I can't even get an answer and I was undoubtedly mislead.

I’m not satisfied shopping in this store but their pickup service is amazing! The employees always have your pickup order ready at the front in very little time and the rep at customer service is always friendly when you show up!3 Stars for overall this Target5 Stars for pickup service!!!
