Store is never open during advertised business hours, seems more like a side business for the kid that owns it, he likes to show up in his blue corvette and flex in front of everyone but lacks genuine customer service skills and then is on his phone refusing to acknowledge anyone who has a question. The bin store next door is usually open during advertised hours but the quality of items has diminished heavily since he started sorting through it all and pulls the quality items to sell on eBay. Prime example of poor business acumen, we’ve tried to visit the store 3 times and always closed. Free tip- Cole grow up and provide value to your customers otherwise you’ll lose the success just as quickly as you got it.

Customer service is pretty good the only bad part was that I bought some apple AirPod max headphones that they had and I barely open them today and they don’t even work, sadly now I’m stuck with non working headphones and wasted 250$ since they don’t do refunds…. Hopefully I can get my money back

My a/c went out in my apartment. They won’t be able to fix it until Monday. I went to steals and deals to window shop. I found this little mini cooler that I was gonna buy and I asked the guy who ran the store if he thought it would cool my room. He told me the truth which was “no”. He then sent the guys who worked there to bring me a window unit for FREE and install it all for FREE. I am so thankful. I got a Brand new window unit and a/c now for me and my girls all because of his kindness. People like this give me hope for the world.

I love this story and the affordable finds. It's worth the first stop if you know what you need but it's also great spot for a hidden gem you didn't even know you needed. My favorite finds so far $3leather jacket, $10 thick leather professional backpack purse & $10shoes I later looked up going for $50 online.

I went to the Steals & Deals in Galveston, TX the young lady named Genesis was helping with a big purchase that I had wanted to get today. She really took her time and to help and also go the extra mile to help a customer out. Genesis was so friendly and nice also thank you for all your help today. I told her I had a doctor's appointment today. But I would be back later to pickup my items. She said that would be fine. I loved her enthusiasm she rocked and did an outstanding job. They have alot of nice things for super cheap but they go quick. I saw a really nice big telescope. Came back the next day to get it and it was gone already. I was so upset!Although, my son bought me a real nice record player the other day (brand new) and it didn't work. Not happy.

With this turn of weather we've experienced, my puppy didn't want to go out side to do his business. He decided to potty on my bed! I went to Steals & Deals and found the perfect King Duvet set. I liked it soo much in fact that I went the following day to buy another since it was such a great price!

Love this place. The young Man that owns it, showed us what will be the new store right next door. Can't wait to go. The one that is open is not really stocked at the moment because, of the new store coming!! That is the reason for four instead of five star rating.

My favorite place in my world— not kidding, I’m here every other day! Moving into my new apartment, Steals & Deals has everything that I needed & more, for a great price. From furniture, essentials and even Hearth & Hand decor, they had it all. Not to mention the best customer service! Cole is the hardest worker I’ve met!

Love this little hidden gem! The Staff is always accommodating and the. owner Cole is a great guy, takes care of us each and every time we visit so that we always leave happy. This store is is a great stop if you are out shopping. My girl loves that store. The stock rotates pretty often. Its always a surprise. They carry a variety of items from blankets to vitamins. You should definitely check this place out. They hand you ice cold when you walk in.

Cole the owner is wonderful. His father Al too. Very giving to their community. Employees all sweet. I'm always going there. They get new stuff in everyday so you need to keep going frequently. My gf bought a $70 dress with tag on it for $3. I have bought so much. Great deals! If you see something better buy it or it will be gone!They buy truck loads from Wally World and Bullseye hint hint so go check it out.Thanks guys for great deals!

This store was opened back in April 2020 and is definitely growing it's inventory. Stuff does go fast so make sure you buy it when you find it! The customer service is great! It's always fun to go see what new things they have there. It's a great place to go if you are looking for deals on returned, damaged, or overstock items. Most of their stuff is in pretty good shape!

There were many items to pick from. The owner and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. A small bottle of water was given to us as we were greated by the staff. Good bargains can be found there.
