So, unfortunately, this is the worst petsmart I have ever walked into. Let's start with how I was not greated when I walked into the store because the kid ( Zach which I found his name out later because he doesn't wear a name tag ) was just having a great time playing on his phone. I have walked into this location several times before where other register personnel are doing the same thing. How unprofessional can you be even McDonald's workers are not working and playing on their phones... isn't it work policy not to have your phone on the floor?? Pet care was exceptional in comparison to other stores. The leash isle OMG forget it. I'd rather shop Amazon to get my service dog a leash. The evening I visited, it seemed like only one employee was trying to give customer service, but she was so overwhelmed by the lack of giving a flying c&@$ she was trying to do everything on her own and that's not right. The main manager should be ashamed of himself and / or look for a job flipping burgers for a living instead of having what looked like everyone else taking care of his dirty work. I came in weeks prior to this visit and noticed the stocking man or manager again overwhelmed by incompetent workers as I walked the store looking for products for my new puppy I could only get help from an associate who was clocking in that day and she works by the fish most days. Thank you Laura she actually wore her name tag, unlike others. Corporate officials need to know out of several visits 3 employees, Bobby, Laura, and once in a while, Rhonda, I see working their backs off. How is it in today's day and time a multi billion dollar company relies on 3 employees to make a store run. I may turn all my purchases to Amazon and not Chewy for the simple fact that petsmart owns or used to own chewy. How I know this... because I own stock in both, and it's ridiculous. I think it sold Chewy, but whatever. Thanks to yet another corporate decision for garbage management, we will lose another brick and mortar store to online purchases.
