I brought my dog for a grooming, and I met Faith. She was so kind and loved my dog. I felt comfortable knowing that she would be looking after him. My dog seem to really like her as well. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. I will definitely be bringing my dog back.

Immediately greeted by some staff, other staff simply ignored my existence. A few times, I've tried to get assistance, but staff kept walking into the back.Left without buying anything.The last time, the staff was more friendly and assisted, I can't remember their names. Middle aged woman that's always smiling. Middle aged man that was very friendly and helpful. Spent 100$ that trip.Customer service makes a difference.

Ross is soo knowledgeable and helpful! I bought a betta and had soo many questions and Ross was patient with me as a newbie betta parent. My betta looks soo happy with his new home. I also want to mention the lady at the counter, I believe her name is Rhonda im not for sure anyway she is really kind and friendly and im just soo happy I decided to come to this location.

Came in today and low and behold management still is horrible. Dead animals in pet care and it stinks! Where is the awesome young lady that was here previously. Petsmart you lost a valuable employee she kept the animals alive in the galveston location and all seemed happy what a joke you have become. Stay away from galveston petsmart they don't care about the animals let alone you the consumer, your better off buying a hamster off the side of the road from an illegal alien. Every employee at galveston location expect a couple do not deserve to call themselves petsmart employees. I will never buy from you again not online not in person and if this was the last location to buy products for my animals I will give them my food before I buy from you.

Great facility, location, and staff. I had a good experience walking into PetSmart and getting what I needed. They have most of what you would need for basic and even some advance pets. They also take part in the adobtion process of the Humane Society. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. I will for sure be back. I would reccommend this place to my friends and family.

Been in multiple times. Never have any issues, today though was such a “fin”tastic trip I had to share. We got there a little bit before they opened. My middle son is three and is enthusiastic about everything. He greeted the woman at the register and made a beeline to the fish. She was tickled by his excitement and his manners. We discussed the picture perfect moment has he ran down in his oversized rain boats. We bought two black angel fish and water for our hermit crabs. The same woman who greeted us also checked us out. She asked if my son could have a stuffed animal due to his good behavior and kind conversation they had back n fourth. I agreed, he told her thank you multiple times and even hugged her. He even ran back into the store when leaving just to say thank you one more time. She was so kind to my son. If I remembered her name I could post it, but thank you for being so kind. Our Dino has been hugged and kissed and even shown his new bed at home. We greatly appreciate it. Kindness goes along way.

The grooming here was fantastic and very professional. Our baby now has a much cooler cut for the hot summer. The staff took their time and really did a great job for his first haircut. Would highly recommend for fur baby grooming. A++

Had a wonderful experience with the grooming ladies. Everyone was so friendly! Stephanie groomed my dog Lucy and did such a fabulous job. She listened to my requests and Lucy looks fantastic. They were very efficient in communication and took excellent care of her. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you! We will be back!

Came to try to get some feeders for my toads seems they miscommunication about sending someone back to help with dispensing but they never showed up so I went back three times waiting over 15 minutes and still no service to dispense better if they had a self service and self checkout

I live in Amarillo and got thoroughly rung out by a teenage PetSmart employee a year ago who informed me it was my duty as a customer to line up all the bar codes on the cat food cans before putting them on the belt because it’s too hard for your employees to scan the cans. So ever since, I have meticulously lined up bar codes on cat food cans when visiting your stores anywhere I travel- which is coast to coast with my four cats. Tonight I was in this location in Galveston with my bar codes in line for the cashier who informed me I did it wrong. Not only should the bar codes be lined up in perfect succession, they should also be categorized by matching flavors and brands because apparently, according to your employee, I require too much receipt tape for my weekly $100 or dollar purchases.!? So the line of frustrated dog owners built up behind me while she tore apart the lined up stacks I had gone to the effort to stack as I had been trained by your lazy employee in another store. How much do you pay these people by the hour to have me do their job and get reprimanded for it????????

The staff was extremely nice, I have no fault at all with that. But I took 2 dogs to have a bath, nails trimmed and ears cleaned. My dogs do get excited in a happy way, and I will say that.They called me after about 1 1/2 hours and said they had some issues. The lady told me they barely got them bathed, couldn't dry them because they wouldn't tolerate the dryer, couldn't trim their nails because one was mouthy, they did get one of her nails trimmed on a front foot. They also cleaned their ears. I wasn't there, so I can't say they weren't hard to deal with, but I've had them multiple places for grooming and nail trims before, and no one has ever had any trouble. I paid full price and was nice about it, but I also bought nail trimmers and trimmed their nails by myself when i got them home , which I've never done before.Also, when we picked them up, i went to pay, and they brought both dogs to my 13yo granddaughter. The 34 lb dog was wearing the 65 lb dogs collar and vice versa. The little dog got loose and ran all over the place, and the big dog was choking. My granddaughter was trading collars, trying to catch the little dog and trying to control the big dog all by herself till I got back in the room. The employees just stood there looking at her and didn't offer to help.Like I said, they were really nice, but i I didn't get what I wanted, so I probably won't bring them back for grooming again
