I was not called back, but sent a text saying since we haven’t been in since 2021 they would not be able to give us an appointment. The text said I should try other places. We are visiting the island and this was our first time using doggie detailers. They were able to work us into their schedule and they did an amazing job on our lhasa apso, Squeaky.

We're visiting the area so this was my first visit. My Havanese desperately needed a grooming so made my appointment weeks in advance as they are quite busy. Giving them a picture and printed instructions as to how I wanted her cut the groomer called me a short time later. She explained that because my pup had quite a few mats she would have to be cut a bit shorter than expected but promised me Penny would still be 'cute as a bug'. The groomer delivered on her promise, Penny looked adorable! They allow the dogs to roam the back grooming area (making sure everyone is well mannered) which I'm sure they all enjoy. It took longer than expected (dropped her at 9:00 and she was ready at 3:00) and more expensive than I thought ($65 lplus tip) but I attributed both to the extra grooming needed. I would definitely return!

I simply called to get pricing to get my shih tzu a teddy bear cut because THE WEBSITE SAYS TO. there aren’t any prices listed on the page, I was treated so condescendingly for inquiring over the phone, maybe you should have a way for people to submit photos instead of making it seem like seem like it’s such an inconvenience to call you guys! Sorry for not bringing the dog in to get a quote when the site clearly says call to inquire for pricing! recently got a puppy that just turned one who had never been groomed before due to him being nervous around water. She told me he should’ve been groomed 3 times already almost as if she was scolding me and couldn’t help me because he hadn’t been groomed before. I remained polite even though she was far from it, she then blurted DO YOU WANT TO BOOK OR NOT?? Very uncalled for, would not recommend. If your goal is to scare off new customers your doing an amazing job

Doggie Detailers genuinely cares about the well being of the dogs they provide service for. My small, senior dog enjoys her regular visits, and they do a fantastic job with her. They allow the dogs to have open access to the grooming area, similar to what you would see at a doggie daycare. This was a big plus for me as my dog loves to socialize with other pups. In my experience they have gone above and beyond to provide stellar service and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I won't be back, sadly. They do great work and the prices are decent. However, my appointments have been more on Saturdays than any other day. I drop off my two dogs, a small one and a large one. They do all the small dogs first and wait on the bigger dogs, to do them last. I was told once to stay close by because once they were finished they would be closing. I did not mind, I did what I had to do on the island. Now when they did the same thing to my husband, who had things to do, not on the island. This was a huge issue. They could not call him and wait for him to get back there, it was ALL about what worked for them. The things he had to do were rather important. My husband is not one who gets mad at easily. So something happened and he was furious!

The experience thus far, from the moment I called to book my fur baby’s 1st grooming appointment has been nothing short of amazing. The owner and staff are very welcoming, sweet and very knowledgeable in their line of work. I still have yet to pick up my baby and see how amazing she looks after her first grooming, but I had to take the time and acknowledge this facility ASAP. Being a first time Doggie mom can be scary at times and I was super nervous going into this. After speaking with the owner and staff for the first time I knew my baby was In excellent hands. I will definitely return to Doggie detailers and refer them to others without hesitation. Thanks again to Ms. S.Harrell for referring such an amazing establishment. Being new to the island I needed a new groomer for my dog. I called to inquire if they had any appointments available within the next week, to my surprise they took my baby that day. They were very professional, the facility is clean and my dog did not have to be crated.I would highly recommend this groomer.

Love the bandanas!! And that you let my 3 pups stay together in the same crate. I hate when groomers make them stay alone! They still smell so great a week later! Awesome job on the nails too

Wow just took my dogs to get groomed. One of my dachshunds is not very easy to deal with, what wonderful job Becky and her staff did! I'm happy my friend recommended them. I will be returning and recommending them.

The owner got very rude with me the last time I wanted to bring my little dog in because she didn't like the way she acted, she said she was way too nervous. Of course the dog is going to be nervous in new place especially if they're not treated well, so be careful about taking your little dogs there

Took our Pomeranians to this business on a referral from a friend. We were not disappointed. Highly recommend this business to have your dogs pampered. The pricing is reasonable too.

We are Winter Texans and I have had the most horrible experiences with local groomers UNTIL TODAY !!!! I took our little poodle to Becky at DD and they did a GREAT job he is BEEUTIFUL!!! Becky was very easy to talk to and she actually LISTENED when I talked to her on the phone to set the appointment and when I took "Baby" in to be groomed and when I picked him up....GREAT shop I will certainly be going back and ANYONE that asks me about my "Baby's" "doo" I will for sure recommend them to go see Becky at DD................. Thank you Becky for caring about my little doggie ;-)!!!!!

They claimed my little dog took more than two people to hold when they were trimming their nails all they did was complain about my dog not worth the money to go there and have your animals stressed out when you pick them up

This is my new go to place! My little fur babies love them and that's saying a lot because they always get anxiety going anywhere else and I'm very protective of them almost too much lol I highly recommend this location!
