Neat and clean store. I want there to purchase a summer nail polish. They had a wide variety of bright colors. The staff was nice and courteous.

The prices are fair and the people that work there are generally nice, many are bilingual (English - Spanish) which should help a lot of people out, also there is always ample parking, though they can use more people at the register at times, the line can get quite long when there is only one person at the register.

Worked here before and costumer service was never really part of training but common sense... But clearly not to all employees ... I witnessed one of my ex coworker tell a customer they didn't speak ENGLISH when they did... Not everybody who worked there was terrible but it was inconsistent the customer service ... more training is honestly needed to teach good customer service to the employees

This place is super dirty outside I realise Galena Park isn't exactly The Woodlands but please have some pride and self respect and clean up your area. This goes for looters as well they got a trashcan inside.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star!! I just left from there and the cashier or asst.manager refused to let me get cash back (my own money) but yet let another customer have her dog running around the store! Management is very rude! With no customer skills what so ever!!

The remodeling remodeling of the store looks so amazing and so beautiful it's nice and clean and fresh as soon as you walk in you get a good vibe from the store it is awesome awesome job

Just went to family dollar and there's a long line at the register I finally get to the counter let me remind you I have my daughter in my hands also and the other girl that works there is just sitting there behind the counter and she on her phone I'm sorry but she either needs to be suspended or let go.
