I sent my devious little puppy to the south Paul’s ranch and she came back extremely well disciplined. These people put so much hard work into our dogs it’s crazy. I felt extremely comfortable leaving Zelda (my dog) in their hands. I got to see adorable photos of her weekly on Facebook which made the time go by so much faster. The employees are super hands on which is extremely helpful, not only during the training process but also after to ensure that you get your moneys worth in the training. I would 10 out of 10 recommend sending your dog here.

This was the first time I have boarded my dog anywhere and I am so glad I chose South Paws Ranch!! Alia and team are amazing and my dog was happy there and in good shape when I picked him up. The pricing was great and the care was phenomenal! It was so nice to be able to leave my dog and trust he was in good hands. I plan on making use of some of their other services as well. I am so thankful and happy!! Thank you, Alia and team!!

South Paws Ranch was excellent!! The first person to greet me was the trainer. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. My Lola went to him right away. When I returned to pick Lola up I met the groomer and his assistant. They were excellent as well. So gentle and loving with my Lola. They also clipped my other dog’s, Penny, nails she is a very nervous little dog. The trainer took her and and started clipping her nails. Nervous little Penny was calm as a cucumber and letting them trim her nails. Great staff!!! I will definitely be back to South Paws Ranch.

Alia and her staff are absolutely incredible! My pup has never had so many manners and he is so well trained! We had aggression issue starting right off the bat when we adopted him. Alia helped us work through them and now he is just the sweetest little nugget! I cannot thank her enough for helping us mold our little pup!

We have a Ragdoll cattery and needed a good and respectable groomer close to home. Alia at South Paws has recently moved to our area, just 7 miles away which was great! Our sire has a problem with matting fur and he’s extremely shy around new people. He came to us from Poland very skittish and it’s heartbreaking because he doesn’t really want to be touched. I spoke to Alia at length before bringing him in to ensure he would not be sedated. They don’t offer sedation there which as a breeder, that’s what you want to hear. They took all day with him giving him lots of breaks in between and he’s a brand new cat! He lets us pet him now! The matting was causing him that much pain but they fixed it beautifully. I can’t give them enough praise for that tough job! I’ve since take two more in for sanitary trims.She took so much time talking to me and reassuring me. Very good people there, all of them. So glad I found Alia and South Paws. Totally positive experience with them all the way around! And we’ll be back quite often.

South Paws is absolutely amazing!!!If I could give them 10 stars I would.They do it all. Daycare, overnights, grooming, training and they treat your pet like royalty!They are extremely friendly, responsive, and never fail to make sure that you and your pet are at ease from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. I will definitely be using South Paws from now on!

Where I can’t speak personally to their treatment of animals, I can speak for the SEVERAL employees and contractors who were NOT PAID. The owners of southpaw are THIEVES-plain and simple. They refuse to answer the phone, silence their texts and just outright refuse to make things right. I for one will not patronize a business that rips off its employees and contractors. Maybe I also need to contact The Church if Latter Day Saints, show them all the evidence and proof, and let them know the people who are publicly representing them are scam artists. If you’re going to leave your beloved pets with someone, find a business with honesty and integrity, because this couple is severely lacking in both.

South Paws is very friendly, professional & reliable! They are always available when needed, take such good care of the pets, and are very affordable! I absolutely trust them for daycare, overnight stays & to do drop ins at my house for my cats. Love south paws!

I boarded my 4-month old puppy here for 3 nights and am super happy with the level of care the South Paws Ranch family provided. They made sure Taro got his medication, ate at regular times, came home clean and with clean ears as a bonus! I will be using them for all of their other services in the future, as well!

Took my 2.5 year old labradoodle to get groomed and he walked out a happy boy! Summer did a great job and took her time. He did have a lot of matting but she was able to brush it out enough to not have to shave him down to his skin which I was really happy about. He honestly looks better than I’ve ever seen him after a groom.

My husband and I were so pleased with how well South Paws did. Our fur babies were so happy when we got them from doggie daycare super fast and friendly you can tell the employees have a passion for these fur babies! they have an agenda for them never seen anything like that! So if you’re thinking about trying them out do it! You’ll be happy you did!

This place is a SCAM and will not give me a refund. They do not update photos and videos or answer texts/calls once you pay. Nothing on the website is true and your dogs are left in a tiny kennel with zero training. I have caught them in multiple lies. I want my refund.UPDATE: replying back to what Alia is commenting back. We only paid the first half because originally that is the time length they said they would need with our dogs (2 weeks) (I have proof of that in text)We didn’t pay the other half because we had to come rescue our dogs once we were catching on that this place is a scam. No returned calls, no updates, no texts for the time our dogs were with them. Our dogs did not receive supposed training they promised.

If you love your dogs, do NOT take them here. Please…This place lacks integrity, communication, and pretty much everything else…I don’t know how this place is still up. The horror stories from families who have taken their dogs here is sad.My response:I am NOT a disgruntled ex employee, I am a family member of one of the families (who is not able to post a review for some odd reason…) that used your horrible boarding facility. People!!! They will have an excuse and lie for every complaint you have for their facility. Bribes and written apologies won’t fix anything. Please BEWARE!!!

We initially started with Alia and Joe for boarding with Oakley. Being a new puppy owner, I was very skeptical leaving Oakley with just anyone. However the next day when I picked her up, you could tell that she received all of the attention and love that she wanted! We have furthered our services for Oakley and started with doggy daycare and training through the week. We are a little over 4 weeks now, and you can see the positive adjustment with Oakley’s attitude, demeanor and all around happiness! Communication is key, and I am updated throughout the day on how Oakley is doing. Oakley has gotten used to her schedule, and knows when she will be leaving for the day. I simply ask her if she is ready to go see Alia, and she runs to the door waiting for me (as if to say I’m taking too long!) I can’t thank Alia enough for all of the time and attention she has put into Oakley. Definitely a stress reliever for! Thank you again!

I scheduled my 2 dogs to be boarded for 7 days. There was minimal communication prior to my boarding and payment was demanded the day I dropped dogs off, which was not the scenario ehen I had dropped my dogs off in May, for multipledays. I felt like every detail was scattered and there wasn't a clear management operation of the facilities.

I called South car Ranch to make an appointment to visit their facility. A week went by and no return call. I sent them an email and it took three days to get a response from that. They ask when I would like to come out and I told them 8:30 to 9:00 AM on Friday the 8th of July. I drove to the address here on Google. Very hard to find. I tried calling twice to get better directions and no one ever answers the phone. That was my experience earlier in that week. I finally drove down this rock Road to see a property that looked not good. I gentleman came out and told me that they weren’t doing tours. After seeing the little of the property, don’t think I would ever use them. With me, they don’t answer the phone on many occasions and they don’t respond to emails.—————————————————————7/09/22 my responseFirst off you never answered the phone and I never had a discussion on the phone. I sent you an email that apparently you don’t check but every few days.From what I saw when I drove over, South Paw Ranch looks like your personal home and far from a facility to do dog training, boarding, daycare and grooming.Thank you for your offer of a free gift, however, I’m going to sit back and wait and see if you have success in the future before I change groomer. From what I could see your boarding and daycare was not much more than your homes backyard.Good luck and I hope things work out for you in the future.

My dog was shaved almost bald...hair uneven..65.00 dollars nails not cut. Ears not cleaned and knots all in her hair under her chest! I have pictures but can't post them on here...never will go back! My Shih Tzu looks horrible!!!! Then her cries as I tried to get all the knots out of the long areas they left! I even texted them and asked about why her nails weren't cut....NO RETURNED ANSWERS!!!!!

When I arrived to get my dog from them I was told that they had took my dog’s collar off and it was with a coworker, but that they would happily mail it to me. That was in December. I have texted, called, and left voicemails but no one will respond. The collar and name tag were a gift and custom made for her. I just want them returned.

Left My 2. 60 pound dogs with them while i hit the casinos and they were well taken care of in a home atmosphere. If i didt know any better i would think my boys loved them more. If i travel throug again i will be calling again. Thank ya'll for the care. Oh... And they came back to me so soft.

One of the best places I got to take my Domino! The staff was quick and very helpful. Domino looked amazing after he got out and I had no problem with Domino adapting to them.This will be Domino’s place to go from now on!
