My dog was ready in an hour, I was impressed UNTIL I SAW HIM. We ask her not to shave him but she shaved ONLY one leg (I guess until she realized she wasn’t supposed to) the trimming of the other legs was super choppy, it will take forever for his long hair to grow back. I wish I would have read reviews before I brought him in. The owner has responded to several reviews, that they must have taken their dog somewhere else, not taking responsibility for her own bad work would have been a red flag for me.

Amanda is amazing. She is the best dog groomer I've seen in a long time. She did amazing with our pit and German Sheppard. She made a point to make friends with them before we left. We will be customers for a long time

We moved to this area in January 2022, and since there wasn’t a PetSmart anywhere near, my family decided to try out the services of Amanda at Snoopy’s Spa when he was due for a grooming in February. Friendly, fast, efficient, and decently priced. My only issue was that my FurBaby, Shadrach, was still damp when I picked him up. Overall, a great experience for both my pet and myself. I will definitely frequent Snoopy’s Spa for services, and promote future business for this establishment by word-of-mouth and social media venues!

Worst cut I have ever had on my poms and I have had poms ver 25 years they were not shampoo,nails not trimmed hair chopped up so bad that it will take months to straighten out. Absolutely the worst grooming job I have ever experienced and that's 3 different states.i paid this girl but please people never taken take your dogs to this butcher place

TERRIBLE! I'm so surprised you have the rating you do...can't be real experiences😳 I will definitely not be bring my dog back!!! She doesn't seem to have a interest/passionate the way she said she did when called to schedule appointment. My dog was ready after an hour and the over all hair cut was bad!!! 🤦

I was so excited a groomer was coming to Gainsville. So I took my shiz to her. I was so upset when she came home with cuts all over her head and the cut was awful. I do not recommend this place.
