Went in this morning did some usually shopping my husband and I were trying to just get $10 cash back and the cashier was very rude said that she couldn't give us money back, the money that she had in her drawer had to last all day. As if she couldn't go to safe and get more. As we were walking off she's yells yall have a great day!! I guess so she could get noticed!!! This isn't the first time we have had a problem with this gray head lady!! Do better!!!

I can’t remember the managers name but on Monday 11-20-23 she went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for the Ball Garland in Blue and Silver(cowboys color)I needed three more. She took the time to call several stores and look at her delivery list to see it she’s get more in. She was able to time me some. Corporate needs people like this working. Needless to say the Dollar Tree in Denton on 288 not one person offered to call for me,said they was to busy.

The lady at the counter had a nasty attitude. I needed to take some thing's off and it just mad her mad. The manager was amazing and very sweet. The cashier ripped a bag out of my son's hand. I will be callin corporate

They are supposed to open up at 8. Sign on the door says we will be opening up late. Three or four workers in the store and one comes out and tells a lady who was trying to get in that they can't open because their exterior sign is broken they're waiting for someone to fix it. Really? Surely there's more to the story but it's annoying nonetheless especially since not everyone lives just right around the corner.

Place needs to be cleaned up. The filth reflects on the management. Got a filthy manager, got a filthy store. My wife went in and the line, the only line, was six customers deep with the other employees in the office hanging out. When she knocked on the door a lady opened the door and said she refused to wait on my wife. My wife said why not? And what about everybody else? Turns out, the lady's name is Ashley and she used to work at the same company my wife and I worked at but she quit and tried to get money out of the company by telling them she was going to sue them for sexual harassment. Believe me when I say this, maybe and only maybe a blind and deaf person would be the only one to sexually harass her. So overall this store has shady employees and doesn't appear to care about the customers. Next time, go somewhere else of you can.

No consideration for high risk customers. Although there's a sign posted saying you must have your face covered, I stood behind a customer that had forgotten hers. When she apologized to the cashier, Bonnie, the employee (also not wearing one) said it was nonsense anyway and the store doesn't care. Also, I'm pretty sure 26 (12 without a covering) customers is over the recommended occupancy.

It's ok. But the manager is rude let's the line grow to no end tho as she talks on the phone to her boss while the new guy that didn't even know what he was doing. I would rather go to another store personally just because they look and act very unprofessional.

This place deserves no stars at least one of the staff there was rude to my kids claiming they made a mess in the toy aisle which they did not she made them clean up a mess that they did not make im calling corporate and reporting her this is the dollar tree in Gainesville Texas
