I brought them a mower deck that needed repair. I supplied model and serial number of mower. They said they would get back to me in two weeks. Never called. I called them after 3weeks. “We are still looking up numbers.” No thank you. I picked up and will go elsewhere.

Friendly staff, and surprisingly wide variety of goods to choose from, in addition to your traditional farm and ranch needs. I was really impressed with their prices, especially sale and clearance items. I spent around $18 in total on several items that would have easily cost me $80+ at full price, or more than that at other stores.

This review relates to live chicks only. Otherwise, D&L is a good business. Spring 2023, I purchased 10 live straight-run chicks. Anyone who keeps chickens knows that there’s a margin of error when it comes to the gender of chicks being correctly identified. It comes with the territory. There should be an 80-90% accuracy rate. Out of the 10 chicks I purchased, 9 are roosters. Not acceptable. What a waste of my money and time.

Every time I go in to Dennard's in Whitesboro, they continue to have more, and more products. I told somebody recently they will be giving Teskey's a run for their money.It's really nice to have a full service feed store with nice high-end products so close to the house! I love going to Dennard's ❤️

Highly recommend. Friendly, helpful people. I just move to the area and was going camping. I could not find my generator key or get the generator to pull start . They got me fixed up right away for a fraction of the cost of a new generator.

Called to get a quote to fix a small lawn mower (just ballpark numbers) and was met with the RUDEST lady on the phone. She informed me that I would have to bring it in but that even if I did I’d be waiting up to a month to get it back. It takes zero effort to be kind.

What a rude group of people. I called on the phone looking for some string trimmer parts. The lady said she had a couple so I drove 20 miles to their store. When I get there she has no idea of how to help me. There was a gentleman behind the counter that I explained what I needed and he stated they couldn't help me. I told him I had numerous trimmers to repair and he stated "maybe you should order your own parts". I was there to give them some of my money. Never again!

D&L has everything you need for farm and ranch supplies. The prices are reasonable, they keep a pretty big stock, the employees are always helpful and friendly, and they also support the local FFA chapters. I highly recommend them for your farm and ranch needs.

Shopped around for chainsaws and heavy duty weed eaters at Tractor Supply, Atwoods, online, and then found A-1. Thank God! Very friendly folks. Fast service not like HD,etc. and Brad explains everything. Bought a better one than the box stores sell at a great price. They fill them up with gas and pretest. Next he shows you how to start them and maintain them. Heck, he even carried them to my truck. Want go anywhere else now that we are moving back to TX. Used them the last two days to clear land. Worked great and glad l got the better ones. Thanks A-1!

They have a very nice parking lot. Great for replacing ball joints on your buddy's truck, need a little more lights in the parking lot though. The huskavarna sign was nice just not quite enough

I called Brad at 11:30 AM Saturday morning. He picked up my lawn mower at 1 PM. And delivered. It back to me Tuesday at 6 PM wonderful service great job and it came to nine dollars below the price that was quoted to me. It's not the nine it is the honesty that I appreciate.

I'd give half a star if possible. This place is a joke. Un-professional and disorganized. You don't have to do business here. There are much better places to take your small engines to. Phones are never answered and repairs not made by the dates given. Heck, they hadn't even pulled it into the shop by the date given for completion! How can you even run a business like that?

BEST SMALL ENGINE REPAIR COMPANY AROUND!!! I was sure I was going to have to buy a new mower after 8 years. I called and they came and picked my mower up, it took about 3-4 days to get it looked at, he let me know a cost and saved me thousands of dollars that I would have spent on a new mower. My mower runs just as good now as it did 8 months ago! In a world that is always looking for the bad to report on, it is my pleasure to say that this is the shop I will be using from now on.
