Terrible manager usually works pretty late, she followed my friends maybe because race or because we’re teenagers but it got pretty annoying would not recommend coming here unless you like being followed.

Actually had customer service, she was so nice that I said I would do a review for on the Big Lots site. As part of a survey. Big mistake, finished the survey, and then my email was bombarded with scam emails and surveys. I will return due to the customer service, but will avoid the surveys and let them know about the problem.

The store was extremely clean and well organized. The employees were helpful. There were numerous employees on the floor and they were happy to answer questions and would even just say hi if they were in the same aisle as you. The prices as excellent and they have a wide variety of items and price points to choose from. I'll be honest, it had been several years since I had been into Big Lots. My last visit, a different location, was less than satisfactory. I can say this, if all Big Lots were managed as well as this Big Lots, I would have been going, regularly. Now I know what a hidden gem this location is, I will absolutely be back, soon!

We ran in to pick up a few last minute things for a meeting and the lady working was so helpful and showed me where everything was. She was working on putting out freight but unlike most people these days she didn't hesitate to stop to help me and the few other shoppers. I wish I could remember her name.

Had a bad experience at Big Lots today.Rude, disgruntled cashier that degraded her co-workers in an effort to distract from the problem at hand.So I had to call the store Manager.Sadly, he was just as bad.What has happened to customer service??People are horrible.#respect

Big mess with cyber online purchasing. I ordered a chair for $173. Went to pick it up and was billed as $259. Clerk tried valiantly to fix the computer error but wasn't even able to confirm the fix. Clerk was great but company online purchasing was horrible!!

I shop at big lots in gainesvilletx a lot.always liked it until today.i bought a kurig coffee maker bout 2 weeks ago.had one before that lasted 1 and half years.it quit so I got the one from big lots.it wasn't near as good as first one.i didnt like it at all.took it back today told manager nothing was wrong about it I just didn't like it.he was not happy,he went over it with a fine tooth comb so to speak.he said so your having trouble with the pods I said no I haven't.he said well this little thing is broke I told him if so it was when I got it.he went and looked at another one and said well their made that way.it wasn't that he checked it out,it was his attitude.like I was doing something wrong bringing it back.so I will never buy anything there that might have to go back.i will go to Walmart from now on.i really liked the store till today.first time I had ever took anything back to them.so for the most part he lost a good customer today for making me feel like like I did something wrong.i kept a good attitude.didnt say anything just thought I would do this....
