I had an amazing experience with Waggin' Tails. I'm am very grateful for the staff because they were extremely helpful when I was in a tight position and desperately needed to get my dog boarded.Once you drive on the property, you immediately notice the space the ranch has for pets to run around. When you walk in the front, there is a cute little store with all kinds of treats and dog accessories.The check-in process was simple. I walked in and told them I was there to drop off my dog, and they took her from me within minutes. I dropped her off with her food, leash, and collar.Before drop off, they had me fill out a form detailing how to care for my pet. I was able to tell them how often to feed her and how much to feed her each meal.Once I picked her up, I got a report card that detailed who she played with and photographs during her visit. I will be back here when I need to board my pup again!!!

Great one week boarding experience for my 2 pups! The staff truly love on your pets and could tell me about the quirks my pups had. They came home happy to see us and absolutely tired!! It took them 2 days to recover as they slept way more than usual. I love knowing they had such a good time and were well taken care of! They followed specific feeding instructions and were given a nice bath before pickup time. Highly recommend!

Our dog Brownie needed a place to stay while we were moving, and he had to stay for an entire month at the ranch. He was well cared for, loved, and safe at Waggin' Tails. He was happy and enjoyed his stay. I was truly impressed with their staff and level of care.

We boarded our dog for a week for the first time. He had been to the ranch once before for doggy daycare, so when we dropped him off, he got really excited. I guess that he enjoyed his first visit. When we picked him up, he didn't want to get back into the car and tried to go back into the building. Our dog is crazy spoiled at home, so he must have had a ton of fun at Waggin Tails to want to stay there longer.

I was previously an employee at Waggin' Tails Pet Ranch. I had to move out of state but I just want to say this was by far one of the BEST work environments I've ever seen. Not just because we got to care for other people's fur babies while they were away but also because of the employees. Absolutely amazing people. I couldn't believe how well we all pulled together in hard times and the love and support from all directions for the dogs but also each other on a daily basis. I highly recommend this wonderful place for your fur babies for boarding if needed, just to go play for the day or to be pampered. It is a happy environment for the dogs when they have to be away from home. :) Truly blessed to have been a apart of this team and hope to return one day. My pup Ellie loved it!

You always feel special when you walk in, even if you aren't going there every day. The front desk is always welcoming and super efficient. For the caregivers, my dog can't stop wagging is tail when they come to get him.

Waggin' Tails is a great place to board your pups! We've brought our two german shepard's here several times now and they always have a great time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities are well-maintained. Our dogs always come back happy and well-cared for, and we're confident that they're in good hands when they're at Waggin' Tails. We highly recommend this boarding facility to anyone looking for a safe and fun place!

My dog loves his time at Waggin' Tails. They are so friendly and treat your pets like their own. Everytime we walk in they greet my dog by name. I have an 18-month old Golden Retriever mix that has been through a lot. She’s very sweet, but very high energy. She has some separation anxiety and she’s still unsure about new people, places and other animals. It’s a challenge taking her places. Waggin’ Tails Pet Ranch welcomed her with open arms. They never made me feel uncomfortable about leaving her. We got a fantastic report card at pickup. She even made some friends for the first time in her little life. I can’t wait to bring her back. I’m so thankful for the staff at Waggin’ Tails. It’s hard to put into words!

We’ve been boarding our two malteses at Waggin’ Tails for years. They have an excellent facility that offers the pets a clean, safe. and fun environment. They have a range of boarding options so pampered pets can find a luxury accommodation. The owners, who are both Texas Aggies, are hands on folks so you can count on high quality.

I cannot say enough praise for this establishment and caring provided to our pet while we were in town for medical reasons at the Ballard House. We really appreciate you looking after our fur baby family member. I helps knowing they are being taken care of so greatly. All of your staff was wonderful to meet. We also appre into you washing his bedding and how clean he was when we picked him up. We love ❤ you all very much and thank you to the owner for providing this service to medical patients.

Putting my dog for boarding there is the worst decision I’ve ever made. He smells super stinky when I picked him up although they claimed he had a bath. This is not such serious problem compared to the skin issues. I found out there are red spots all over his tummy and a serious injury on his knee when he is back home. And no one even mentioned once when I picked him up. I don’t know what happened to him when he was with them and I can’t imagine how dirty there backyard is. Poor little boy must be suffering a lot. I have spent over 500 bucks at the vet for his skin issues. Would never ever be there again.Oh btw, they are definitely racism, nobody is willing to talk to me even smile because I am not white people.

We've been using Waggin' Tails for years for boarding, and take our lab in a typically a few days a weeks to their day camp to burn off her energy while we're at work. As she is always on the go, running and bouncing around, it was really no shock that we got a call while on vacation that she had managed to get a cut while playing. The owners called us to let us know about the incident, ensured she got the medical attention she needed, and took excellent care until we came back from the vacation. As soon as she was healed up, she was back in weekly to their day camp. I suppose others' experience may vary, but in my opinion, they are incredibly attentive and caring of the animals, provide great customer service, and communicate notable issues to their customers promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their dog.

I feel so lucky we found this wonderful place after bidding on a gift basket they had donated to a local charity auction. Our Westie, Retro, just loves it here and we so much appreciate the friendliness of the owners and the staff. They are always extremely communicative and return our calls to let us know if Retro can be fit into daycare even if I call at the very last minute. It is so good for him to have a place so convenient for us where he can play with other dogs in such a fun and safe environment. He literally runs in the door when we arrive and we are both always greeted so warmly. The staff is extremely efficient at taking him back and bringing him out when we arrive or depart so it is doesn't take a lot of time for drop-off or pickup. An added bonus: They offer rinses and baths before pick-up, if desired, plus take optional, additionally priced photos for special occasions such as holidays, school starting back, etc. Love Waggin' Tails and Retro & I recommend it highly!

This is the definition of a Dog’s BEST LIFE EVER. Whenever I drop RolloStone off at Day Camp I just know she is going to have a great time playing with the Waggin’ Tails crew and her friends. She comes home exhausted, but happy. Great team of people, fantastic facilities and lots of space to just be a dog. Thank you Waggin’ Tails for all that you do!

Very disappointed with my experience at Waggin' Tails Pet Ranch. I was thrilled when I called on Tuesday to schedule a grooming appointment for my dog, and the convenience of being able to drop him off on my way to work and pick him up on my way out because I do not live in Fulshear. I spoke to Amanda who was very kind and helpful over the phone and email about availability on Thursday 1/27. However, when I dropped off Shiner yesterday morning, around 7 am, I reminded the lady at the front desk that I got off at 3 pm and she wrote it on his forms. I also left a new, unopened bag of food and his bowls and specifically asked if he could be fed. She politely said yes. I received a call at 9:57 AM from the groomer to discuss his cut so I assumed she was starting on him. When I left work at 3 pm to pick him up, she was barely starting on him and said he would not be ready until 5 pm. The lady at the front desk was different from the morning and not kind nor understanding of my frustration of the situation. I did not pick up My dog until 5:45 pm. I sat around waiting an additional almost 3 hours in a city I do not live in. I live 45 minutes away which is why I was thrilled about the convenience of dropping him off before work and picking him up on my way home to Houston. When I got home, I also realized that the bag of dog food was never opened. Therefore, my dog was in a kennel for 8 hours, was not fed, and did not get started with his grooming until 3 pm. They groomed him for almost 3 hours and ended up just shaving his long coat down. The groomers I’ve gone to in the past have always taken the time to brush out his coat and leave an inch or two. I have never had to wait 11 hours for my dog to be groomed! I understand that errors happen, but there was clear miscommunication between staff and my customer service was not valued. I was looking forward to enrolling my pet in day camp in the future but due to this experience, I will not return nor recommend this place.

My dog absolutely loves it here. She comes home and passes out for a day or two from all the fun she had. The staff is very attentive and loves the animals. They know them by name. I drive 40 minutes to Waggin Tails from inside the Beltway b/c my dog loves it so much. They have much more room to play out there. Love love love the dog bone shaped pool.They have a flat rate, which is much better than most the "in town" kennels that charge an overnight rate and then charge for each and every treat and play session. That can add up quick for an active boxer. Waggin Tails is perfect for our dog.

This place is exceptional! My dog had a very unforeseen medical issue while staying there - not the fault of Waggin' Tails. The owner and her staff were super attentive and supportive of my dog. I can't say enough! Your dogs will have a great time here - and you can rest assured that they are well cared for. Wish I could give 6 or 7 stars!

Just picked my fur babies up from their first stay at the ranch! They are happy, healthy, and freshly bathed! And they seem like they had a great time. Will definitely be letting them have another “sleepover” when mom and dad need to go out of town again.

I took my Mystique to Waggin' Tails to board while going out of town. My dog has not been around other dogs before and I was worried she would not do well. I received my report of her stay and was overjoyed that she did so well and played well with other dogs while staying there. We will certainly return when we need to board her again. We are also thinking of bringing our Mystique for doggy day care so she can play again and be around other dogs.

I have been going to Waggin Tails for over 9 years and have had nothing but great experiences with my pets. I had two white boxers which one was deaf and a rescue and even when my rescue was at the end of his life they gave him love and attention till the end. We now have a silver lab and he loves to swim and catch balls and he is a happy camper everyday that I pick him up and it prevented him from destroying my yard. Great caring staff— wouldn’t go anywhere else to board or do Day camp!

REVISED: Their response tells it all .They are not “SHOCKED “ at my review . I never yelled at the staff, I never talked to anyone BUT the owner. Now lying about a repeat previous customer is a major red flag. I don’t think asking them to hold a deposit (I didn’t even ask for a refund in the first place) because of a winter storm so I can book right after it passed was out of the question ( out of fear for my pets safety ) . This place is beautiful but the gas lighting and including my children in the review?! RUN.They ONLY care about your MONEY and not about providing customer service if heaven forbid you have an actual issue. We had to cancel our entire Christmas vacation due to the last minute weather freeze warnings recently . We were concerned about our family’s and pets safety . When explaining the reason for cancellation to the owner, she gaslit me diminishing my concerns . She refused to refund my deposit or keep as a credit to re-book after the storm . Her only way of handling this was to refund my deposit and no longer welcome my pets because I didn’t agree . These were special circumstances that should have been considered. She went on to brag about how she has been in business for 18 years letting me know this doesn’t affect her (we were not first time customers). If the owner doesn’t care about her customers then let alone your pets. I am truly disappointed .

This place claims they offer training and assistance in AGGRESSIVE dogs, but that is completely false! After taking two weeks to respond we were told that they can't help our dog without even meeting him. Our German Shepherd is simply reactive to people and dogs before he gets to know them who has never had any incident before.If they edit their website I'll remove this post.
