This was our first grooming experience at Pet Suites, and it was a wonderful experience. When we arrived at our scheduled time, Catherine (groomer), came out to greet us and discuss the type of cut I wanted for Sasha. I was impressed by her knowledge and how she had already reviewed a picture of Sasha that I had uploaded to her app account. She was very sweet. Catherine also said that she would be giving me text updates during the time Sasha was in her care. The text updates were very detailed. She even sent pictures and told me that Sasha was so sweet and was enjoying the one on one time with her. We will definitely be back.

This was my dogs first time being boarded and this place was awesome! They gave us access to webcams in my dogs lodging and in the play areas so I could always see how he was doing which gave me relief. They texted updates with pictures. They gave one of my dogs his anxiety meds and they let me bring anything from home to make him comfortable. They also went above and beyond for our drop offs and pick ups too. If I could give them more stars I would because it was all around an amazing service!!! I also specially want to shout out Audra because she was genuinely helpful and amazing

We boarded a dog for the first time ever! She is an eighteen month old that is a protection breed. We took her in to meet the staff ahead of time and told them of our concerns and instructed them on handling her. We could not be more pleased with the experience. She came home happy and the staff reported that she was friendly and playful. Awesome experience!

We loved PetSuites...Zeus was awesome when he came home. I loved that we could watch him on a daily basis. The place was so clean and we loved the people. We now feel comfortable to leave Zeus again. So affordable as well. BRAVO to everyone!!!!!!

I was very impressed with Pet Suites! Everyone there is super friendly and very welcoming. They answered all of our questions, as well as interacted with our dog the minute we walked in. Our golden doodle loves to go there and never wants to leave. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re wanting boarding or doggy daycare.

The customer service here is awesome, they treat our pup like he belongs to them! I’m pretty sure he’s sad when it’s time to come home. We have no worries with PetSuites Fulshear!

Unfortunately, I have lost all trust for this location. On 2 separate occasions they have admittedly gone without feeding my puppy. The most recent incident was on this past Friday. I had to work a 12-hour day. I dropped her off early in the morning with breakfast, lunch and dinner in her bag. My daughter picked her up close to closing and all 3 of her meals were still in the bag. Sasha literally starved for 11 hours. I called, texted and emailed. They replied to my text the next day saying that they fed her but she only nibbled because she was too excited to play. LIES! They never even took her food out the bag! The manager saw that text response after she read my email, even she was embarrassed by the staff’s response. She called to apologize but I informed her that I could not accept an apology for the same thing happening a second time. She understood, offered a refund and her personal cell number for me to contact her directly if I ever decide to book Sasha again. Unfortunately, I will not. Nothing can change the fact that they neglected and starved my baby for a SECOND time. I waited some time before leaving a review because I did not want to rant out of anger. But everyone needs to be aware that this is what goes on at this place. This is above the manager and needs to be addressed and corrected at the owners’ level. It’s happened too many times to too many people. No telling what other neglect or a b u s e goes on in there. Don’t be misled by the cute photos online. Pay attention to your pet’s behavior when you get home. Sasha will never return to this location.

My dog stayed for Doggie Day Care. He had a great experience. Dropped off at 6:30 a.m. check in was prompt which was appreciated as I needed to get on the road. Staff is helpful and friendly. We have found a new place for our dog.

The ease of booking a stay for our dog over a busy holiday weekend was made super easy and professional by pet suites. They took great care of our dog. It was the first time we had to board our dog and we felt great leaving him with them.

Charlie, was very happy to be able to play and make friends. PetSuites gives me that reinsurance he is in a safe environment by monitoring him at all times. There he is training and socializing with other dogs and people which make me happy.

It was my 1st time at this location, and I was very happy with the staff and I felt comfortable leaving him there. My pet seemed very happy when I picked him up! The only downside from my pets visit is that I was supposed to get a picture of his Thanksgiving meal that I paid an extra $5 for him to get. The young lady told me when I picked him up that she would make sure I'd get my picture, and I never did. Besides that, good experience!

This was my first time using petsuites but not my first time boarding. I left my dog under their care for about 2 weeks. When I returned my dogs rib cage and spine were showing. I submitted my post service feedback and got connected to their manager. She basically called me a lier over the phone. She said she had interacted with my dog while she was a guest and did not notice. I am not submitting this review to get any reimbursement but to inform them and any future customers of my experience. I will not be using this boarding service again.

Great experience! We use to take our fur babies to Petco for grooming and after bringing them to Pet Suites total difference in service. Night and day! We will continue to bring them here.

Terrible very terrible had our puppy for a 5 days only got 2 updates when I paid for an every day update and also paid for a groom and that didn’t happen as well. I didn’t get charge for it but was I requested it to be done. This place doesn’t have good management n is poor on following up with the owner/customer. I wouldnt recommend any dog owner to take there dog here for a week or more. Very terrible communication so much of a let down!!!!!

I have been searching for a new boarding service for my puppy for sometime now and came across this place that just opened. When first seeing the place, Niya gave me a tour and explained all of their services throughly. Since then, this place has exceeded my expectations and my puppy loves all of the workers!
