I like my pizza extra crispy. However, when I order on the app, and add the note “cooked extra crispy”, it never is cooked crispy. Tonight I called 1. To specify I would like my pizza cooked extra crispy, and 2. Because you can’t customize your crust type on the specialty pizzas online. I ordered a large chicken Alfredo, and a medium el supremo both cooked extra crispy. The Alfredo is dripping in grease, and having to eat it with a fork. My thin crust wasn’t crispy either. Oh, and by the way, these two pizzas cost me $48!!! The pizzas taste great, but the ingredients and assembly are not worth $48! Can’t blame the owner, he is a good business man. One of the four restaurants we have in this small town, and he sure does know it. Think I’ll just stick to the hot box pizza at the gas station. They make it how I like it and I can afford it.

I left a message on Facebook messenger and a specific employee. I was informed that this employee was promoted to manager because of my statements about this individual. This person informed me about the chain of events. I thought she appreciated what I helped her accomplish. I went in today. She, as manager was there. My order was taken by another person. I sat to wait for my salad. As I waited, I see this individual close the door between the kitchen and dining area. I immediately felt like I was accused of being a stalker. The salad she let her employee hand me is now the reason, that and the stalker feeling, I will never return. The owner asked me to look over every order and explain to the mistaken employees faulty work. And inform them of how they did their job wrong. Why should I have to train the employees of a professional business. The menu explicitly describes the salad and it's ingredients. Why can these people getting paid money have to be trained by the customer after being hired. I can only surmise that, they don't want any more business. Okay you win. I will no longer pay for a salad that is 99% lettuce. The only other vegetables in the salad would not even make 1 place of salad. No restaurants in Fritch tx are worth the money you will overpay when you waist you time letting them rob you. Thanks cloe.I added to my post. The picture with vegetables is from right after I ordered the salad. The one with only lettuce is after a small salad. This is an 11 dollar box of lettuce. Not acceptable

I haven't been there yet in my plans to touch every part of the State of Texas. But I have to acknowledge that they're beautiful people, doing a great thing by feeding ANYONE who's been affected by the wildfires in the panhandle, or is simply hungry. GOD BLESS 'EM!

The first time I went there and it's a superb place if you want awesome pizza. I did the Friday special and got two large pizzas for 25 and one was a speciality pizza and the other was a one topping. Both were magnificent. Thank you each so very much.

This is the only place I will go for some pizza they have so many choices! The jalapeño popper pizza is one of the best pizzas I have had if you enjoy some spice. The staff is always super friendly and the delivery times are quick best pizza place in our area

Ordered a supreme on 12-10 and it was $23. I've noticed that while the prices have went up, the quality of the product has went down. I don't mind paying more for good pizza, but it's mediocre at best.

We ordered the Calzones and a couple orders of boneless chicken... great tasting all around but they are really taking advantage of the pricing. 70 effing dollars for 2 small calzones and an 8 piece and 12 piece boneless chicken. Yall will price yourselves out of business.

I VOMIT EVERYTIME. Please don't eat here. The past two times the pizza has been cold, dry, old cheese, no sauce . Waste of money . And a waste of a business that was once half decent . These occasions were MONTHS apart and no difference in quality . Step up your game or close down that place before you guys kill someone.

Very disappointed in both service and quality of food. Train your staff, to be open to suggestions and to be positive to the customers needs. Not, " I don't know the pizza just comes out and we put it on the buffet." And as far quality... Do not leave old stale pizza on the buffet! If you would not eat it yourself. What makes you think any one else would? Find some better quality ingredients or find a better vedor.

Received cold pizza tonight. Gave 3 stars only because the order was correct. It was just clear that even though I showed up 2 min after the pickup time given, my pizza was not in a warmer. Disappointed

Ordered a Veggie Pizza. Web site said: THE VEGGIEHand tossed dough baked with Garlic Oil base, topped with Green Peppers, Red Onion, Black Olives, Grape Tomatoes, Spinach, Mushrooms, and Mozzarella CheeseIt did not have any spinach, no green peppers. Lots of onion, lots of black olives. Found a few mushrooms.Sadly I was disappointed. I don't care for black olives which I usually pick off. Didn't leave much else as my favourite toppings were missing.Your pizza is pretty good but veggies should mean all that is advertised.Second time I have been disappointed. You have pretty good pizza. Why mess it up?
