Poor performance for everyone tonight.A young gentleman took my order. After waiting 45 min. I requested a refund. They blamed the poor performance on the cook and said he has made multiple mistakes. After receiving my refund and walking out empty handed. As I drove away, the gentleman who took my order came out flagging me down and handed me a random order. And assured me it was my order.Sure wasn’t mine… not at all.Save yourself the hassle of going to this location.

I was thoroughly impressed 5 months ago. After today we will never go here again. We paid 45 dollars for three meals, the fountain machine did not work. After we sit down to wait on our order, a worker approached and informed us that their fryer quit working, and they could not cook our food. I understood and simply said that's fine, but we will need a refund on the order. She said okay. We went out to our vehicle, checked our balance, and they did not refund the money. We went back inside, and were told we would not be refunded until 5 days later. We asked them to cancel the card charge so they could refund in cash, and they told us no, sorry. We paid for a service and did not receive that service, that is called theft, and is completely unacceptable. We tried to work with the manager to figure out a solution, and she refused. They will no longer receive our business.

Worst customer service ever, been in twice to try to get a Blizzard. They have no ingredients and are biased towards people they have never met before. Improve your customer service. They will serve other people who drive up or walk in that they know before helping you and will try to make you waste your time by putting you off until you just walk out.

Extremely long wait time wait almost 45 minutes for a single burger and fries several other people in the restaurant also had extremely long wait ones over herd several people say they had waited over an hour the employees are running around looking around like they have no clue what’s going on and they didn’t give me my drink I had to go back in because my order was messed up and took them a while to get order fixed there were only 3-4 other customers inside

As per most Dairy Queens, the food is great. The issue with this specific location in Fritch is that I tested their order accuracy. By going 3 times to this location, I seen that Everytime, and by different employees, they mixed up the orders Everytime. Not sure if this location does not like tourists or food critics, but they kept messing up my order Everytime. One time I just ate the messed up order. Anyways, be cautious of ordering here

Tried to call in our order, was told they were "too busy" to take phone orders, so drove up there to place the order, they didnt seem too busy to me. Ordered steak finger basket chicken strip basket, 2 burgers and a blizzard. After waiting about 30 minutes, finally asked about my food and they didn't know where it was, so they had to remake all my food. Got to the car and checked the bags and of course there was a burger missing. So had to go back in. Then when I got home and we all started to eat, they gave us queso instead of gravy in both the chicken and steak finger baskets.

Save yourself the disappointment, drive to Borger and eat anywhere else. Overpriced, slow, and almost guaranteed to get your order wrong. Fountain drinks always taste like they are watered down or improperly mixed. Avoided it for YEARS and finally went back in a hurry and was met with the same disappointment.

They never have anything advertised on commercials, their pricing on board never matches what the item actually costs, and it is ridiculous. I get "at participating locations" but this place messes up every order and never has anything that is advertised. I shouldn't have to drive to another town to get what I want.

I was very disappointed in the taco salad. It has shrunk a lot in size. I won't be ordering it again. We were pleasantly surprised by the burger. The quality has improved! It's been over 2 years since we ordered one because the last one we bought was so bad.

I have always liked their tacos, but the last time we got them the taco shells were not good at all. I don't know what our dairy queen is doing different, but please cook or fry them the way you did before.We went for a blizzard over the weekend. We had cotton candy blizzards. So good, but be aware they are super sweet. We got large and wish we had gotten a medium or smaller because of sweetness. Not complaining, just an fyi. Glad our Dairy Queen is open again.

The workers rushed us to order, they took absolutely forever for our order and got it wrong. Then we asked for the taco meat for the taco salad and the lady was rude and said that she was never told about it in a rude tone when we reminded them for the taco meat we won’t be going there again. I don’t recommend it.

The food is good for a quick bite every so often. The prices are too expensive to eat there everyday. For two people it's about $35.00. I like how they Now have cook to order so the food is hot and fresh.

Just got two steak finger basket and ordered extra gravy, got home an no extra gravy. Told them twice and they repeated it back to me. Not sure if I was charged for the extra gravy it not as I didn't get my receipt.

Typical small hometown ice cream place. Seemed to have quite a business with burgers and hot dogs going on. There really is only one other restaurant in town, so DQ is the place! It's clean, fairly good service. However, today the order person forgot 2/3 of the order. They brought one person's cone, forgot the second cone and mini blizzard. Had to finally go ask,which it was then immediately filled.

I got a large cone with 1 inch of ice cream off the top. At least make it a large with minimum 3 and a half inches above the top. Besides I waited for assistance for 20 minutes. One gal there did come to assist while I was on the phone in my car. She was the only one working the window drive thru and assisting where ever she could.

Tasted as good as it always does! The ONLY issue we had was they had a new girl that didn't know how to make the blizzards or shakes so it took her a good 30 mins to make 2 blizzards and 1 shake. The blizzards didnt turn out to be blizzards at all. They were more like vanilla shakes with giant chuncks of chocolate in it. But...... every bite was still delicious and nice n cold on a hot summer day.

Used to be a very good place to eat. It seems like it's on microwave food now or free chips and heat it in the microwave nothing is homemade down to earth cooking like you used to be. You don't even see the advertising anymore on the down home cooking. Not a place I would recommend to eat

Was eating my triple belt Buster and had a 6" large rubbery piece of plastic In my Burger. Will never eat here again. They offered to remake my food. But that's beside the point. Quality control people!!!

They never get the order correct, moolatte machine is always down and service is slow. Always have to wait out front for food orders and the wait is usually a minimum of thirty to fourty five minutes. Have tried multiple time to give them another try and always disappointed.
