What an incredible experience we just had with Marcus, flight attendant from rock star pets. We live in toronto, Ontario Canada and our puppy came from Texas, USA today. The entire process was truly seamless. Marcus sent us the flight details initially including when we had to arrive at the airport and where to go; then on the day of the flight/puppy arrival we received updates prior to take off with photos of our puppy, messages from Marcus when the flight landed and a very easy and loving handover of our puppy in the airport. You can see the love Marcus, our flight carrier has for dogs. Our puppy arrived calm, happy and very clean. Marcus is such a kind and thoughtful man and we knew our puppy was in great hands during his flight. I most definitely recommend this company and service xx

Marcus is Awesome! He is professional and organized. His communication and correspondence is excellent and very clear. His first flight to us was cancelled and needed to be rebooked. I would totally recommend RockStarPets for transporting your pet. Marcus was our puppy’s nanny Saturday and he was professional and reliable. He transported her from Ohio to California and communicated through the whole process and even sent pictures. My puppies flight nanny, Chance, was so accommodating when it came to working out a time to pick up my puppy from the airport. He was very informative and kept me up to date on the flight (schedule, re-schedule, information, etc.) My puppy arrived so peaceful, happy and loved. We had an incredible experience with Marcus from RockStarPets! It was hard to figure out the best way to get our puppy to us with a job and a toddler at home and this service was above and beyond what we expected. The communication was top notch and Marcus kept us in the loop from weeks leading up to our transfer. He also sent pictures every step along the way on the day of and let us know how our puppy was doing! We cannot say enough good things about this service and Marcus specifically!
