I wanted to check out some fish for a possible fish tank I’m looking into. Anyways what I seen was absolutely horrible and I hope no children have to see dead fishes piled up in the corner of the fish tank. The store smells absolutely horrible. The cats look miserable. The fish abuse that is going on needs to stop! Absolutely horrific. The fish tank is disgusting and then go make it worse they have living fish swimming with dead fish. These are living creatures and absolutely should not be allowed!

HORRIFIC, this was the worst experience I had my dog was traumatized and she has never been this fearful. The cut was awful and the only reason they got 2 stars is because they fit me in (she had stickers from a weekend trip caught in her fur and she had to be cut, my place had a 2 week wait). They appeared friendly and they discussed the cut at drop off, seemed professional. When I picked up my dog she looked like I had cut her in a moving vehicle. They proceeded to blame my dog and said she bit them, she has no teeth and she has never bitten, she weighs 3 pounds and she has never had a complaint about the grooming. When I picked her up they had every excuse. I’m embarrassed to post a picture. She came home shaking that lasted days.So, I waited a few days to calm down and called to talk to the store manager, I am almost sure that I didn’t get the store manager just a cashier. He checked out customer’s while talking to me never asked my name or type of dog. Apologized and said he would speak to the grooming staff. I rarely give a bad review but this was horrible.I also need to say they had a groomer that sat and looked very disinterested, she appeared to be the lead. Another, that seemed new and was complaining about how many dogs she had scheduled for the following day, and a third that checked me in and out and acted as if he loved my dog. I have no idea what happened but my dog was in distress for days.Those that know my dog know she is a tough dog and super sweet. She had no fear going in. I am so sad and disappointed and I will not return. They offered no discount.If new to this location I would NOT, I don’t know what to advise the regulars but they will not have any more of my business.I posted picture of before, normal cut, and their cut!

I have never seen such an egregious display of animal abuse in a public pet store. I came here to shop around for the perfect tank for my next paludarium and what I found was disgusting. The fish are is such a bad state that I was at first shocked to see some of them swimming so poorly. At one glance it was immediately apparent that some of them were very sick and then as I kept looking at the fish I found two different fish tanks full of dead fish pooling at the bottom. Not all of the fish were dead, some of them were in very bad condition and the rest were desperately swimming to the corners of the tank to get away. I get that these fish are only $0.37 but to willingly lead them to their deaths due to laziness and incompetence is outrageous. You don’t need to be a pet expert to take dead fish out of the tank and it doesn’t take an expert to deduce that with the stacks of dead bodies in the tank that the ammonia level is dangerously high. This is a very serious crime committed so plainly for any aspiring pet owner to see. I would be remiss to support such a horrible business. You take pride in the adoption of pets but after seeing this I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. Fish die, that is no surprise and it comes with the business but negligence is intolerable.

I entered this Pet Smart with the intention of purchasing some fish, only to be confronted by a disheartening scene. The aquariums, once expected to showcase vibrant aquatic life, were instead marred by filth and pollution. Disturbingly, the fish within these enclosures were languishing, their health visibly compromised. It became evident that what I initially perceived as a place for acquiring aquatic pets had transformed into a distressing environment—a veritable site of torment for these delicate creatures.

We did beginner training with Lisa, and she was just great. My dog loved coming here, and even though he knew most of the commands already, it was good to have him practicing it with the distraction of the other dogs in class.

The fish tanks were horrible. I am traumatized by what I saw. All the fish were swimming away from the filter trying not to get caught and would have their fins and scales ripped off by it.:(

Love the floorplan of this location. It is easy to find what I'm looking for. Especially the dog toy aisle, they have the best selection of dog toys and it is displayed well. Staff is always helpful, too.

Worst customer service ever. Went in for live insects for my pet & was directed to the back where I witnessed terrible attitude & service to an elderly gentleman. It seems the older man had just gotten a brand new pet and was looking for assistance with the best food selection. Andi was very rude, curt, and dismissive to him. Unfortunately this attitude also rolled over as she continued this when it was my turn. As if assisting customers was beneath her & I was wasting her time with my request. If this is what management looks like then this location needs to assure they have staff that can assist customers with at least decency at bare minimum. If you aren’t the best at client facing customer service, please staff those who are. We are living in a time where people are opting to order online & brick and mortar locations are becoming a thing of the past. This type of service being contributing factors to locations closing. If you don’t like your job, please don’t take it out on the customers whose business keep you employed. This is a nice area & the brand shouldn’t be dragged through the mud because of employees like this. Very disappointed and disgusted.

*****DO NOT for God’s sake take your pet there for grooming!! I am beyond disappointed at the service we received!! My Goldendoodle went in there after being groomed Last end of October just for a bath a a trim that’s it! They said he had a couple mats around the toosh and another area and would just cut those and they instead decided to SHAVE him without my permission or informing me. He did not need to be shaved and because you wanted to be lazy you shaved my dog and over charged me!! He did NOT need to be shaved and he looks absolutely terrible this is the first and last time I’ll ever take him to this location. Don’t respond blaming anything on my dog at all he’s the most pleasant Goldendoodle ever!! He went in looking beautiful just needing a bath and trim came out looking like that down there. Sad to lose a customer that’s been going to you guys for years,Cal a groomer don’t use her she’s very picky, Lola my Maltese has been going to groomers at PetSmart her whole life for 5 years.Cal groomer at west frisco last grooming appointment stated Lola was super active might need something to relax.Let’s move to today 12/14 grooming and Cal got selected to groom Lola.Lola has a clapsed trachea. It makes her cough and grunt in her throat.Well they decided the manager and Cal at petsmart decided to quarantine the area and stated she might have kennels cough 😷 and they will not see her. I explained to them it’s her trust, she just got scene two days at Banfield. Sad last time I’m taking my dog to petsmart!!I called banfield and spoke with their manager as well and she knows Lola and knew about her cough. She stated no it’s not kennels cough.

This store is a smaller store but it was clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful.My toy poodle loves Bil & Jac P-Bnanas snacks and PetSmart is the only place I've ever seen them sold.As for the dog collars.... they never have many small and extra small to choose from. I think they should carry more for our small fur babies.Otherwise, it is your typical PetSmart. If I'm not mistaken they do not have a pet hospital at this location. They do have grooming.

I was left disappointed with the poor management and customer service from the grooming facility. After checking the grooming hours and seeing that they were open until 9:00 PM on Monday evening (see picture), I went in around 7:30 PM for a nail grind only to find that the groomers were closed. I spoke with a manager and they indicated that the groomers opened at 7:00 the next morning and closed at 7:00 that night and that he would update the store signage. I came in the next morning at 8:00 AM to find two groomers. One was grooming a dog and the other appeared to be cleaning her tools. I asked for a nail grind and the girl cleaning her tools went in the back and asked someone else to come help, but the person in the back was busy with three dogs. She then asked the other girl who was grooming a dog, Tatiana, If she could do it and she said "no, I'm busy" then told me to come back in the middle of the day. I told her of my frustrations and she said that only bathers can do the nails and suggested I call back later to determine a better time to come in. I wouldn't be so frustrated if the service wasn't marketed by them as a walk-in service with no appointment needed (and no ability to book online).

The Manager of the Grooming Salon , is fantastic !!!! She does a "Express" groom on my baby girl, Violet and she always has a wonderful experience and out come. They do a nice do on my baby girl.

Online price for cat nail trim is suppose to be $12 . Called for an appointment that same day . Once done I had to pay $17 … expensive compared to other places . Would have gone to McKinney pet salon for $12 than driving 15 min here just to pay more . Not hard to update ridiculous high prices or at least notify customers of price before service . Also, barely even trimmed cats nails , still sharp .

They canceled my online appointment 5 times and lied that a groomer isn't available when calling the store. Why keep appointments open when you just want to cancel them??? When we were finally allowed to come in with an appointment, they lied that my dog bit them so they can't cut the hair. My dog has never been like this!!!Frauds

Absolutely disgusted how they cut my dog. He's a malamute and even a dimwit would know not to shave him like a shih tzu. Only reason they gave us was that he moved around a lot. How is that a reasonable response to this massacre of his coat. Unprofessional and irresponsible of their actions. Don't trust your pet to this store.

Staff and management are very friendly and very customer service oriented. I'm a frazzled mess trying to take care of babies and run businesses. I came here and they took care of me. I haven't shopped at a PetSmart in years since I lived in California. Coming here brought back a lot of nostalgia. When I had my first dog I used to take him to PetSmart for everything. Coming here actually made me miss those days with my dog. I think when my babies get older I'll be back with them and our dogs.

Prices are up across the board. It does seem the availability has improved. Too early to say the stocked shelves are here to stay. We used their Shot Vet service today. Made an appt. and they were pretty quick. Will definitely use again!

My husband went to take our standard poodle to get groomed. Since our groomer was still on lunch, the gentleman wanted to do the assessment - a whole 10-20 seconds. My husband said that he felt awkward from the time he walked in from the look the groomer gave in when he walked in. From that, they wouldn't do his grooming due to matted hair and wanted us to take him to the vet. We took him and there's nothing they can do and recommended to take to the vet. HORRIBLE service. It looks like they don't like to do big dogs.

Took our 11 month old German Shepherd here for a bath and furminator. I get a call 2 hours into the appointment to reschedule and come pick up my dog because they had an aggressive dog in there barking aggressively at other dogs. From that they said that dog worked up my dog. From previous post it shows they don’t work well with large dogs. Our dog has been to many other PetsSmart and have never had a complaint about their service or from them about either of our dogs. Not to mention the snooty attitude they had during this process. This is not all PetSmart. This is the one on 11833 Dallas Pkwy in Frisco, TX.

Kayli and Catherine were so amazing!! they were so nice and returned a semi used product for fleas that was completely ineffective! No hassle!!! They also recommended a product that would work and gave me tips to get rid of fleas. The product was 3xs the price but so worth it! That’s the type of customer service you are suppose to give your customers!! Thank you ladies!! You made my day!

One of the best customer service and informative staff I have ever meet. I usually go to the Prosper location as I live there, but stopped by here once on my way to costco and these guys were amazing! Hands down salute for information, customer service and friendlyness🙏
