They shaved my German Shepherd bald even though all research says they aren’t supposed to be shaved. And I feel they overcharged me for services that obviously weren’t performed such as the furminator since they shaved her. I’m so upset. And now my baby’s skin is unprotected and probably going to itch her.

I was able to find the perfect hip & joint chews for my Yorkie & Yorkie Poo (that they’ll actually eat) I was greeted as soon as I entered and The store was nice & clean. Clean places & friendly employees always provide a good shopping experience.

Never again. This young lady did not clean my little Frenchie, and the obvious was his face wrinkles being crusty. Thank you management for seeing you have a problem in that area. I didn’t think much about not being properly greated by the groomer herself. My first and last time using this location.

This is an amazing pet store! The animal grooming is on point! Our Husky looks beautiful!! Also, today, we went in just to look at the pets and fish. Then, a store associate began speaking and really connecting with us! We ended up adopting an injured Bearded Dragon! It's so young so we don't know if it's a boy or girl yet, but it's perfect!! 😍

I visit this location a few times every month. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful, and the store is always very clean. I’ve shopped at other pet stores in the area, but I keep coming back here because I always find what I need, and the prices are good. Also, I’ve purchased food here in the past that my pets didn’t like, they refunded me for the open package with no hassle. Now, that’s what I call great service!

I stopped going to PetSmart when I learned their online store pricing would offer better deals than in-store pricing. I learned this when another shopper showed her phone to a clerk get a price match. Thinking she was matching another retailer, I showed the clerk an Amazon price and they said they only matched *their* online pricing.I was confused. So in-store customers are better off shopping online? Or they should shop online AS they shop in the store to make sure they’re getting the best PetSmart offer? So much work to get savings.

Petsmart is a great place to go to because it is mostly affordable and convenient to go to. However they need to take more care of the animals with not only their diet but also removing the dead animals. 1 dead fish is understandable but 20 is terrible. If I continue talking, this review will be a whole Novel. Just please do your reading before going to petsmart. They wont tell you anything about how to care for the animals and the only times getting one of there cages is for when you need to bring your hamster or bird to the vet.

Jeff always does a fantastic job grooming my dogs! One of my dogs is anxious and will bark if people try to approach, but Jeff has no trouble working with him at all! I book with him specifically because I know that he takes such care in working with him and makes my dog feel comfortable.

I walked into this store to purchase some fish for my aquarium! I went over and looked at these fish swimming around in these small cups and one of them was dead. I brought the dead fish that was sitting there for a while because its scales was floating around in the small cup to the front checkout and the lady didn’t have a care in the world. Very disappointed in this location. Do better!

I go to the Frisco Preston Road location even though I pass a couple other Petsmart stores on the way. I use the grooming salon and Skyler is the best, my little finicky chihuahua loves her. I also use Banfield at this location and the staff there is just as great.

They had a few sm kitty toys for our teacup chihuahua,so I'm happy. But, no sm leashes,collars ect... that were cute!! Had the treats she likes. Lots of very pretty fish and aquarium decorations!!

Knowledgeable and attentive staff which is always a plus! We recently added a new addition to our family and definitely had questions. Madison was BEYOND helpful with the amount of information that she provided. From dog food, toys, treats, grooming, even to training courses that Petsmart offers! We definitely felt confident walking out of the store knowing we purchased the right products we needed for our little one, much appreciation to Madison!

If you’re thinking of starting a job here, don’t do it. I’m sure the services are great, but just from the “hiring process” (or lack thereof) alone, I’m sure the employees aren’t treated very well. Had a roommate who did her best to apply here, and after being hospitalized during the interviewing process (which she had made them aware of), the “hiring managers” at this location labeled her as “Unhireable for all PetSmarts”, which they had never made her aware of; she had to call to find out. The hiring managers here RARELY reach out to their applicants. Furthermore, during the interviewing process, the “hiring manger” was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful for my roommate. We’re first time renters, have bills to pay, and my roommate was very excited about this job; and Stewart couldn’t have cared less. We’re extremely disappointed with this location, and look forward to not going back.

Ashley at the Frisco Pet Smart on Presto was very rude. There was a misunderstanding and she didn’t even finished explaining and hung up on me and said you need to come and pick up your cat. Very rude and they didn’t even finished grooming my cat and gave him to me all wet . Never again

This Petsmart seemed to have a limited selection of everything. I was unable to find the puppy food I get at my regular one, they had a very small section of medicine, and the setup is a bit difficult to navigate.

Absolute waste of my time. They do not do proper returns even with a receipt. My friend got me things for my dogs, but it was the wrong thing at the wrong store. I paid her since it says on the back of the receipt debit you can get cash in return with the receipt. They acted like I was stealing from them and the woman at the register that I first talked to was very snippy. Now I have to go way out of my way and bother my wonderful friend and waste her time too for trying to do a nice gesture for me. RIDICULOUS!

I scheduled a grooming weeks ago and they sent confirmation emails to remind me of the grooming for today but when I got up to Petsmart the lady (who was rude btw) told me that they don’t have hot water to wash dogs and that’s fine but what’s not fine is not letting me know and the inconvenience. The lady saw me go into the grooming area and had me standing there for awhile knowing I couldn’t get my dog groomed. I do not recommend and I’m never going back to this Petsmart.

Maddy M was our groomer. She took great care of our pup and asked every question to make sure she catered to our girl. Both staff members at the grooming desk were extremely friendly and helpful. They made our dog feel safe and comfortable. Which says a lot because she’s a former shelter dog and it was her first appointment! The lady at the register was also incredible friendly through the whole checkout process and very sociable. When we picked our sweet dog up she looked better than ever. She was also happy and wagging her tail. She loved her time there. They took such great attention to detail and even gave us recommendations for products to help with her double coat! The experience could not have been any better. The employees here clearly love what they do and are great at it!
