I read some horror stories about this place and that couldn’t be further from our experience. We were just going to look at animals with our daughter. They had a puppy jumping and pawing at us behind the glass. We decided to play with him and fell in love. (We have never even heard of a cavapoo lol) He has been an amazing edition to our family. His potty and sleep training have been almost effortless and he is the cutest thing we have ever seen.

We got our beautiful pup here. All pups are AKC certified and come with papers. Yes there is easy approved financing. Important things to note, your pup comes with everything you need to go home with him (kennel, puppy pads, food, supplements, etc). Our pup was sick and they covered the vet visits to get him better asap. Now he is all better and he’s doing great. The staff at Petland is amazing and so helpful and understanding. They take great care of these pups! I can’t wait to go back and get another one!

I love going to this place. The workers here are so friendly so kind helpful they walk you through all the steps on purchasing the puppies setting you up on a play date they keep in contact with you especially Becky is who I’ve been working with. She is amazing all the workers are amazing, but Becky is the one that I’ve been working with and I will recommend this place and that’s the reason why I’m giving it a five star.

5 star review for Kyle the trainer. He’s been training our golden retriever puppy ever since we got her and is great at what he does. He’s super attentive to the dogs and very good at teaching you ways to reinforce the trainings at home. He seems to really care for the dogs and it’s always fun to take our puppy to training!

On Christmas Eve, the puppy showed no improvement, leading to an emergency visit to the veterinarian and incurring an unexpected and staggering bill totaling many thousands of dollars.This heartbreaking situation has raised serious questions about the honesty and integrity of Pet Land Frisco. It is disheartening to think that the well-being of these innocent animals is being compromised for the sake of profit at the end of their year. My children are in tears as we wait at the emergency room, uncertain if the puppy will make it through the night.I implore you to reconsider supporting Pet Land Frisco for pet purchases. My experience serves as a stark warning about the potential risks and emotional toll involved. The staff was nice, i got a puppy from them. She was sick a few days later but it was handled at the vet. She doesn't care for the antibiotics but shes almost done with her 10 day treatment. Beautiful pup.

Love this place! It was very clean and if you're interested in purchasing a puppy they have all the papers for them showing the breeders information as well as the Department of Agriculture showing that they have inspected the breeders. They are very helpful in answering all questions. I highly recommend Petland Frisco!

We had a great experience at Petland last night. We met this awesome little beagle that was full of life. He's too play and is already in his way to bring potty trained. We couldn't adopt him but hope that someone with a loving family with kids would. ❤️

I love this place!!! We bought our sweet Wheaton Terrier “Annie” here… and the staff was amazing… we take Annie to Caio the dog trainer… and he’s the BEST!!!! So calming and gets the respect and attention of Annie everytime we go for a lesson.. Caio explains everything as he goes along … he’s very organized and goes by an itinerary for your dog.. I highly highly recommend him .. I learn a lot everytime we go… he’s been a real blessing to us!!!

We have not enjoyed our experience with Petland Frisco. We were so excited to finally have found a sweet puppy we both fell in love with and though we had signed a paper saying Giardia is common in puppies from this place, the papers also said she had seen the doctor a few days again and had a clean bill of health. The papers also said that the expenses would be covered by petland’s insurance if she was positive. We signed and took her home and brought her to their requested vet in Frisco. He diagnosed her with Giardia and Coccidia. We paid all bills up front expecting to be reimbursed. It took two rounds of meds and tests to get rid of both. Which the doctor said could happen. When we called the insurance and asked if we had to wait until the treatments were completed to submit or if we had to submit as we received them they said either way is fine. The insurance refuses to reimburse us for the tests because they are saying she wasn’t diagnosed in the 14 day period. Even though we have sent extensive documentation showing otherwise, including the contract we signed that said the would be responsible they refuse to pay. I do not recommend this company at all. These tests and meds would’ve been cheaper at a vet that is around the corner from us but we drove out to Frisco and saw the vet they require in order to comply with their requirements. And other than our pup receiving the treatment she needed from a friendly vet, the efforts to meet their requirements were for not.

This review is from my wife. This place has cute puppies and we love our little girl but she was sick with Giardia and the warranty is a joke. You have to use their products and go to their vet use their training etc. and we live to far for all that. But if you don’t use it the puppies are not covered. So, if we knew that first we would not have gotten a puppy from there. Now I have a very expensive sick puppy. Ask lots of questions before buying from there.

Please use common sense and do not buy any puppies here. These puppies come from puppy mills no reputable breeder would sell dogs inside of a store.The common sense on where these dogs come from is gone.Your paying thousands and thousands of dollars for purebred dogs that are not healthy and have serious health problems they take these mama dogs and they breed and breed and breed till they can’t breed anymore and charge you out the rears for an unhealthy animal, and the sad situation is these puppies are innocent. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Do not buy animals here we can’t save them all , but I’m not going sit back and not say anything about it anymore. Everybody in Frisco wants a foo foo dog go to the shelters and find a dog that’s looking for a home.

I purchased an AKITA puppy from here around Christmas 2023, 2days with puppy we had to rush our baby to their recommended Veterinarian(pet nest). Whom I don’t recommend either, they are money hungry and they charge more for test than your local doctor. They told me our dog had RSV along with worms.I was misled thinking because this dog was sick with the 4day visit along with the 14day store policy we wouldn’t be charged, but I was wrong the doctors took the medication out my hand an said we are not affiliated with PETLAND to do any billing. I understand dogs can get these things from one another but as a pet store, you guys really need to do better with constant treatment of the puppies, especially if we the customer are spending THOUSANDS on these dogs to just take them home an are instantly dealing with the emotional stress of not knowing what is wrong with our new babies. Very unfair treatment to the customer for being mislead that these dogs are being well taken care of, when in reality their NOT doing the proper steps to keep the from contracting simple illness.

I bought my little boy from here on January 16, 2016, I paid $2,060 for him. His DOB is 11/7/2015. He’s diabetic. Diabetes is genetic! So much for that prestige AKC registered! If you bought a Yorkie from here in 2016 (he had multiple siblings), please get them checked for diabetes. Attached is the breeder information. I adore my baby, he’s my world. His medical bills are very high. Diabetes is a rough disease for any dog. It’s heart breaking. I will never purchase another dog from a store because you really don’t know what you’re getting.

Petland Frisco takes special care of their puppies, and the service is outstanding!We initially purchased Banksy, our Pomeranian, about 2 1/2 years ago, to join our family. He’s become such a wonderful addition! My wife and I did spoil our “little prince”, but one day, we visited Petland to buy treats for Banksy…and we brought home Elsa, our beautiful Samoyed! Per simple Google search, identified this company and this store: see reviews and other examples cite sourcing reputation from breed brokers and puppy mills, alleged neglect and mistreatment. Much more you'll need to read for yourself. Simple Google search to get educated, specifically for this Frisco store. Be prepared for "less than honest", misguided communication, misrepresentation of costs and tendency to oversellproducts, motivate to set appointment under false pretenses. Generally friendly staff, yet deceptive overall experience. Will Pray for these pups.

Do not purchase dogs from here or any other petland, or if you do.... DO NOT purchase 2 from the same litter. These people are so uneducated and expensive. I've gotten other dogs of the same breed from other shops way cheaper. They don't tell you there is such a thing as littermate syndrome and after much research and vet consults, it is very much a real, hard, and could potentially be deadly to your pets if not trained properly.after going on 2 year both my shepherd boys(brothers) fight to the death no matter how much correction and training I have gotten for them. You are better off getting an animal from the shelter.

If i could give no stars i would but sadly that is not an option here. we got our little husky NOV 2021 when we got him he was very small and skinny but i just figured hey he is a puppy no big he will get bigger, as the months went on he never gained any weight he was very skinny and would throw up no matter what he ate and would throw up so much more than what could be in his stomach. he had constant diarrhea then it would stop and he would finally eat some more. then it would go right back to the being sick. we went to every vet spent 100 on 100 of dollars on our dog to get looked at and checked blood work stool evals all of it and nothing. We called petland even went into the store and the staff of course after we spent our 6K they were done with us and didnt care. iv called corporate with the issues and everything. a year and 4 months after we got our pup we had to put him down due to issues we could not find and he wasnt even able to stand. The vet we went to said we could do surgeries and try but he would not live a happy doggy life. We had to do what was best. Petland has refused any sort of refund and i have been fighting this for a very long time now. its been a year since he has passed and i want something done!!!
