Best groom my pup has had by far!! I am so pleased with the groomer and I will only let her touch my pup moving forward. Great job! I will say every location doesn’t have the same quality of groomers but this Frisco location off of El Dorado is amazing.

My dog went for grooming and they cut his hair too short and it was really bad, we still see the knots on the ears and he does not smell fresh after grooming. Will not recommend anyone and we will not go to this place again.

Usually I don't write review even if something bad happens. But this time I don't want to hold back.. My dog got a hair cut and it was so bad I could not say even one word ...It was so disappointing. It was horrendous..I don't know what happened..Usually hair cut here is fine...Not sure if some newbie joined and screwed up everything or not..But I don't recommend anyone to go there for your dog's haircut after what happened to my dog.. If I can give zero rating for this establishment I would have done that...The quality has been going down pretty consistently..

My dog went in for service today and Ended up in ER after we came home😡ER findings were Broken blood vessels on his eyes which it looks to be from blunt force trauma. I contacted the groomer before I took my dog to ER and they offered to pay for the visit. When I asked did anything happened to my dog and answer was no nothing. His eyes are swollen and he’s been vomiting ever since i picked him up. He’s been sedated and now on medication. I will go above and beyond to protect my dog! This is animal abuse

The groomer was great! The customer service at the register was horrible when I tried to use my vital care.. I won't be returning due to employees just not caring or having empathy

The lady who took care of my dog, I think her name is Alex, she was so great and caring. The lady at the desk was very friendly also and came outside to help me get my dog inside.
