Rachel is incredibly awesome and my dog looks like a million bucks was spent on my gorgeous blue Merle Australian Shepherd dog with blue eyes. My dog is always so happy when his appointment is over. A sign that he had a great experience. Just like when a young child comes home from daycare. Purchasing the Petco Rewards plan from Rachel was the best investment I have ever made for my pet. 20.00 a month is nothing compared to the savings that I received from this plan for grooming and vet care. My dog only goes to Rachel and Petco you need to know this employee is exceptional! I will keep coming to the Frisco location as long as Rachel is there too!

Richard is probably the best groomer I've come across at Petco! He loves my dog as much as I do, and I always know he's going to be well taken care of with him!

The groomer Rachel was not available last minute so i used Kayla she nicked his tummy and he got an infection. But the salon manager Richard reached out and offered to take care of the bill for the issue and scheduled my pup with his preferred groomer. Richard communicated in a very professional manner which i appreciate although, i would prefer my pup not have an infection the responsibility Richard took for the situation I applaud. Great customer service skills!!

Courtney K did such an amazing job!!! I was nervous as I’ve done his grooming for 5 years but recently have had some issues come up and didn’t have the energy. She did such an amazing job and I’m even more obsessed with my boy!😍

Very rude 0 customer service skills. We had an appointment, and they ignored me multiple times when I tried to talk to check in until the point where we were late. When I told them about being ignored and that I would like to cancel my appointment there was no apology or explanation they were very inconsiderate and if they treat paying people like this I wouldn't trust them anywhere near my dog.

My fur baby got an ulcer in his eye due to being hurt while getting groomed. Groomer did NOT notify me and allowed me to leave with my fur baby in so much pain. If you work with pets you should love them and care for them, how could you allow a fur baby to return home and not report the incident.

Loved coming here to get my Great Pyrenees pup groomed! Was $50 for a XL dog. They were very gentle along with trimming his coat and toes at a good length. Will most definitely be coming back! Thanks petco!

Petco has always been amazing I’ve never had any issues with the grooming here which is why it saddens me to write this! I have a 9 lbs Pekingese/ Poodle mix, that I’ve brought to this location several times. However, this last time, my total came out to $97. 41 (for my 9lbs dog to get a bath, a haircut, teeth brushed and nails trimmed- which I had to get the essentials add on for)! On top of the $53+$24 that the bath and grooming cost there was an extra fee for them to cut her hair “shorter” and materials. I should point out my dog was not matted and the reason I was given by Vicky for the extra charges was “she had to shave her hair extra because I opted for a shorter look”. I thought that’s what the $53 covered? Not exactly sure why they are getting so expensive or if it was just this particular groomer just adding stuff or why she didn't tell me upfront there would be an extra charge depending on the length (sounds silly but it was a silly excuse) but unfortunately I won’t be back here. Like I said I’ve always loved Petco but there are definitely cheaper alternatives that are just as good. Save your coins and go somewhere else.

Disappointed with my experience today. I booked a grooming online at one, went in to the store and the staff were nice but clearly overworked and stressed. When I came back to pay and collect my dog, she wasn’t fully groomed. Her tail wasn’t trimmed and didn’t look touch neither her face. Her hair cut is uneven and has a small scrape on her stomach after her visit. I’m very disappointed.

I am very unsatisfied, I took my dog in to getgroomed. He comes out and has a cut on his eye . They previously did call me and tell me the circumstances. And said that he was fine and he was not bleeding and that I would not be paying . I came in and his eye looked fine but he was bleeding on his leg and needed sutures . Keeping in mind my dog weighs like 4lbs . I am not going back and I would not recommend their grooming services to anyone .

I've had a couple of bad experiences with another pet store's grooming. But this visit was perfect. Skylar was able to cut and trim Hunter's nails (which the other store was never able to do). And she thoroughly cleaned and deshedded him! He seemed very happy when I picked him up.

I made an appointment to have my 16 year old Shi Tzu to be groomed and specifically ask for Andra as she is the manager. She was a few minutes late getting there which wasn't a problem but I then had to wait for her to set up her station for grooming. Once she took my information she presented me with a bill of $71! WHAT!!! I was shocked because I was under the impression it was $45. $7 was for a ZOOM groom, ok what the heck is a ZOOM groom. She told me it was when the dog isn't caged before grooming, sad. Ok, someone explain to me if she was already scheduled to come in at 10AM that day my dog was her 1st groom, there was no Zoom to it!. Next $7 for special attention for older dog and then another $7 for shampoo, which she wouldn't use the medicated shampoo I brought since it wasn't prescribed by a Vet. Needless to say I told her I would pass, I felt like this was a misrepresentation of their grooming prices.

Once I got home I noticed lang hairs on his feet, stomach, legs etc. His teddy bear cut was ugly and eye and mouth area where still dirty. Hairs around mouth had not been cut. It was more expensive than other places I have used and the cut was horrible. I actually had to clean it up with the scissors myself at home.

I stood in line 30 mins for Kayla to come out to get my dog. The other guy in the told me cause I was a few mins 5mins late that it's my fault can see will be out when she can. He was out of line and needs to learn how to be professional

Kayla is amazing she has been Chole groomer for 3 years now and not once have I been disappointed. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
