**UPDATE of review** Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating of this particular store. Last time I gave this store 5 stars, this time I'm giving them 2 due to the last two on-line orders. I've been a customer at this location since it opened, in hopes that this would be my first stop at buying pet supplies. I feel with all the items I've purchased on-line and in-store, I should be at the top of their customer list.I have two Dobermans who I spend a lot of money on monthly, and at times, "weekly" on online orders from this store and the in-store purchases of dog baths!!Unfortunately, they don't have their on-line order "picking process" down among ALL employees, in order to avoid an error and causing a customer to drive all the way back to correct them. This last order my husband picked up mis- labeled, so the cashier almost left behind one of our items. If my husband wouldn't have mentioned that he thought the box belonged to our order, he would have driven off without it, once again!I may have to transfer my patronage to another location if this continues.

Love this store! The staff and management are always extremely friendly and helpful!When we order online and pickup at the store, the staff attaches a handwritten thank you note on the order. That's such a nice touch!We take our labradoodle there for grooming and she loves Margie! Margie is so kind and caring. She worked at a different pet Supplies Plus location and we followed her to this one!The Rewards program is great, too! Keep up the great work, y'all!!

Friendly staff, great selection of food and toys for dog/cat/bird/fish/etc., clean restrooms and dog wash area is clean with everything you need to clean your pup!

Exceptional service from staff. My puppy was just spayed and they helped try on different alternatives for the recovery suit and various sizes as well as inflatables. This staff is truly remarkable.

Went to take a look in here. Nice new store. Had a bath area which has 3 baths that can accommodate 3 customers at a time. Not individual rooms like some places I've been. Rooms work better for me so I can do both my pups but allowing one of them to walk around while given the other a bath.

Great place to give your dog a bath, where you don’t create a mess in your own home! Reasonably priced and sweet staff. Some purchasing items however are steeper than other pet stores.

Groomer is not friendly at all. Looks like she doesn’t like her job. Don’t know her name but she has Blue dye in her hair. She does not bake you feel welcome and to be honest not very good either.

Came here the dog wash and came out with a bunch of new items for my dogs. The dog wash was extremely clean to begin with including all the necessities needed to wash my dogs. The staff there were also extremely kind to us and my pets giving them treats and giving a little pet. I would personally recommend pet supplies plus over petco as well as pet smart.

I went in here for the first time today and noticed a very dehydrated ball python with layers of stuck shed.Both ball pythons were on poor substrate (too dry for a tropical species). One of the employees listened to my concern while another got irritated and disregarded my concerns.I own ball pythons and other tropical species. I also foster abused reptiles and other animals. I know what a dehydrated ball python looks like.They are selling a sickly animal for $200+. It's cruel to leave them dehydrated and with layers of stuck shed.This is easily remedied with proper husbandry and I would be happy to offer consultation if need be.

Very clean store, well stocked, and very friendly employees. Great customer service. I went in to try out the self-serve dog wash and it was so easy to bring my dog in and then check out after. We’ll be coming back for sure!

Great place, cute business...PLEASE JUST INFORM THE EMPLOYEES OF ONE THING THOUGH! I just want to be completely honest here and say that I may be saving a dog's literal life...we took our dog to be washed here and one of the employees out of the blue walked right in front of my wet dog to pick up the excessive wet fur in the drain....now I don't know what they were thinking of doing that...who kneels down in front of a giant dog who is afraid of new territory and without introducing themselves, shoves their face in front of the dog? Whoever does this must not like their face. The employee could've been hurt bad, and they could even of had my dog put down if they attacked or got defensive. Who works at a pet place and not know that randomly running up to a dog without the slow approach is a bad idea? At least have some common sense. Will not be returning here.
