Do not get the “free bag”of stuff offered at checkout. They scan it for inventory purposes but you end up being charged for the items. I asked why my total was higher and he explained that I was discounted off the purchases a to offset the free bag. So I was mislead and the guy ultimately made me buy stuff I did not want.I did not have time to argue since I had my family in the car waiting.Too bad. First and last time I shop at Pet Supermarket.

Katelyn and Ashley were super helpful in helping us pick out a gecko. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helped us to really feel that we made the right choice by coming here.

Local manager is more than unhelpful. I called the store to check on how busy dog wash stations are and she tells me zero. She refuses to take a reservation as the website said they would. Show up and 5 dog line with animals going nuts. Call the store on Lebanon, and she takes a reservation no questions no problem. Manager needs some serious training or find another job.

Walked into this store today and I could not have had a better experience. Walking in trying to find something for my older cat to help her get up to places that are more difficult now. Kylie made sure to welcome me and help me find everything I was looking for and then some. Great knowledge and understanding that helped me more than any store ever has. This store definitely has a permanent customer with me.

I loved this place. Just got a new dog and needed some essentials and loved this new store.The staff were so well informed of both the new health and safety guidelines and their products. The gal with short dark hair was excellent at helping me select a collar and in suggesting their food brand: with samples to see how my pup likes the food before committing to a big sack!Honestly it is a total bummer how the $10 dog wash is closed at the moment, but with the friendly staff and great product selection, I almost don't miss the old days ;)

I was so disappointed with my last experience. I had changed self wash station location for my dogs because this was near my house AND they had a rewards system. I was told I would get my 7th wash free as long as I recorded each wash by giving my phone number. I was never given my free wash, despite me following their system. I asked the cashier and he looked at the transaction history and told me I was in fact owed it they just didn’t know what happened. They supposedly called the manager but the only explanation I was given was the “codes reset” and oh well. No sorry, no understanding and most importantly no common sense. I think this is false advertisement. I would have not changed locations if I was not promised this incentive. I’ve been going there for the last 6 months for that sole reason. I am disappointed I cannot trust them and will not be returning for any other service either.

Best experience in this store to date! Dalton was absolutely wonderful! He was the only person working but handled multiple requests and different patrons with professionalism, organization, and calmness given how busy the store was! He was also very friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful. 10 STARS!

DO NOT GET YOUR DOGS FOOD HERE!!! I came in to bathe my dogs and bought bags of food , my bags were INFESTED WITH BUGS. When I called the store and told them and expressed that I threw the bag out because I did not want bugs in my home, they said they would be able to exchange or refund for me. I came in to the store and three employees at the front laughed as I told them what happened , one employee said she would go ask the manager and came back to tell me that they would not be able to refund or exchange the product for me due to not having the bag of bugs. I don’t understand how I am expected to keep a bag infested with bugs in my home with kids and multiple pets. The customer service and how they handled this issue was extremely inappropriate nor did they demonstrate good business qualities. Do not go here!!! Pet supplies Plus in Frisco is much better and their food does not contain bugs

We went to this place for the first time, the Pet Supermarket, because it is so close to our house, and we wanted to try it out.EXCELLENT customer service! We have been to the store twice, and each time, greeted with a smile, and an associate asks how they can help. The associate we dealt with was kind and knowledgeable. They helped us pick food, appropriate treats for a puppy, and toys; I Highly recommend this store. I like shopping here because there is always someone to help you and I don't have to search for someone to ask a question. Great selection of quality foods and treats that I can feel good about giving my dogs.They also have a bath station available at different prices. It starts from $10. You can bathe your dog with all the facilities, dryer, shampoo, and towels, where available, and the station is clean and tidy.

great place to bathe your pups! so reasonable and their towels are super absorbent! Everything is always clean and ready to go! The employees always love on my pup and are so friendly! We have been going her since it opened!!

Clean store and friendly, helpful staff. Prices seem comparable to PetSmart/Petco.The fish selection seemed small at first (fresh water only) but they had a lot of variety in the tanks. Plus, the tanks were clean and the fish looked active and healthy.

This is a great little pet store. It is super clean and sells a great variety of products. They also have great sales on cat food, and I am able to stock up at a great price. Employees are always available to help if needed as well.

This store is staffed with individuals who absolutely love pets! I mean, wow!These guys know their stuff! Within one 15-minute trip, I learned what the most popular food is for my pup and what toys are the best quality and why they are the right choice for my dogs personality. They will have my business every time!

We got a new puppy and came to Pet Supermarket because it is so close to our house and we wanted to try it out. EXCELLENT customer service! We have been to the store 3 times now and each time we are warmly greeted with a smile and an associate asks how they can help. Each associate we dealt with was kind and knowledgeable. They helped us pick food, appropriate treats for a puppy, toys, and even a special something for our other dog so she wouldn't be as jealous about the new puppy. Highly recommend this store. I really like shopping here because there is always someone to help you and I don't have to go searching for someone to ask a question. Great selection of quality foods and treats that I can feel good about giving my dogs.

I really enjoy this store better than petsmart or petco. They have a great selection of fish usually And they tend to keep more exotic such as m8cro rabbits and naked Guinea pigs

There always seems to be an abundance of employees standing around the register not really doing anything in particular other than talking.My main complaint is this however -I came in the day after I purchased a reptile water bowl. It was too big for the terrarium so I came back the next day after purchasing with the receipt. I was being “helped” by a girl named Madi. She asked me for my information to do the return & I told her I did not have an account with them nor did I put the purchase under an account with them. She proceeded to tell me that it was policy that they needed information to do the return (even though I had the original receipt, ID & CC the purchase was made under). She then proceeded to ask me for very personal information - Phone Number, Address, Full Name. I’m sorry but there is absolutely zero reason that a business would require all this specific information to do a return so I proceeded to give her a very obvious fake information due to it being my right to protect my personal private information. Miss Madi then decided to get a HUGE toddler sized attitude and slammed the bowl down on another counter and continued to huff and puff in disagreement. This only made me want to be even more of a Karen and snap an attitude right back.First of all - I get it, you’re just trying to follow a ludicrous policy that your job makes you follow HOWEVER there is a much more adult and professional way to have a disagreement with a customer and that definitely was not it. So one star for the horrible customer service as well as their extremely over there top requirements for simple returns.

They are always friendly and helpful and aren't Nazis with forcing you to wear a mask like other stores. If I'm going to spend money on my pets... This is definitely one of the best pet stores in DFW area!

I love this store! I am so glad to have one close to me. Oh and by the way they ask for your information so they can email you savings and coupons. I love getting 20 dollar off coupons on my purchase. If you don’t like it you can always say no thanks 🤷🏼‍♀️

Convenient to my neighborhood and not crowded during Corona crisis. Prices seem expensive so not sure will come for regular things and may consider when looking for specialty items or equipment.UPDATE: Lowering to 3 stars because while employees are wearing masks, they are still allowing people in the store without them, as of 7/11/2020. Was in store ~11am
