They really went above and beyond with my dog Max during his grooming session; the level of care was exceptional. Also, the prices on their high-quality dog food are unbeatable, and the selection is the best I've seen. Highly recommend this place to any pet owner!

This place is fabulous! From the store full of food, toys, hygienic supplies, all the doggo yummies and the self serve dog wash is the best I have EVER been to! I had been going to a place in Allen for the last 10 years, but they have really taken a turn for the worst so I searched the interwebs for a place for the doggos and we found Pet Evolution and I’m so glad we did. I was really surprised by how CLEAN and pristine the entire dog wash area is! The store as well. And it doesn’t stink to high heaven like “the other place”. They have a great membership program and I signed up for the one that allows my dogs to have unlimited baths. I bathe them at least once a week, but even if I bathe them once a month I’m still getting my money’s worth. Everyone there is so helpful, always checking to see if you need anything. They really made Marley & Me feel welcomed and I’m so glad I found them.

It was our first experience visiting a self wash dog station. The entire staff is so helpful and attentive to all of your dog’s needs. They provide everything from the shampoo, towels, scrubber and hair dryer. Their store has the best quality dog food and treats as well. Glad to welcome them to the McKinney community!

This was a perfect experience. We have two littermates that are just 2 years old ;Prince and Posey. Ashley and Emily were on time, patient and kind and did a great job with Prince and Posey who were a bit anxious. Both pups had their nails trimmed, teeth brushed and anal glands expressed.I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend. The service was totally affordable and worth every penny. We would have liked to give Emily and Ashley a tip but didn’t have cash so, it’d be nice to have an option for leaving groomers a tip for mobile services. It was super convenient to make an appointment and so nice to have the service literally at our doorstep. Thanks for making us and our pups feel comfortable.

Jeff and Bridgette have a beautiful Pet Evolution location on Custer in McKinney!! Danny groomed our Gracie Lou today and did a fantastic job. Not only does she look amazing, she didn’t seem stressed or anxious at all after her spa day! We absolutely recommend Pet Evolution for all your fur baby’s needs!! ❤️🐾❤️

I had a free self service dog wash coupon to use here. Jeff the owner & the super friendly & attentive staff helped me get set up in one of the tubs & checked on me multiple times while I was bathing my dog. They have shampoo, towels & and a dryer. They also have a riser they can put in the tub for smaller dogs or to use while blow drying your dog. They have multiple length attachments to secure your dog in the tub. Unfortunately the tub set up didn't work for me. The tub was too deep and wide for me. It puts a strain on my back bending over in the tub and my dog will always go to the furthest side of the tub so it was difficult to keep moving him closer to me. The shampoo is very watery & did not lather & there is only 1 kind available. No conditioner. They put down a rubber mat in the tub & have a strainer that covers the drain in the tub, both nice to have. The setup would be great for small or large dogs, but I struggled to get a good wash. The bathing room & tubs were super clean as was the store. They also offer grooming services, dog food, treats and toys. I'd recommend the self service dog wash for very large dogs that need a deep tub or smaller dogs that will stand still on the riser. The customer service is excellent.

Oh how I love PetEvolution! Owning a husky can be tough when it comes to bathing with hair just flying everywhere. And the clean up…ughhhh. Which is why I’m obsessed with going to PetEvolution. You can get unlimited baths, 10%off retail/grooming AND $20 for toys and treats. All for just $29.99/month. Talk abt a steal!!! Like are you kidding me???

The team at Pet Evolution McKinney completely surpassed our expectations. The store is first class with top-notch pet supplies at affordable prices. Our grooming experience with Danny and Aerial was exceptional. The team suggested Phyto 150CBD oil for our tiny dog’s severe anxiety. It must have really worked because the same dog who has bitten and even been kicked out of one groomerie, was said to have been PERFECT. She was completely relaxed upon pickup. We absolutely bought that bottle and also tried their Weruva Dogs in the Kitchen wet food. To our surprise, our two picky dogs who eat two different foods, both loved it. We’ll be back, both for grooming and pet food. This store is a great addition to our community!!!

Excellent work! We took our two mini golden doodles here today for a groom and this was the best service and groom we have had since moving to Texas in 2018! Highly recommend!!! Staff and owner are awesome and very helpful! I feel more than comfortable with their excellent attention and care for our fur babies!Also to mention - Amazing selection of natural and high quality dog food and treats! We are incredibly lucky to have this new store in our neighborhood!!!

We had our dogs first grooming here. Very happy with the overall experience. Our little doodle is a nervous Nellie and I was worried about how she would react to a new grooming place. Happy to say she came home relaxed and cheerful and didn’t mope around like she usually does after a grooming appt. They did a very good job with the cut, nail trim and shampoo. She came home looking shiny and relaxed:-). Liked the friendly people who work there. Love that they use gentle and clean products. They have a self service option for bathing dogs, products supplied ( which I think is cool!) and lots of healthy dog treats at their store. Go check them out!

The staff warmly welcomed me, showed excellent product knowledge, and truly adore dogs! The self-wash service was fantastic. However, the tub was a bit high, which might strain your back. It was great that they promised to address it. They provide a range of services, making it a convenient one-stop-shop. Plus, I enrolled in the monthly membership for some neat perks. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I had the chance to meet Emily with Pet Evolution at K-9 Resort grand opening. So, I was lucky to win a Free Shampooch; plus the wheel spin gave me $10.00 off the second dog. The entire staff, owners, Jeff & Brittany plus staff members Alyssa & Ashley worked really well with my pets. Plus, Jeff was kind enough to work with me to determine what Doggie Bag Treats were given out at the grand opening so I could buy some for my munchkins. Mandy had a super experience here! They were able to accommodate me when I called. Staff was great, clearly all animal lovers! They doted over Mandy! She’s a big dog with a lot of fur. They did a deep de-shed on her and WOW, what a difference it makes! She smelled great too. And so many yummy treats to choose from! The owners were there and very friendly. Best grooming she has had! Will definitely be back.Oh and the have self bathe options too!

Very pleased with the service. This was my first time in the store, it was clean, the owner was very welcoming, and they seemed excited about being new to the area. They seemed to genuinely care about my dog. Pet Evolution brought their mobile grooming van by my apartment complex and offered nail trims for only $20! The staff were professional and got my dog Ruger taken care of quickly and gently. I will definitely going by their location on Custer to have him groomed in the future.

Pawsitively Outstanding!The store is spotless and the staff just radiates warmth and caring! They did such a fantastic job with my 13 yr old Shih Tzu's nail trim and grooming and she was in such a great mood after. She ran around playing like a puppy all day! I was also so happy to find that they have healthy, limited ingredient foods and treats for my pup who is on a very restricted diet due to allergies. It was a great day for my girl.I highly recommend Pet Evolution for your Fur Babies!

AMAZING!! I have a 9 month old Australian Shepherd named Frodo and let’s just say he’s a Nutt and super stubborn.! They did an amazing job with truly caring for his needs and making him feel comfortable! I booked him for a wash and a “fany” trim and they did amazing! His under coat is pretty much gone so no more shedding for us !!! And even days later he still smells amazing!
