I was so pleased with the do-it-yourself dog wash facilities! They’re exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you need to wash and fry your furry friend! Plus, the price was fantastic ! I would, however, recommend that you bring your own dog brush for drying and grooming. They were nice enough to let me use one of theirs but I will bring my own the next time. The employees were all friendly and helpful as was the owner! I did notice a couple of customers picking up their Aussies after having them from the full service grooming and was really amazed at what a great job they had done! Since I also have an Aussie I inquired about the cost and was pleasantly surprised at the affordable price they quoted! I will be bringing my dog back to their full service groomers when I have more time!!

The service was amazing. The staff did a great job grooming my senior cocker spaniel. They were very caring and even offered suggestions on pet food for his age and provided free samples. They gave my sweet Jorge his very last grooming session as he passed away 4 days later. Thank you for caring for my Jorge!

This was my first time taking my 2 doggies to Pet Evolution for grooming. In the past, they have been to PetSmart and Petco for their services so I wanted to give this location a try. It's great because since they are only a mile from my home. Booking online was very simple and very convenient. Victor was able to groom both my dogs today and I have to say he did an absolutely wonderful job. He took his time to evaluate both dogs and gave me an explanation and options on what can be done. After about 2 hours I got a message that my doggies were ready. They both looked absolutely adorable!!! I'm definitely booking with Victor again, he's such an expert with dogs. As for the store, it's very clean and all the staff members there were helpful.

Took my 6 month old mini golden doodle, Tucker, for his first haircut today and it was the best experience!! Nate and team were so helpful and welcoming. I expressed concern about having trouble with Tucker liking his food and Nate gave me a 5 pound bag for FREE to try out to see how Tucker likes it. So kind!! I will definitely be coming back to Pet Evolution for Tucker's future haircuts/ grooming. Great customer service and highly recommend!!Also, super happy with how Tucker's haircut turned out!!

Highly recommend. The groomer was so loving with my toy poodle. His personality made me very comfortable leaving my baby in his hands. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves praise for being such a kind person! We were at the new Frisco location off 380.

Trevhor groomed our dog Captain today and we couldn’t be more grateful. He came back clean and happy, with nails trimmed and everything. We’ve had prior groomers refuse to do his nails because, although he is never aggressive, he does get sensitive about his nails. Trevhor was thoughtful, managed his anxiety, and still did an excellent job. He was so kind and took great care of our baby. So grateful for him!

Best grooming experience ever!! From the moment I contacted this establishment I felt welcome! The owner Neil was very personable on the phone and even more so when we arrived for our appointment. The front desk employee was also very welcoming - this place will definitely be our permanent grooming location! Brandy did an amazing job on our Corgi. He has skin/allergy issues, and she was very gentle and patient with him. We have been to numerous grooming locations and this by far exceeds all the others. Unfortunately, our Corgi is a jerk and barks at other dogs - includuing the window decals of dogs - Neil and Brandy were both very understanding and made him feel comfortable! Looking forward to our next visit.

Had my Goldendoodle groomed here for the first time. Overall experience was good. Met the owner “Neil” who was very friendly and welcoming. I shared with Neil the type of cut I wanted and asked about the scented shampoo since my wife was I are a bit sensitive/allergic to strong fragrance and was assured it was light and not overpowering. Josh was the groomer and did a great job overall. My only minor issues are 1) the fragrance was still too strong for us so I will definitely ask for no fragrance the next time. 2) I asked to not cut the tail but I noticed the tip of her tail was cut straight across. I will give them another try.

My Bullmastiff, Rocco, is my favorite "person". Shhhh don't tell him he's a dog! He's my best friend and I'm proud to say I spoil him and want the absolute best for him. Pet Evolution was AMAZING from the moment we walked in to the time we left! I had broken my leg and was wheelchair-bound for months, unable to drive. PET EVOLUTION will COME TO YOU! In store, they treated me and my little 100 lb angel like royalty! His nails were way overgrown and they got him trimmed up and filed in a jiffy. He doesn't let me brush his teeth, but they literally cuddled him into allowing them to do it. While there I was educated with top of the line nutritional information and was shown some amazing, healthier options for Rocco. They even showed me the perfect, healthy chew treats that were 100% natural. I was especially impressed that they offered a FREE 5 LB BAG OF STARTER FOOD tailored to my baby's needs. I am hands down never taking him anywhere else for food, toys, and grooming needs. ROCCO even got a picture with Santa in store. Go to PET EVOLUTION. I promise they'll make you feel like family from the very first time you go. I'll be taking Rocco once a month for nail trim, file and teeth brushing as part of our regular routine. So glad I found them!

Every time I come in or they come to me (mobile nail trims for our 3 big dogs!), everyone is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Every single time? Yes. Every single person? Yes. Not once have I been neglected or pressured, ignored or mistreated. Great folks from top to bottom and I appreciate it. It may be a simple thing to run such a facility, but most don’t do it right and these folks do.

I took two of my dogs, standard size golden doodles, to the pet evolution in Frisco location right when they opened. My largest doodle has a very very dense curly hair pattern, and getting someone to groom him to my satisfaction is sometimes tricky. Our technician for him was Trevhor, and I could not have asked for a better outcome! Kobe was very clean and very well trimmed. His ears were blocked because they get so furry on the inside, and they looked so clean! Kobe have sensitive skin and often reacts to razors at groomers and he had zero redness and zero itch. The technician for Kyla was Victor. Kyla was very very clean, and have excellently, trimmed nails, and her haircut was beautiful. He did exceptional on her face, and my husband made the comment that she looked at like a completely different dog! You can tell that they both felt very beautiful as well. We will definitely be returning with our recently adopted adult, Yorkshire terriers, and we already scheduled appointments for the next haircuts for the doodles! Highly recommend!

This was our 6 month old Miniature Poodle's first professional grooming. He had a full grooming done. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly upon drop off and pick up. I felt very comfortable leaving my fur baby. Ariana did a great job and made me feel like she really cares about my fur baby too. We will definitely be back.

He answered all my questions and explained exactly what he was going to do grooming with my Sadie girl. He was helpful making sure I know what brush to get for my golden doodle.

I decided to switch to a groomers closer to my house and I’m so happy I did. I like bubba’s hair bald for the summer. Victor was my groomer and he did a fantastic job. My experience was very pleasant from booking, dropping off, and quick turn around. It’s always scary taking our fur babies to a new place but you won’t regret this one. They really tailor your services to what you want.
