I'll be honest. I'd heard this place was a hioty toity and expensive. I was very pleasantly pleased to find a helpful staff, an array of great options and prices very competitive with Amazon. I like it a lot.

This Hollywood feed store is my new go to for my dog.. I was a frequent visitor of the other big pet store (PS) and stepped foot in here one day and will never go anywhere else. The staff at this store every time I enter are the nicest people ever and so helpful. I called tonight to see if they can pull the dog food and sticks for me and my son would be there to pick it up and the guy was so nice and pulled the order right away for us. You will never be let down by anyone at this store and they have any and everything you could possibly think of for your dog. This store has really met and exceeded my expectations!!

Had always been buying my dog food at big national chain stores, and now that Hollywood Feed opened this new location, I decided to give it a try. I am super glad I did! The staff immediately offered help and recommended the best food for my Yorkie. She LOVES it and we have noticed an improvement in her digestion. Great customer service and happy to have this location so close to me!

I continue to be amazed by this business. Staff is not only fabulous but knowledgeable and their return policy is beyond awesome. I don't mind the drive for good quality food and service. Wish there was a store considered for 380 and Union Park Blvd area because it's greatly needed.

Expensive and manager at store would not honor a buy one get one sale for dog Xmas dog toys and treats. Do not recommend since Hollywood Feed needs to differentiate on its customer service due to competition. Will not go back!

My chihuahua has been experiencing some arthritis and I came in to get him some supplements. The staff at the new location in Frisco is super nice. Josh helped me out and told me exactly what I should get. He has just had two of the CBD edibites from pet releaf and he is already getting around much better. The cashier was also super nice. I will be back to this location.

I don't know why, but I never feel very welcomed at this Hollywood feed. At first, I thought it was just a fluke, but after the 8th visit this year I realized that it's not. I know it's not my dogs because they are well-behaved. As a minority, I just get a certain vibe from this particular store.

The new store is awesome and huge! I came in because my dog had tummy issues and an accident in our house. I needed an enzyme killer to get rid of the smell. Walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. She walked me straight over, helped me pick out a cleaner, read instructions on cleaners to make sure it was safe for my hardwood floor. And then helped me pick out a temporary gentle dog food to help my puppers get better. She answered all my questions. She was so very friendly and polite.

Love the new location! Everyone here is always very helpful and sweet! I took advantage of their walk in nail trimming as well on both my dogs and they were quick and gentle with my guys. Always recommend them for everything dog related!

Zach was so helpful, explaining about the brand o was looking for. So I tried another brand of weight control but my cat would not eat. I got a full refund as he had told me. Unfortunately had to go to another nearby pet supply to pick up my blue buffalo cat food.

I can’t say enough about the knowledgeable staff at Hollywood Feed. I have never been in a store where the employees know so much about their products. They can help you troubleshoot and navigate the 1000’s of pet products available and pinpoint what your pet needs. They helped on several occasions with addressing some concerns we had with our new puppy. Every time the recommendation was spot on and worked great. I also feel that their products are top notch, healthy & safe for my pets. I tell everyone to go to Hollywood Feed. You have a customer for life!

Love this hollywood feed. Everything is always stocked and so clean, and the staff is so helpful. I love the same day delivery for our dog food as well! We live north of 380 and rarely venture this way. We have 3 dogs and need to buy dog food monthly, so having the same day delivery is so nice and consistent. Highly reccomend this location!

No matter which location I visit, everyone is always SO AWESOME! The store is near, orderly, organized. The selection is perfect and always up to date for my needs. Took my German shepherd for first time for a bath and nail trimWith their new grooming service. My dog Maddie did very well and I really liked Violet the groomer. Maddie really liked her too and Violet was very patient with her. Didn’t have to wait long for her ti be done which I appreciated. Would highly recommend using Violet for grooming services at Hollywood Feed.
